Had an incredible experience purchasing a 2015 F-150 from Uneek. This is a family run business and they in turn treat their clients like family. They worked to help me get approved for a loan through a credit union painlessly. They also worked with me to settle on a payment that fit my budget. Incredible experience. I've been driving the truck for a month now and it's the nicest vehicle I've ever owned.

I highly recommend UNEEK. We bought a pickup for our son. He loves it. The buying experience with Matt was top notch. Matt was professional, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure the truck was road ready and safe. We'll be back to have our truck serviced too.

Only dealt with Charlie through the sale process; I bought a 2005 F-150 XL from UNEEK. Their price was on point for what the truck was, so there was no argument there. Charlie wasn't up my *** while I was looking through the truck which I appreciated; I despise salesman. When I look at a vehicle I just want the salesman to act like a normal dude looking at a vehicle with me and be there if I have any questions. Charlie was professional and even went as far as staying after closing hours due to my schedule to help finish the sale.TL;DRChill sales atmosphere, and I will buy from them again.

Fantastic customer service. Matt Church was very helpful and informative during the entire sales process. No pressure sales tatics extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend Uneek to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a fair price. I purchased a 2013 F150 4x4 Supercrew, the truck was everything and more as presented and listed. Thanks Matt!

I stopped in the other day to look at a Genesis G90 they had in stock. Like most people, I hate pushy salesman. These guys let you be. they're not breathing down your neck. Unfortunately the g90 had been sold and was awaiting pick up. Matt was upfront and honest about the car and its warranty, which is so rare. I would not hesitate for a second to buy from these guys.

They are really good, honest people. After I bought my F-150, I realized that one of the power locks on the back door was not working. Most car dealerships would have said "tough luck, nothing we can do about it now." I reached out to Charlie, and he told me to get it fixed at my local Ford Dealership and send him the bill. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend doing business with UNEEK. They are fair, and have great prices.

Best Car dealership experience EVER! Charlie was great and his cousin Aaron was nice. Family owned and they care about their customers. Honest, knowledgeable no bull . I will do business with them again. Great vehicles and good, no nonsense pricing. I love my truck!!!

Bought a 2016 Ford Mustang Gt, at this location. I recommend anyone looking for a car to purchase here and to ask for Charlie. He made the whole purchase process very easy and answered his calls and emails promptly. Charlie provided excellent customer service and I will come back in the future to purchase here again. I drove 4 and half hours from the Chicago area and it was worth it! I told Charlie what time I would arrive and he was there and the Mustang was just washed and ready to show. Thank you again Charlie and Uneek Auto Group for a fast and easy car buying process!

From the moment we step foot on the lot they weren't like your normal car dealership. There was no pressure at all they answered all your questions. We test drove the vehicle we were interested in and when we got back Charlie had the carfax and information all printed out for us to have without even asking. We live about 40 minutes away and they told us if we wanted we could take the car to get it inspected to our hometown. We ended waiting about 2 weeks to check out other places and ended coming back to Uneek to buy our vehicle. Charlie made everything so fast and easy to understand. A few days after buying a light came on I messaged Charlie and he helped me out right away turned out it wasnt anything big it was just my tire pressure but he was more than willing to check it out and fix the issue! Hands down the best dealership we have been too.

I recently bought a 2009 Ram 1500 .Spoke to Charlie over the phone for information he sent me pics of the truck. Had planned on driving 4 hours to get the truck on a Saturday got a call from owner Matt on the Friday before I was to get the truck he drove the truck and found a bad caliper and did not want me to get the truck till it was repaired.He had the truck repaired but was more than he had thought went and fixed the issue called said truck was repaired so went up on the following Saturday Drove the truck liked it bought it,truck was everything Charlie and Matt said.I have been enjoying the truck.I am located in Central Ohio If ever in are around Burton,Mich and looking foe a car or truck stop in and see Charlie Church Great and honest guys.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Uneek Auto group and had a great experience dealing with them. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, honest and hard working. My salesman was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions promptly. I would highly recommend doing business with them if you are in search of a used car.

Excellent service, very low pressure sales from start to finish great service. I started my journey with them over the internet on a Saturday afternoon when I found a truck that I've been looking for, i had messaged them knowing they were closed and not expecting to hear anything until monday but to my surprise Matt had messaged me back within a couple hours. From there we set up a meeting monday afternoon worked out the details and drove it home tuesday (even though Matt was off that day, he had Charlie finalize the deal). I would recommend these guys to anyone

I saw an older 04 f150 that they would normally just wholesale or send to an auction,They ( I assume) figured instead of sending to an auction they would allow the general public an opportunity to purchase instead of one of those buy here pay here dealership thieves to get It and charge some ridiculous price for it.Even though the truck was very clean considering the year,and lack of upkeep from previous owner.They even repaired any major issues the truck surely had when they took it in on trade ( other dealerships) would have just let it go to auction as is. But Uneek repaired the major issues,before offering it for sale.being this isnt a vehicle they would normally sell to the general public,They graciously offered the truck for sale to me and WERE 100% HONEST ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY DID AND DIDNT DO AS WELL WITH WHAT THE TRUCK STILL NEEDS !! They priced the truck well below market value .Matt was amazing,there were some personal obstacles in the way that I wont mention here as I'm sure it's not something they normally work with, but for me they did and got me driving away with my purchase in under an hour!!!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE ,PROFESSIONALISM, AND UNDERSTANDING I've ever dealt with.THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

Bought a beautiful red chevy silverado through Matt Church during all this covid 19 stuff going on and couldnt be happier with my new truck. Thanks you guys what an awesome experience. Will be coming here again for future maintenance and purchases and will reccomend to everyone i know.
