This place has no respect or knows how to fix anything. They will patch and get you out of there and make it someone elses problem. Stopped by 2 times to get my ac fixed. First time it was no freon. After driving for 2 hours the ac stopped working. I looked and ac condencer was steaming. I called the same day and they told me i had to wait 3 weeks for the next appointment. Second time i took it they replaced the condencer. It worked for 2 days thats it. They claimed they did pressure test. 3rd time the mechanic came out so i can explain how can you not see a leak when you test it. I was not making sence and he walked away mumbling. I was told by another adviser to stop by on monday and talk regural crew since it was a saturday 3/2/20024. I dont think any test was performed at all.

Mr Zachary DeSimpelare is a great man he helps me with everything i need from A to Z first time calling the dealer and Zack was responsible he answered all my questions even though for the first time me and him we were talking like for 30 minutes and after that it only takes me 10 days to finish all the finance getting the truck I do really appreciate his help and guided me and him were more than salesman in a customer buyer we now friends I have had eventually met him what a good man if there is six stars he really deserve it

Do not buy from this place!! They will sell a lemon and they know the trucks have big issues and they even do shady stuff to the trucks . They work until you get home with it. We have the truck for 2 months and the truck was on the road for 2 weeks and it broke down!!!! Everything is messed up!!! They just fix the issues so it will sound and work good for 2 weeks!the truck is still in the shop and not working . If you get a truck from here expect to put a lot of money in it on top of what you pay for it( big bucks)in order to be good for the road!Please stay away from this dealership!

Purchased a used 2020 Peterbilt from them with a full inspection done by them and made it less than 50 miles down the road & truck went into derate, it s been in shop for over 1 month and I can t get them to do anything or even return a phone call !

My husband bought a semi-truck on September 6, first, semi almost didn t make it to the truck stop no diesel was on the truck. secondly and the most importa we don t even made it to Detroit! He called the sales person ZAC DESIMPELAR, and what he said was to get a towing truck and take it to the international dealer to check what was going on and that he was going to help him with the bill (because he always tried to help his customers) finally after 4 hours we made it to the shop not to the international dealer. After 2 weeks they made an estimate of what was wrong to the truck $1700 just to fix it plus the tow truck $700. My husband called the sales person ZAC DESIMPELAR and told him about it, he just said that he was going to talked to him manager and that he was going to call him back. After a few days he called and said that he wasn t going to pay for the repair. We glad we didn t take it to the international dealer. He was going to send the tow truck money that until now we haven t received it yet! Be aware of this guy! Before you sign papers they all treat you and promise you everything! Once you sign you on your own!!

I was not satisfied with their service. During the repair, I stepped on the clean carpet of the cab in many places, and the way to solve the problem was to try again and again!

They take a long time, i arrived at 6 am and they took the truck in at 10 am. At 3 pm lady at the service desk said couple hours and it was finally ready at 9:30 pm. Also they added regular tap water to my winshield fluid and now it is frozen.

In bussines with M&K for 20 years did serviced my previous truck here back in time when you actually have service and people who will do that job on time and be honest to customers.Now call M&K for transmission problems They try to figure out what is wrong but they can't find problem.Test drive with technician and he said i have to use jack break in order to downshift my truck.After hours of diagnostic it was already for about 22 days in the shop.All they did was oil change and diagnostic for glamorous 22 days .Finally i take my truck home but soon i start truck ha e PARKED REGANE NEEDED light on my dashboard and truck was liking aire ( they fix that already) many times.Nice !!! I was thinking it is because all that diagnostic it was idle for more hours.Call back shop and explain what is going on i need that problems be fixed. They tell me to bring my truck back to service . All i need is that soot level be down to normal like was when i bring truck first time to M&K .Now after over month thay tell me i need turbocharger to be replaced but truck was fine with all that prior arival to service with transmission problem.I let them know i want to take my truck i need that total bill on my email.That was today morning at 10:40amBut again nothing was sent to me call them 5 times and every time is back and forth from one person to other one .No one knows what is going on .After over month all they did was : Oil change, aire leaks, and forced regane .For over a month!!!!I'm not mechanic but give me tools and that shop i will overhaul that engine paint that cab and probably take nice vacation for few days.Sooo disappointed for 20 years with M&K in bussines and countless money left there this is what i got.And still waiting for my total bill and now is 17:18pm...This service needs complete overhaul in customer service.My wife want to send email to B&B for customers review.I don't know what people have to do in order to do this job right.Lost a lot of money and time.

