This is where i have been getting tires for a while. The selection of tires is good. Wait time is usually a couple hours. They stay budy for a reason. I also have bought rims here. They stand behind their products with a great warranty. Highly recommend

Had a flat at work and called about getting in there to get it taken care of. They were friendly and welcoming on the phone and assured me I could bring it in, and they would get it taken care of. Turns out the valve stems were bad on two tire and they replaced them both and got me on my way back home. We've used Discount Tire for years. This location is just as friendly and helpful as the one we normally go to in Lansing.

My Mom and I have been going here for years. I just bought 4 new tires and rims very easily online through them, and at the same time, made the appointment to get them put on. It was super convenient, and the whole process went smoothly. This store always provides great customer service also. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

2 days before Christmas Another tire shop closer to home (whom I had an appointment with) told me it would cost $33 minimum and I had to drop my vehicle off and hope they could get to it to patch a screw in my tire. If not they would get to it after Christmas. Discount got me right in and 20 min later my tire was patched for No Charge - Merry Christmas! People were awesome and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Overall I ve been happy with the service. However a month ago I came in for a Rotation and Balance and it was never balanced. I had a shake in my steering wheel until I had time to come back in. Everything is good now but it should have been done right the first time.

I have purchased every tire for every car and trailer for more than two decades from Discount Tire specifically because they have honored their warranties and have not attempted to upsell or pressure me into purchasing unwanted items. Guess maybe their business model has changed. Well, I guess I have to find a new place to get my tires.

Discount Tires has had my business for the last seven years. They are courteous and reliable. This winter was the first time I had a problem. They could not locate my snow tires that they were storing. I understand that these things happen, but I did take issue with the fact that nobody would call me back. This went on for two weeks. Finally Cody, returned my call and offered me a set of comparable snow replacement tires. Thank you Cody for your professional manner and making the situation right.

Great that it not to far from my home. Was hoping to get 3 trailfinders so wouldn't have to pay for 4. But I'm good with the tires I got.

Brought my raptor in for new tires. A huge hole was punctured in my bed cover. I called to talk to a manager and asked him to check the footage. I'm %100 sure it wasn't there prior. He informs me that they have ABSOLUTELY NO cameras on the property (i assume due to situations like this). So they took no responsibility. Take your vehicle to the next shop!

Fast, Clean, service with a smile. This will be my third set of tires I have bought from Discount tire. The service is always the best.However I did have a issue buying tires online. Buying tires online took over 5 days to have the money withdrawn from my account, compared to the couple of hours if I bought the tires in the store.Hopefully this is a one time issue.

Service is really getting sloppy there. Took my truck in to get a flat fixed. They didn't even put the wheel cover on. Told them to check the air pressure in all the tires. 3 tires were still at 24 lbs. Took it back to them to get those corrected and they over inflated them.

I had my two front tires replaced in June. I have two nails in my front tire it needs to be replaced, I was sent to the Court Street location because they had my tire in stock. They wouldn't replace my tire They only wanted to sell me four new tires. I could have paid $20 at Brandon's and had tires that lasted more than 3 months! If I need to replace my tires every 3 months I can afford it!

I stopped in as I had a nail in my tire. We bought this car in February and these are the tires that were on the car, no idea where they were purchased. While we did have a wait, he told us how long it would be,and he was off! It was quicker than predicted. When I went to pick it up no charge! I'll be buying my next set of tires here!

Great prices. Don't like just being forced to take the replacement coverage Of $88 without asking if that was a service I wanted. Don't know that's part of the cost till you look at your receipt after your cars already done and upu have paid...

My tire was late for shipping and that's the only negative thing I have which isn't even their fault. Called me when it came in and I got pulled in, in about 5 minutes.Friendly staff, didn't try to upsell, good team communication, and timely. If you bought a tire online they don't hit you with random fees. If you paid online it's in and out. Thanks guys!

Anytime that I have been to Discount Tire on E. Court St. in Burton, the staff has always been courteous and helpful. They have plenty of name brand tires and different sizes in stock, also at a fair price. The day I went in to get tires, Discount Tire was jam packed with customers. But the employees were constantly busy getting vehicles in and out. It took about half the time to get tires on my truck that was originally quoted to me. For my tire needs, Discount Tire is where I'll always be going.

This place is efficient, and the staff is friendly. Although they are busy, and there might be a long wait, they are efficient to get through the tires and vehicles as quickly as possible. The texting feedback and online wait times check is also convenient as well. And their policy of removing nails and patching the holes for free is also a huge plus. They will always have my business. A+

Wonderful service from beginning to end. Fixed my tire and didn't even charge me for it. There was a piece of glass stuck in it. Thank you Discount Tires y'all were awesome

I've purchased tires for my cars here a few times and was always happy with their products and service. Most recently I was having a lot of trouble finding a tire for my lawn tractor. The only one I could find in town was very high priced, and I would have had to put it on the rim and dispose of the old one myself. I dropped the tire off at Discount late in the afternoon and they had my new one (which matched the original) ready by noon the next day. Their out the door price was just over half as much as the dealer wanted for the bare tire. Highly recommend!

Really disapppointed, came in to rotate tires, but the fronts were more wore down than the backs, all they will do is sell me new tires or give me a sales pitch on new wiper blades.I will take it home, get my floor jack out and rotate myself,, and will NOT buy my tires here anymore
