First time having an oil change, I wasn't sure what to expect. Insta-lubes staff were extremely helpful, professional, and got me in/out fast. The price was very reasonable. I'll be returning, very satisfied!

Do not recommend. Very disappointed. My husband took his VW for oil change. The staff convinced him to go with an European oil. It's been almost a month and now his vehicle is having issues and pinging. He called to have them correct but they refuse. Very unprofessional.

Guy at Valvoline told me 10 minutes, next thing I knew it had been 45 minutes. Oil change was quick and efficient. They definitely gained a new customer.

I went to get an oil change here today for the first time. The employees were all very helpful, polite and did an excellent job. My windshield even was cleaned. I found the best place to go. A special shout out to Tori for her being so kind and explaining all the different oil prices and for the air freshener. Thank you to everyone. I would give more stars if I could. Most of all GREAT PRICES!!!!

It s pretty annoying how I waited for 20 minutes just to have no one help and no one provide direction or updates. Sat there waiting for a bay to open then some other customer pulled into the second bay, got out of the car, knocked on the door, waited for them to notice, goes inside, and then gets serviced before me when I was waiting longer. I left instantly.Horrible, horrible customer service here. Really bottom of the barrel. No wonder I ve never given this place my business and now I never will

Very fast and inexpensive oil change. I always enjoy coming here for service. They offered me a good/better/best option and explained the benefits of each. While they did offer me an upgrade on my oil filter, they also explained their recommendation without trying to force it on me. This is why I keep coming back.

I worked in the oil change business over 20 years ago. It's a little ridiculous that an oil change with synthetic oil and a replaced air filter costs just under $100.00. Back in my day, the same service would have been about 1/2 that. I'm not blaming the employees, they did an excellent job, enough so that I gave them a tip. Back in my day that too was unheard of. The staff of Insta Lube were very professional and did an exceptional job and I will continue to give them my business. Thank You one and ALL!!!

I'm going to rate the 2 for the friendliness of the workers. They've lost one of their best employees, so now the service is mediocre at best. I was told they could install my headlight if I purchased them there. Then the other guy said they can't install anymore unless cert. Mechanic present???? Ok, I went in originally for $99 air conditioner recharge, his machine said I had a leak. 2nd opinion at different place confirmed No leak, and now I'm running even colder air than before. Sorry, insta-lube. Probably lost me!

They even cleaned my dirty windshield during my oil change! Service here is top notch. I will drive here for my oil change every time going forward. They also don't try to push services that aren't needed. So glad I found them.

Very friendly. Changed my oil without trying to sell me 25 different things. They also gave me a free car freshener and a couple other things. They were also very fast. The cost was average for a oil change on that make and model

This is my number spot for my oil changes. I've been coming here for over 10 years. I take all of my cars to them. I own not only American cars, but German cars too and never had a problem with them working on my vehicle. The people are great and not trying to scam you. They tell you what you need and don't need. And that's all I need.

I get my oil changed every 3,000 miles whether or not my car needs it. I've tried many different oil change places in the Flint area. And I have found a couple which I choose above all others. Yesterday was my first time to try Insta-Lube on Center Road. I waited about five minutes before a bay was available. My oil change then took less than ten minutes. The attendants were friendly and professional. They gave me options but were not pushy. And they didn't pull off any of my filters - I was so relieved. I will use Insta-Lube again.Service: Oil change

Sent my fianc� in there to get an oil change, she was advised that there was a transmission pan leak, they charged $75 to fix it and overfilled her trans pan by 1.5 quarts. Caused pitting and a slip and now I m in over $1000 to have a new transmission installed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've had transmission and oil changes here multiple times. Always friendly and always explain what they are doing. Never had any issues. They don't try to get you to buy things you don't need.

After visiting this place for the first time today I can't say enough good things about them. Fantastic and honest service with a great price. Technicians did not try to upsell me anything that I did not want or need. Compared to other oil change places this business was such a breath of fresh air, and they have made themselves a loyal customer.Service: Oil change

The staff is awesome, I've been there twice and each time was like the first, my wife took her car and was treated awesome. I have found my oil change place. The manager fixed my windshield sprayer for a reasonable price and it has really helped.

