Be sure to ask for and get a copy of the car fax before signing or doing business with this company.People not knowing what to ask for when buying cars is what this company hopes for. They ve been doing business and and have been in this profession a very long time, and I don t know isn t a very good answer.The vehicle I bought 4 years ago, I was looking to recently trade in thinking it should be worth what is still owed on it. The dealer I took it to did the car fax on it, and it came back that it in a serious accident. Seeing how the vehicle originally was from Canada, when brought State side it was able to be put on a standard title, not a salvage title apparently. Needless to say, my vehicle is worthless.I only called to say, Thank You for the one of the most expensive life lessons I ve learned yet.

We needed to replace our beloved Audi in a hurry after a car-deer accident. We found the perfect replacement at Denam, and had a great experience with the Denam family. We settled the deal and drove home shortly after test driving and writing the check. They have lots of great looking vehicles available and we won t hesitate to do business with them again. The Audi Q7 we took home is a keeper. Thanks Brittany and crew!

I called DENAM Auto Brokers to inquire about a Jeep Wrangler they had advertised.The salesman told me about the vehicle and I drove from Imlay City to Burton.Spike greeted me and showed me the Jeep. He went on a test drive with me.I liked the Jeep so we sat down and made a deal. The tires weren't wonderful so they discounted the price to allow for new tires.I had a problem picking up the vehicle so Ray quickly volunteered to deliver the Jeep to my home the next day.This entire deal was quick, easy and awesome. I would give Denam Auto Brokers an A++ and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Test drove a Dodge Ram pick-up, my wife like it. I noticed it needed brakes and a couple other minor issues. Spike the salesman said he would take care of those issues before we purchased the vehicle. Which he did.. Brakes all the way around.. Great people and Great service.Thank you again.

My daughter bought a vehicle here on October 20, 2022. On December 20, 2022 she had to take it to a repair shop when it went into "limp mode" driving home from work.Turns out it had a major oil leak. The oil filter housing unit and cam shaft position sensors and oil pressure switch, spark plugs and a handful of other things were wrong. It's still in the shop 5 weeks later as they keep having issues with it. Now they say it needs timing chains. So far the bill is just over $5200 with the warranty only covering $979 of it.

Yesterday we were out enclosed trailer shopping and stopped here. What a great decision!! From their knowledge to the trailers, willingness to help as sort out an issue with our truck, to their superb customer service, we ended up coming home with a trailer. Very friendly and welcoming place.

Dennis is Amazing! Finally found him he used to be at vehicle accessories on Hill Rd. Trustworthy highly experienced service manager. excellent service! Highly recommend. he can help you with all of your auto accessory needs

Rudest sales person I have ever had to deal with!!! I am 5 hours away and was very much considering driving the distance for one of their vehicles but after how he acted on the phone there is no way. IF someone is going to spend that kind of money on a vehicle you would think that someone might be a little more helpful with answering some questions about it. Just saying.

I am a local Firefighter and I bought a truck from them they told me truck had been gone thru by car rite{there rip off partners}then paid them $1500.00 extra for 5th wheel and plug wiring. wiring was done wrong .Plug in bed was crossed wrong with bumper plug, just taped wire connections dangling loose.then motor was bad. hidden bad blow by, turbos trash.I asked for help and they colluded with Car rite to rip me off saying it was one cheap thing when it ended up costing me $6500.00 to do motor work to get it right.they refused to help me and told me I sighned a as is clause and I shouldnt of been to cheap to buy a newer truck. they are getting sued...

Denams is the place for certified pre-owned cars and new trailers (opened or enclosed). They even do truck and trailer accessories and trailer repair! Dennis Hipps does a great job on the accessories and repair. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!!
