Had a farm call for a tractor tire. They were over 2 hours late appointment was at 2:00 no call that they were running late. I made contact with them and they said they re almost there another 40 minutes they finally showed up. Did a good job. But the final price was higher than the 1622.85 that I was quoted. No one called about the price being higher or them running late. Just beware and make sure pricing stays the same and don t expect them at the time of appointment.

Best tire shop in Grand Rapids area. Whole crew is awesome. Wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.

Great experience! Chad was awesome, very informative, and considerate. I work night shift and he was more than accommodating about making phone calls outside my sleep hours (which are normal business hours) and that stands out so much!Location is easy to find, clean, comfortable to wait in, and staff is friendly.

I was charged $75.42 for just a tire value core replacement. Lol At any truck stop shop it would have cost less than $20. But that's fine. I work all the time in this area and I will never come back to this place.

I for real thought I was going to be down for a long while. Called Best One they were there in less than an hour and back on the road. It was like a pit stop. Thank you again for the great service!!

Had a steer tire go flat on my semi while going down the road and called best one and they sent Carlos out there and he fixed it right up in short order they know what they are doing and get it done fast and rightI will use them again if I have tire problems in the area

One certain driver thinks the truck he drives is a race car and you wonder why the fuel tank fell off he drives way to fast for a dirt drive with a speed limit of 15