Super friendly staff. These guys educated me on what my car needed without being condescending or rude. They made the experience quick and easy and took care of my issues. The price was great but their customer service is what will keep bringing me back.Thanks guys!!

After going to this location for many years I will not be returning after today. As soon as my hood was opened I asked the worker to put my solvent in that I brought with me, that I purchased there during my last visit and he proceeded to put in their standard solvent in and tell me that because they barely put a quart in I shouldn't have any problems. Then after having things slammed under my hood when I told the gentleman that I did not want the expensive filters that I was told I had to purchase and I would let my husband replace them I continued to be talked down to. I was told I needed a transmission and radiator flush without them even looking at my fluids and told them my husband takes care of all of those things. After about 5 minutes the worker who cleaned my windows looked at my transmission fluid and told me it was clean, still never looking at my radiator fluid. I then received perhaps the worst treatment from anyone in a retail environment.I was told my total and handed the gentleman my debit card and customer loyalty card, as I had done many times before. Before he swiped my card I asked if the total included the veterans discount as it seemed a little higher than normal and was told no. I was then asked for my military ID to prove I was a veteran and told them I didn't have one that my car and account with them is under my husbands name and he has always brought our vehicles there and we have never had a request for our IDs. I told the gentleman that he could look at my license plate and see the veteran status at which time he told me he never looked at my plate. He told me he would put the discount in after looking at my plate. After doing so he handed me my debit card and the customer loyalty card and proceeded to be little me. He told me for my information he already signed the card but if I was to bring it back in the future I would not receive a punch because I asked for the veteran discount. I tons him I have never heard of this before and in all of the years we have been bringing our vehicles there we were never told we wouldn't qualify for the customer loyalty, which is only $5off 1 oil change after you purchase 4, and we always received them. He told me that I should have never been given the loyalty card in the first place and that it would not be honored if I brought it in. I looked at my statement and there were 5-6 things they never checked but said they did. I am having them checked somewhere else.I have never experienced a total belittlement for those who served our country as I did today. I am proud of my veteran husband and the $2.90 discount recurved today is a very small price for him being willing to fight for our country. As far as my family and I go we will never bring our multiple vehicles to this oil change place again.

I will be going here from now on. This is a family owned business that takers pride in their work. The owner fixed my dip stick that was broken off. For no charge. How cool is that. So I will take my business where they care allot. Thank you again for fixing my dipstick. I'LL see you in a couple thousand miles.

LOL! SERIOUSLY???.... just got a car from my family and was told, the oil hasn't been changed since he didn't know when, go get an oil change. So, I picked these guys for no particular reason and after two of the guys check my oil, they informed me that I didn't need an oil change yet I have a couple thousand miles left on it and they show me....... Anyone ever have that experience when getting their oil changed????I will see you soon guys! Thank you again!

There was only one female employee working there when I went to get my oil changed at the Insta-Lube on Linden and Pierson Rd,Flint,Mi. 12/28/22 .She was very disrespectful to me .

I had a oil change done here a few times but this last time they broke something in my car, I took it back to them several times, to the point I had to take it to a shop to be fixed and yes they told me it was from the oil change, so they were supposed to take care of me and never did, my suggestion is to go to a company more trustworthy and ur not paying for the most expensive oil change in your life, expecially when your a single mother and only makin it to pay check to pay check , tk u for takin food from my kids mouth, pretty sure ur eating wellService: Oil change

Recently had an oil change and after 3 days we went into our garage and there was approx. 1 quart all over my garage. So I took a look and the oil filter was very loose. I tightened it up and added oil to the car. Upon calling the manager and taking the car up there, they told us they wouldn t redo the oil change. I tried contacting the owner but they wouldn t give me a number and haven t received a call back yet. Very unprofessional considering this is a new car and it had rained and we drove down a dirt road. Who knows how many contaminants made it into the oil. We won t be using their service again. *update* Day 2: no contact from owner again.

Fast service, the technician was very helpful took @ look at a vehicle I just purchased and let me know what needed fixed.. The Tech's are very knowledgeable and told me he was a mechanic over 20 years.. Would highly recommend mid-range price top service!

Great service. Had an oil change and The transmission fluid changed. They asked me to come back in 3 days to check the transmission fluid. I consider that very good service.
