Kind people, good communication, and the car came out looking great.I've been having bits of bad luck with my car (the first nice new car I've ever bought; maybe the Universe is trying to tell me I should stick with used ), but going to Judds was a bit of good luck.I've got my car back, and I'm feeling good. Had a very long wait before my vehicle could be repaired. However, I feel like the wait was worth it because of their excellent work in doing repairs. They are very fine folks to deal with.

Everyone here was great to work with very responsive very collaborative and was outstanding with communication.I didn't have a way to get my vehicle back and I was out of town so they dropped it off at my house!

My 2005 Honda Accord was hit in the rear bumper, and so I brought it to Judd's for repair. Because the car is older, I do not carry collision insurance. I paid out of pocket.These are the things that impressed me after my experience with Judd's:1. The estimator, Joanne, was professional and just plain nice. She prepared a written estimate for me in less than fifteen minutes.2. The auto body repair person, D. Weineek, did a beautiful job replacing and painting the bumper. Not only did he replace the bumper, he went over the entire car buffing things out and doing touch up on all the little dings.3. The repair took less than three days.4.. The bill came in under estimate by about $50!This car looks almost like new. I'll have to keep it for a few more years thanks to Judd's!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional, communicative, and service oriented. I am so impressed. They take a stressful situation, like a car wreck, and give you peace of mind and confidence. A business that truly has a proven process and well deserved reputation.

I called around to multiple body shops in the area and Judd's Body Shop was the only business that asked me if my car was drivable or not (they prioritize getting cars back on the road). I called today to see about getting an estimate on fixing my car at Judd's. I had read the reviews beforehand and I have to say the woman that answers the phone definitely could (and should) be more tactful and polite. She needs better people skills and when people ask me about Judd's I will tell them to go elsewhere.

My motorhome sat here for months. I called every week and was always told Jim would get back to me, he never did. I called the insurance agent and pushed and he couldn't get anything done either. their excuse was that they were waiting for a price on parts, but 99.9% of the job was paint and fiberglass work, not parts! Finally I picked it up today because they hadn't even gotten the agent a quote. I didn't even get an apology. They must have so much business they couldn't care less on how they treat their customers.Service: Painting

Had a bumper cover replaced here a couple years back, the 2 sided tape just gave out on some of the trim accents on the bumper cover BUT i refuse to ever go back or call them to see if they will fix it because the receptionist is/was very rude and annoyed by me being there. I am a very nice/easy person to get along with and gave her no reason to be snotty, but was treated like I was annoying her by dropping my car off. Actually caught her rolling her eyes at me for asking a simple question. I will never go back because of her. The other lady in the office was very kind and courteous, but all it takes is one "Karen" to ruin it...Service: Body & Trim

Wrecked my car in the morning and had it towed here. Waited till I got out of work to call and they were genuinely worried about me. They had it evaluated quicker than I came off the shock. I've heard a lot of good things about this place and I'm happy to say they're true. 10/10 will be coming back for future work

Wow the most rude receptionist I have ever met in my life. Sorry you had to turn your head to acknowledge a customer. She needs an attitude adjustment in the worst way. Took my business else where!!!!

Family-owned Body Shop. They do great work on your damaged vehicle. I've taken a few of my vehicles there and have not been disappointed.

Terrible unprofessional company. I don't know who these people are that say positive reviews but I recommend the consumer look into this first, then take a look at the BBB reviews.
