Came here today with my fianc�e to get our oil change waited in line for over a hour to have a vehicle go in ahead of us when we where here before them probably the worst experience I ve had with Valvoline thus far. The employees need to be more aware of the customers that have been sitting for a long time I wouldn t recommend this location if this is a continual thing. We got here at 11:20 am ish and it s 12:39pm at the time I m posting this.

Awesome! Got there with not as much cash as I thought, and he worked with me I barely had enough. Be sure to be back and always recommend their full service, don't see that much anymore.

Wasted an hour +10 going here and didn't even get in. When I got there they told me which door to be at, the car inside never had much done to it for over 35 minutes. They showed the driver the computer screen at least 4 times and still nothing. I got on the phone with Ford dealer, made appt for the next day and left.Dealer did full service including, tire rotation and brake inspection etc for $80

Have gotten my oil changed here the last year or so, Honest people, they don't force sales upon you, quick and fast and always take care of me. Wait times can vary, First come, first serve.

ETA 12/2023: We come out of our way and wait in line (when busy) for this particular location every time we need an oil change because the service is the best. Employees are friendly, helpful, and never pushy. Technicians Ted & Rachael took care of me today and skillfully balanced several other services happening at the same time in other bays while still answering my questions. Always appreciate this location s techs! Will continue coming back.Original: We showed up to a busy shop, but they had an employee come right out to every car in line, kept everyone organized and updated, and into the shop in a timely manner. I come to this location for oil changes and always get good service. Ted and Bruce took care of my vehicle today and they were very friendly and professional. They are not pushy about upselling services.

Great customer service! Didn't have to wait and the service was fast. Didn't feel pressured to purchase anything extra as they went thru different things that were either needed or recommended. Will most definitely be returning to get future oil changes.

The price for changing the transmission oil was great but trying to charge me to put my own filters into my car wasn t cool. I went to a different Valvoline and got them put in for free..

Vehicle was overheating and suspected I may have needed a radiator flush. Drove right in, car was inspected and small leak was detected. Radiator flush was not advised and it was suggested I take the vehicle to full service auto repair for radiator inspection/diagnosis/repair. There was indeed a small leak which was serviced at the repair shop. Was thankful for the knowledgeable Valvoline team who played a role in getting a resolution to my vehicle issue.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went to Belle tire they denied me because my hood was a little harder to open than they wanted it to be these guys opened it! They did my oil change and then relaxed my hood for me and told me how I would have to go from there to fix the latch of my hood but they accommodated me to the t and they did not over sell me anything they did exactly what I asked and they were extremely pleasant to deal with.. thank you guys Elizabeth JerroldsService: Oil change

I dithered between three or four stars because they were very thorough (although they do not lube hinges or clean glass like my regular oil change place. For what they charge, they should!)So three stars because (relative to the place I usually take my vehicles) they are 20 percent pricier; but open on Sundays. I typically pay about $70 for synthetic. Valvoline was over $100.A downgrade to three stars for relentless upselling of other services. It's an absolute pain to keep saying no without feeling a: like a neglectful car owner and b: wondering how much a corporate scam this might be and understanding the "sales advisor" had to stick to a script to keep their job.Won't be back. I'm sure they are competent but it's an extremely annoying experience. Im definitely sticking to locally owned oil changes, or my regular mechanic, going forward.

Have used this location for a while now for my oil changes. Always very fast, very professional and you get what you pay for. Dealers that wanted to charge me over $200 to replace headlights, this location was able to do it twice as fast and at a significantly lower cost. To say I am extremely happy and impressed is an understatement. Every single tech is on the same page with meeting the same standard of customer service. They have my loyalty from this point forward.

Way to expensive even with coupons. I know the same thing 90s there. Anything but over a $100 for an oil change. No, thank you, go to Walmart.

I went in for an oil change today and was helped by 3 employees. They were all super friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me save a few bucks (THANK YOU) and I'm pretty sure I was in and out of there in less than15 minutes!They also identified an issue with my rear tire and filled it with air for me. Great job guys!Thank you Brad, Jason, & Zach!!

I normally take my car to a dealership in Grand Blanc but they were all booked so I decided to drive to this Valvoline. It had really good reviews so I though I would give it a try. They were above and beyond what I expected. Super nice and not pushy. The staff was super friendly and courteous. They made such a positive impact that I will be switching to have my oil changed here from now on.Service: Oil change

I love this specific Valvoline location! As a women I always feel pressured or talked to differently at other oil change places. Excellent staff, awesome service and fast, they were short staffed and got me in before opening time and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I didn't feel I was shorted anything as far as service or experience. This has been my go to place for the last couple years and will continue to be. The price is decent also, right in par with everyone else.Service: Oil change