I recommend it 100% I took my truck with problems in the injectors and they changed them all they did an excellent job they took me to the hotel and picked me up they finished the job a day earlier than expected and the price they gave me was fair I am very grateful no I would hesitate to return God bless you

Worst service I ever had truck was brought in multiple. Times. Things were not fixed engine was replaced brought back again 3 times afterthat. The AC was brought back for multiple times. About $90000 bill. And I'm sitting in the parking lot. Waiting 15 minutes for my air pressure to build-up because they said they fixed it. I do not recommend this company to anyone.full of lies.

What ever you do, do not buy anything here, if you need to spend 20,000.00 more somewhere else do it!!!! My company brought a 2007 Peterbilt with a cat motor.. the list is end less of what was found wrong on the truck at our shop, needless to say on the first trip lost oil pressure and blowing smoke out the blow by . Motor needs rebuilt and m&k won't stand behind anything. And All My company is asking for is platinum plus rebuild kit and we'll rebuild the motor, but nope they won't do it. They sold truck as ready to go and this is what we get. Can't say enough of bad things about this company

I was going to buy this truck that was for sale. The salesman Zach reached out to me to announce the truck. Within 24 hours he sold it out from underneath me. Not a good way to start a business with a younger owner. I would recommend taking your money somewhere else.

Three times in the Byron Center shop and they still have not resolved the issues. I guess they are to busy for customer service these days. Happy to plug-in and charge $400 but not repair anything. Speaking of custom service. I dropped the truck off for repair, Ubered 65 miles home. They call and say they can t find the problem, so I drive down and pick my semi up, and leave my vehicle. Knowing I need to get this back in for repairs. I Go to work, two weeks later same problem. I stop by , they scan it,can t be for sure what s wrong. I noticed they move my car around back. Ok. As I left the keys with service. I go back out on the road now as I am headed back I receiveed from a towing service, that my vehicle was reported abandoned at the facility. Lol Hilarious! If this is the best this place can do!? Stay away! On the other hand the Kalamazoo facility , went above my expectations. The problem they diagnosed and repaired within three hours. There are a lot of good Volvo shops. I m not impressed with this particular one.

Went in for a mudflap and get truck turned up in speed. They did the mudflap and the pedal speed but not the cruise control speed. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars the tech skipped over 1 of the 2 parameters to complete the job so I had to return. The service and parts people are honest and fast, friendly. The service lady and guy gave me my key when it was completed with good professionalism. I didn't get the guys name but it was after 5pm when I got there nice job of handling business. And the lady's name was Ashley Chumbler love the hair colors and great job of helping me out.

Overpriced! Slow! Not your best mechanics! If you are looking to get in and out I wouldn t suggest you take your truck here. They aren t the quickest to say the least. They re also very expensive in their prices. They also misdiagnosed a wheel seal problem while having preventive maintenance work done. They actually misdiagnosed two problems which I confirmed at the Volvo dealership at the Greensboro NC location. They must stay in business because if you get stuck anywhere in that area, your options are limited.

I had the worst experiences with this company then I ever had in my life. I drove 5hrs to pick up a truck that was supposedly dot inspection plus a warranty inspection and ready to hit road. I get there and the truck was not ready.they d beat the brakes with a bar and a hammer to free them up . . Then we take it on a test drive transmission light came on and check engine light. So we go back and I told them I m going to pass on it. Then the manager goes off on me and tells me I m in the wrong business. Trucks break all the time and it s under warranty now so deal with it. On top of this I gave 2000 deposit that I m not getting back because I didn t buy a truck that wasn t road ready.

Be careful dealing with these people, they're not honest, I called about one of their trucks I was about to put a deposit on it the very next day they raised the price on me , highly not recommended, that's not how u do business.

Truly a company with integrity! After finding a very serious unknown problem when picking up my purchased truck, this company was insistent that it was properly diagnosed and taken care of!They paid my motel rooms, flights and kept in close contact with updates and personal attention to the matter. The General Manager of all the dealerships was personally involved and insisted upon resolving the issue over and above expectations!Thanks so much M&K! Absolutely the worst customer service and quality repairs. We own several Volvo's and have problems with service and parts departments nearly every time we deal with them. They did a warranty job a year ago and shortly after it failed again. I did the same repair and it's been fine since. Called up there today to order parts and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Decided to drive up there and they were closed. No where in there automated systems did they say anything about having different hours. In fact it said "please hold, someone will be with you shortly".
