Wonderful customer service, by phone and in person. I was treated very well. My online ordering process was easy, and pickup was swift and problem-free. I'd highly recommend this store.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Connor was the biggest help ever! He spent so much time trying to help my demon car to work.My charger decided to stop registering my key fob as it's own a few days ago. It kept going into stranger danger 'that's my purse, I don't know you' mode and would refuse to turn over with it's OG key fob. I had brought in a replacement key fob and the devil car decided not to cooperate and allow it to be programed for it. After that my OG fob stopped locking/unlocking my doors.Connor tried testing the battery, unhooking the battery, checking my fuses, reading my owner's manual, looking online, finding a secondary fuse box- he really did everything and anything he could to get my car to just do what it needed to do. In the end he cleaned out my OG fob and the pos charger decided it was no longer being carnapped and finally turned over. We couldn't get the new fobs to work- but at least my OG fob is now registering!Connor made a very stressful time actually enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel bad I do not remember his co-worker's name but he did say it was his first few days on the job! He was super helpful and had me laughing the entire time too! 10/10 I'd recommend!

I can NOT say enough about the young man ,Connor, that helped me with my headlight bulb today. I bought a bulb for my car over 2 weeks ago ,at a local auto store,yet I couldn't find anyone to install it for me because everyone thought they had to remove a bolted bar first, but Connor took time to really look at it for me and discovered tho there were a few complications that it could be changed without removing the bar. And he fixed my light in less than 5 minutes. I can't say THANK YOU enough...Cause I was really concerned about the inconvenience of being stopped by the police. Connor, Thanks again.YOU ROCK!!! :-)

Batteries plus is my go-to for batteries, especially those that are hard to find. Recently had to grab a pair of U1 350 CCA batteries for a customer's generator, and Batteries Plus had them when no one else did. Thanks, Batteries Plus!

So, I bought the extra expensive $42.39 Duracell cellphone battery for the Samsung Galaxy, because the salesman pointed out to me that it was a LIFETIME WARRANTY and Batteries Plus would exchange for me. A little over a year it refused to charge properly using the Samsung's own charger. Shortly after this it bulged out a half inch. I let it sit around for another 10 months before I went by the store again. The 2 new salesman told me that the definition of "lifetime" is the battery's lifetime, which can be any arbitrary number of months they feel a battery should last - not "as long as you own the battery." THIS IS CLEARLY DECEPTIVE PRACTICE AND THEY DESERVE TO BE PUBLICLY SHAMED.

My teenage daughter had her iPhone screen fixed just for it to glitch out less than a week later. She did not drop it and paid for the repair out of her own pocket. This store told her at the time if the repair that it was covered under warranty in the case that the screen had any issue then changed their story when she brought her phone back up. $169 down the drain.

This is by far the best place to go to get your phones fixed. They take great care in making sure you go home with a fixed phone. Jade has fixed my screens numerous times and has always done a great job. He is always helpful and informative and he makes sure your phone is fully functional before handing it back to you. I will always chose to go here when I need my phone fixed.

They always have what I need and at a pretty fair price. Sales people are friendly and knowledgable and a great help when needing a new battery in my key fob or my mom's watch.

I want to start by saying that I don't normally leave comments. It was important to me though, to make sure that someone hears how absolutely amazing Jade was. I called the store looking for assistance with a marine battery. Jade urged me to come in so we could really look at the situation. Upon arriving at the store, it was busy inside. Not only did Jade appear to be multitasking with the numerous clients but also ensuring that the employees on staff were learning and engaging with clients as well. I personally have worked in sales for numerous years and know just how amazing an employee like Jade is. To deliver phenomenal customer service while training and everything else he's required to do is a commodity not often seen. Please take my advice and do whatever you can to make sure you recognize Jade. If you don't, another employer will swoop him up. I PROMISE!! Great Job Jade and good luck!

