John and his team did an excellent job on the heads of my classic BMW motorcycle...i brought him the parts and the specs... But he was very busy and it took 2 months to have them done.

I have been doing business with Fenton Machine Shop for many years. They have built many marine engines for my shop. Never disappointed. John and son, Jared, know their stuff.

I've only had driveshaft work done there so far but both times they did a great job for a fair price. Jon even delivered my driveshaft to my home because I needed it that weekend and was unable to pick it up myself. We do live near each other but still the action was greatly appreciated!

review updated after getting heads late last year. I had guides replaced in a set of vortec heads the valves wouldn't even slide through! I go to JR at rattech now. Although Fenton machine was a sponsor for 20 years, banned for life!

Had a bolt hole for the starter on a small block repaired and some machine work done. I brought it home put the engine together and got it back in the truck. I could never get the starter shimmed correctly and kept eating starter gears and finally chewed up the flywheel. Come to find out the repair was off center and the weld had cracked so I had to scrap the block, lots of time and money wasted

Prices are good, but one of the machinists dropped my cylinder head on the floor in front of me. Thankfully it didn't crack.They didn't put a helicoil in at the right angle, thankfully they didn't charge to fix it again.

Constantly kept putting off the work given, even when time was not an issue. Ruined two cylinder heads when finally finished. Had the work double checked at another shop. Huge waste of time.

Was promised work would be done the next day and 4 days later they got done, put me behind alot. Figured the price would be a bit less, because it should've been only about a half hours worth of work

There is not a good customer attention. They are rude and careless. I would not recommend it

Can get you what you need, might have to wait a bit. Worth the wait.
