Justin and his crew are top notch.my experience was great.they are very knowledgeable and professional. They did me a great service and I appreciate it very much. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Thanks again Justin I will definitely be back in 3,000 miles from now.

If I could give the guys a 100 stars, I absolutely would. The guys were very knowledgeable, and professional. I personally highly recommend these guys. Thank you very much for all you did. (Bonus) it cost less then I expected!

I always get my full service oil change here as well as some of my auto repairs...good shop, with a good staff- knowledgeable/helpful & professional.Antwoin informed me that the have a deal with the O'Reillys & will be able to get any parts needed for my replacements/repairs.

We had such a great experience here today. Justin was really nice, patient, and knowledgeable. The free inspection brought us in, but I'll keep coming back because they're the most ethical car place I've ever dealt with. He gave us the options, no pressure, called to update me. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process was for a girl who knows next to nothing about car repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They diagnosed my Mom's Captiva and fixed the issue for free with parts they already had. Then when she explained her other issue the cost and procedure was clearly explained then done after she agreed to it. Her car hasn't run so well in a long time.

Would never consider Magpie normally but got a $20 off synthetic oil change in the mail so against my better judgement I went. First, the building is falling apart, canopies ripped and tattered, roof falling apart and leaking just general state of disrepair, owners don't seem to care. But, ignored that. Was told the synthetic was 79.99 despite the price board on the wall saying 76.99 (maybe change that?) Gave them the coupon and was told, surprise, the oil change was 79.99. Curious. Asked how that math adds up a d was told they're out of regular oil filters and they had to use a synthetic oil filter which was 11 and some change. Was never told this, was just done. After protest it was lowered to 60.85 total where it should have been. Watch your charges carefully should you go here

I think they over charge for their oil changes but that's not the crews fault. The crew they have is amazing and fast! Justin was very nice and took the time to look at my vehicle and checked out a concern that I had and he didn't have to do that. It makes you feel valued as a customer and I appreciate the crew's hard work and service.

Very cool place didn't want to throw Subaru under the bus but I had originally went to the Subaru dealership in Grand Blanc to get my oil changed stopped at magpie because it was more convenient than going all the way into Grand Blanc The guy had trouble getting my drain plug out because the aholes over at Subaru over tightened it because they don't give a s*** about their job Will definitely be taking my car to magpie in the future thank you Justin on Atherton road for helping me out
