They did a fabulous job!! They beat their quoted time to fix my problem. They are friendly and don't tell ya that you need all that stuff like other repair shops try to sell ya! That was a blessing. Like muffler man on Davison road. But, beware, they are very busy abs will take a little bit of time to get you in. They are honest with you which is rare nowadays!Thank you, Finish line auto! You'll have a customer for life!

Called and explained I have a 95 1/2 ton truck that won't shift into gear because the arm is bent possibly a throw out bearing. Owner said won't fix his own because it expensive and will be all rust. . I told them transmission was completely rebuilt a few years ago but didn't want the work on it. Will gladly go somewhere else.

I have been doing business with them for 4 years and have always had the greatest and best if services with them on all accounts, not just quality of work wise, but also customer and public service wise as well. They have always taken care of me and folks I've interacted with when I arrive and when I wait for my vehicles to be taken care of.I highly recommend them to anybody and everybody. Thank you guys!

These guys are a joke. I took my van up there for a tune up and they called right away and said I needed a power steering pump. I told them to go ahead and put one on. Ever since they installed a new cheap p steering pump it whines when you turn. Also after spending a thousand dollars we gor our van back and right away the surpentine belt was sqealing, took it back and they just put grease on it. This only lasted a day then it was back making a loud noise. We took it back we stressed we wanted this taken care of we did'nt wanted to break down. Their remedy put more grease on it, once they have your money they don't want to take care of any problems. We gave up on them and took it to a real repair shop. Within an hour they had our problem diagnosed and repaired. Finish Line had'nt took the time to align the power steering bracket and that's why the belt was making noise. I learned a big lesson take it to businesses that have been in business a long time with a proven customer service record. Church and Sons cares about their customers and takes care of them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning

My sister took her car up there this morning. The woman called here and told her it would be 338.00 dollars for what they needed to do. My sister tried asking some simple, justified questions, to see if other work needed to be done and how much more would it cost. The woman yelled at her on the phone and told my sister to stop talking over her. My sister walked back over from the restaurant she was at to try and talk to the woman. As my sister tried to explain that it was loud in Scotty s restaurant and she couldn t really understand what the lady was saying, and she was just trying to figure out what needed to be done, the lady rolled her eyes, and huffed and puffed her body. Apparently at Finish Line Auto you are not allowed to ask questions about the work being done on your car. You just need to keep your mouth shut, and not bother the woman behind the desk. It s clear that the woman hates her job, and customers are a bother to her.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Rod, Debbie and company are my go to auto service place. I ve taken several cars there and have passed on their business to several others. I can count on Rod to do the repairs needed, give honest assessments and great service. Getting a trust worthy auto repair shop is like gold and Finish Line has been that for me for over 12 years. My father recommended them, and we have brought our cars since then. Started with a dealership telling me we needed a new heater core ($500+) as the heat wasn't working. Mel did a flush for $50 and it was working like new. Love the trust built here.

If anyone is looking for a reliable and affordable car shop to get any kind of work done to their vehicle, Finish Line Auto on Belsay Rd is the place for you! I ve been taking my vehicle their ever since last August and their customer service and reliability has been Outstanding! Honestly, it is the best car shop I ve ever encountered. Talk to Rod. He ll hook you up. He s straight forward with you. He won t sell you parts that you don t need. If he knows that it ll cost you more to go with him than someone else, he ll tell you ahead of time. Stop wasting your time and money with someone else and stick with Rod over at Finish Line!

They fixed all our stuff at a affordable price, our car got side swiped, they fixed our 2 tierodes, our strut, did a wheel alinement and put a brand new tire on :) and the labor wasn't to bad

Great people to work with. I take my personal and all of my business vehicles there and always repaired on time and on budget. Everything from bucket trucks, trenchers,vans, and everything else. I have been taking my vehicles to them for the last 10 years. I have used many repair facilities in the past but this will be the only I ever use again

This is one e of the best places I have ever been to for auto repair. Alot of places tell you what they think you need to make more money, this happens more so when you don't know anything about machanic stuff. They didn't have good news, but they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and a range of cost to fix it. The were all very friendly and willing to answer any questions, and explain car stuff in non-mechanic terms. Ever I need an auto shop again, I will defiantly be back!

Good place, quick service and good prices. This is not the same business as the one north of here. They have the same name, but are NOT under the same owners! I've been taking mine and my grandma's cars here for over a year, and they are seriously amazing.

They spent some time on my truck,finding a intermittent problem(a gremlin).instead of just throwing parts at it, they tested and did not guess...thats the sign of great mechanic/ tech.found and fixed my problem, and at a very reasonable price.iam very grateful for there time and expertise. I will return when any of my vehicles need repairs..thanks to all at finish line auto.i will recommend your services to my friends and family.

I have a VERY old truck that is more of a problem child than anything. The guys at Finish Line have ALWAYS done me and my old truck right. I have had them do everything from brakes to putting in a new gas tank and lines. Oh, they also have worked on my newer vehicles with the same great results. They can do it all and do it right!

They have serviced our family cars for years and have always done right by us. I feel safe with what they tell me needs to be done and know they don't add things to bring the cost up. Everything they have done they have done right!