They truly saved the day for us! We had scheduled a screen replacement online at the Miller rd. Location in flint, and when we showed up we were told the technician went home (despite us having an appointment!), what?? So we called these guys and explained what happened. They helped us out even though it was really busy in the store and went above and beyond. Super nice guys, very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I came here instead to get our repair done!

Batteries Plus Bulbs had high quality batteries for my golf cart for the best price. The employee was friendly and very helpful. Swapping out 6 batteries in and out of my car at 60 lbs apiece was a fast and efficient. I would recommend to all my friends and I will be back if I need batteries again.

I had my iPhone glass repaired here a few months ago and they put the wrong glass in initially. No big deal, waited a couple hours more for them to correct it. It appeared all was good and I was satisfied.Fast forward to this week...I again broke my glass so I had my iPhone repaired closer to my home in Clarkston.The repairman asked if I had it fixed before. He discovered that the waterproof seal was not installed.Well anyways, live and learn.I would not recommend this place as they did not repair my phone properly, twice.

Would give a zero if I could because of the disrespect and zero concern for my problem by employee josh on may 10 around 5:45. Spent 180 ona a Duracell battery for my truck 9 months ago and now it doesn't start my truck and Josh felt that because I raised my voice at him he was not going to help me after the 2 pieces of equipment he used to test battery proved that the battery would not do what I purchased it to do; start my truck. But before he used those same 2 pieces of equipment he told me if they said battery was working he could not help me and that is exactly what happened. No customer service, no customer appreciation from this 24 year old disrespectful young man no that's wrong from this kid.

They had what I need. They had it all charged up when I picked it up. They took the core out of the back of my vehicle and put the new battery in the back of my vehicle. I never had to touch it... When I installed it on my lawn tractor and it fired right up... I always buy my batteries from theses guys. Great price and wonderful service.

Stopped in to get a battery for my digital camera. They didn't have one in stock but I bought one and they had it drop shipped to me in 4 days, with no shipping cost! Good deal and delivered to my home.

Informed, prompt and excellent service. They have everything! I'm really happy with the high quality phone repairs that hold up much better than the cheap ones. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who breaks a screen!

I've been to this store three times, twice today. They have helped me and have shown great sensitivity to my problems and have given me solutions. The solutions have not included large charges. I couldn't be happier with the service and the attitudes of the employees - and their prices are reasonable. Tom

Saturday i went in to exchange a battery that was still under warranty, the sales boy told me that I needed to leave it a few hours so they could test it. I said ok and knowing the battery was no good I purchased a new one one and would come back later in they day. I got a call around four saying it was charged up and that they couldn't load test it , why its no good. My problem is its still under warranty and they don't Want to replace it. Never going back there again , iv spent over 900 in this store. So sad. SMH

These guys saved my life! In town visiting family, I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. That phone is the lifeline of my business and I was dead in the water without it! Not only did they fix my phone and sell me a better case for it, they did it quickly, recommended a great restaurant for dinner, made me laugh and basically turned a potentially terrible day into a great day.

Batteries plus on Center road in Burton Mi are awesome and go over and beyond to take care of each costumer. I have known the owner, John Dombrowski for some time and he has integrity, hard working and gives back to the community. Great people and I have always had the best service whenever I needed anything from batteries, to repair to special items. We are lucky to have these kind of people in our area.

Great to have a store like this nearby. Thy have a decent selection of batteries and light bulbs. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and have helped me out on several occasions. Great prices, considering it is a chain store. If you have a hard to find battery I highly recommend this place.

Took my cracked phone in for repair. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. When the repair was more complicated than expected the staff contacted me letting me there would be a delay. They detailed the solution and followed through. Great service!

I had a need for a AC to DC inverter for my vacation couldn't find one anywhere until I called batteries plus & bulbs Burton store. The person that answered the phone was a gentleman named Jade. Whoever hired Jade did a great job because he was very helpful and saved my day , he was outstanding and knew exactly what I needed.. He waited for me even when the store was closing and I had to drive 20 minutes to get to the store. Thank you big time Jade & Batteries Plus.
