These men do a great Job! They inspect your car to see if there is any troubles. They tell you what things need immediate attention and what can wait. They are VERY HONEST with you. They probably saved my life after discovering the frame on my truck was badly rotted, and advised me NOT TO PUT any more MONEY in it.

I was at work called 15 mins prior.. Dropped my truck off.. Even though it was a pretty simple enough fix.. They got it done Went above and beyond threw some air in my tires for me..Love the quick serviceLove the wallet friendly prices

They got me in and fixed in less than 2 hours. And it seemed to me that it was going to be a very complicated fix. And the cost was very affordable I would recommend them to anyone.

When they say Let the professionals do it they mean take it here. Got to it promptly did it right and not too price-gouging. You can trust them

If I could leave a 0 I would. Criminals at the counter. First I had them rebuild a rearend for me on a plow truck that I only used for my 6 driveways. $1900 they charged me and that wasnt to repair....but rebuild...like new. The next winter it breaks...I call em..they say bring it up. I take it to em and they say its been over a year. By like a week...and I only put 1000 miles on the damn thing. Should get 300,000 out a brand new rebuild. So they refuse to take care of it. I start looking around for a used one and look at the codes in the glovebox for rearend size...it says 3.73.....I look at my paperwork from Mufflerman...they rebuilt it with 410 parts. So I call em back up and they rebuild it after I had to take it out and put it in...and the rearend blows out after 300 miles ..AGAIN...so I put a junkyard one in...and it ran another 1500 miles until my transfer case went from running the wrong rearend in it so long. Furious any good honorable business or owner would take care if right the first time ..destroyed my truck. Then my Brother didnt know any of this...and just took in his 2016 Sierra for Catalytic codes...they tell him the cross over is bad and all 3 convertors and the crossover have to be replaced $3500....take it to Quitline Muffler and Brakes in Mt Morris and its only $800, AND THATS NOT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. They tested it and the cats were fine...2 broken bolts and new headers because they were warped....All better no ligt or codes. These guys should be shut down...thieves, and low lifes make us folks in Flint look bad all the way from Burton. Pathetic

Terrible service, I ve brought my car there twice each time I had an issue , left vacuum hose unconnected when replacing a part , brought it to Al s attention and now he will no longer answer. I no longer will be bringing my business to this location.

The worst possible service. Owner refused to get on the phone to handle the issue let allow his beyond rude manager . Dan the manager was absolutely rude. Said, shit in life isn't free . Dropped a box truck there to get fixed twice. Didn t fix it right the first time so I took it back. Called me to tell me $3500. I said I d take it somewhere elsewhere because they weren t sure that would even fix the problem. They said well it ll be $850 then .we broke a few parts while diagnosing the problem. No one called me to ask if they could put parts on my truck. No one called to run anything by me. No one called to communicate anything! They do not communicate. They are beyond disrespectful!

Be mad at yourself if you come here.You can see the reviews are terrible.I would not trust these guys with a lawn mower I found in the trash.They would charge me $600 and swear filling the gas tank with peanut butter will fix it.Yes they are that bad.Zero morals or professionalism.

Spent 2000 to have everything on my car fixed,they did a oil change and did it wrong and blew my engine up,i put a new engine in and a month later every single thing they fixed went right back to how it was before i took it in!On the reciept i was supposed to have a year warranty but they would not honor there warranty or do anything to fix my car what so ever!They basically robbed me for 2000 dollars and gave me a headache the whole time dealing with them!I have no idea how they are still in business!Trust me do not take your car to this place!Worst place ever!

My friend needed rear brakes. He said he knew a guy from school that worked here. He dropped his car off. It's good they take credit cards over the phone. Because I couldn't pick him up until after hours. They put the car in the lot and locked it up. My buddy had a spare key so with picked it up at 10:pm.

10 out 10, would NOT recommend. My son's car was here 3 times before they figured out the issue. I wasted a lot of money. I would never recommend this location. All other Muffler Man locations I've been to in the area are good.

No issues or complaints here. Took my vehicle in for some exhaust - muffler repair about ~ 3 months back. All good. Then the parts started to vibrate and rattle, took it back in and they owned up to their warranty. Serviced and repaired it free of charge. Very spot on and up front about everything. Even the wait times are more than reasonable. In and Out in no time.

Customers are served on a first come 1st serve basis. The gentleman at the counter explained exactly how long my wait would be. Once they took my car in, they analyzed the problem and gave me options and solutions for repairing it. The price seemed reasonable for what I was having done. I could either wait or return later to pick up the vehicle.

My family has been coming here for many many years. They are always courteous, the prices are more than reasonable and the service is exactly what it should be...exceptional. I love this place, highly recommend this shop to anyone I know

They've always been honest with me about what my car needed. A few times, I left without anything being done because they told me the repairs could wait for a while.They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced that they have a bit of a line of cars ahead of you. If you need something done, then take it here and make sure you have time to pick it up later.

Called to get quote for transmission fluid change. Was put on hold for 20mins. A different man answered the phone very rudly. I asked to get a quote about the fluid change, he argued with me about the price when i ask him why the muffler man in clio does it for much cheaper.(I would use them if they hadn't closed 1hr before this location, hence why I even called in the first place) He Got upset and hung up, very unprofessional and pathetic customer service for an individual in a customer service position. 10/10 do not recommend. Glad to see this is how they treat our Military combat vets. Will never return and ill make sure my family and friends also do not do business here as well.Service: Oil change

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am not someone who gives a bad review unless it is really warranted. This place is one to stay away from at all costs. They are nothing but a bunch of cooks there. Your car will come out with more problems than it had going in. They will charge you for parts that they don't put on, they'll get your bad ones working temporarily. Just long enough that it doesn't come back on them. It is very hard to find a mechanic these days, and this shop is everything you should steer clear of when choosing one. It's shocking to me that this place stays open.

I highly recommend this facility. After having spent $1200 at a so called repair shop, my emission light was still on! I took my vehicle to this Muffler Man by recommendation from a close friend. I spoke with Dave and my vehicle was done the same day with no more exhaust fumes from a nonfunctional vent valve!Don t waste your time or money going somewhere else!I learned my lesson and I cannot say enough about this facility and the professional employees!!!Thank you so very much!You are the BEST!!!

Took Chevy truck in knowing exactly what was wrong. Told them that was all I needed done. Finally after 4 days of not hearing a word I called. Right if the top of the conversation I was lies to. They said they called. I left 2 contact numbers and neither line received a call. So as the conversation persisted he tried to tell me it was $800 worth of work. Now I know for a fact the job itself was only $230 parts and labor because I took it else where. This is not the only time they tried scamming people either. My mother in law was told she needed a new gas tank when she was simply just out of gas. There is no absolute way I will ever take a vehicle there again not will I refer even my worst enemy.
