Many parts are over half price online. I only go here if I absolutely need it that day. Most times its not in stock. They say they can order it...I look at them and say, "I can order it!"

I came in on Sunday, because my vehicle had started overheating.. I put antifreeze in the (almost) empty reservoir and was still having an issue, so I came in to get a diagnosis before I bought a new thermostat. Lupe came out & ran my vehicle, to my surprise.. no thermostat code. He then continued to look under my hood to see if he could find the problem, noticed something off about my radiator cap & ended up finding a solution! Helped me more than he knew & with great care, top of the line customer service! Definitely will be using this store in the future, I have always hear great things & finally got to experience it firsthand! Thank you, Lupe & thank you Advanced Auto!!

Best/Only shop on the east side of Flint with knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. I'm perfectly capable around a car, but one night just before closing, in the sleet, the manager came out and ran my check engine diagnostic so I didn't have to guess at the issue. They're not going to do that at Walmart.

Great people there to help you get the things you need and not mad if didn't need and had to take back. Always come to this Advance but almost all are the same.

Stopped by to get transmission additives couldn't find where to add it to my 2014 Town and Country. Associate Drew was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help. He will be the reason I stop back for my automotive needs. Thanks Drew

I called told them what I needed and asked to have it at the counter. She also noticed I would need the washer to that part and had it waiting for me. She saved me a second trip.

Went to get a free diagnostic but needed a deeper report then they were capable to deliver. Was very helpful and gave other suggestions.

I didn't know they accepted UPS packages. I took a friend and her boxes there. The man at the counter was very helpful. Took his time making sure each box was logged in the computer. Thanks for doing this.

Actually a good store for the location. My associate was helpful and polite. Went the extra distance to accommodate my budget on brake pads. Walked in sweaty with a pack on and was accepted not judged.

Advance is a great place to buy auto parts at good prices. My closest local store always has nice associates inside and are rarely out of stock on my items. This visit I was helped by Lupe and he was excellent and very nice! It's people like Lupe that create loyal customers!

Always a better choice than the AutoZone down the street. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff. One thing I don't like is when they say "If you buy this little tube of googly gook, I'll take this amount off your total bill". "If you don't let me add this tube of stuff to your bill that you don't need, I can't give you the extra discount". Oh ok, ugh!

Went to get a read on my "check engine" light. They didn't have the machine. Somebody stole it. This is the last survey I'm doing. I don't like tracked. I didn't purchase anything, from the store. I just visited . So this survey is the result of spying.

Awesome place to get ur parts. Awesome people working there. I call up there a lot and they help me figure out my problems right over the phone. They pull up a diagram and tell me what I need to kno. Thanks guys(&Girls ) Great place.

The one guy in there really knows his parts and spearheading most automobile problems BEFORE plugging in the code reader!! I'm totally blown away, especially from a chain or big box store(s)

The staff were awesome. I needed a new battery and they helped me test it to make sure it was the problem, found the right replacement and installed it for me too! Couldn't have had a better experience!

This visit was wonderful, except for the sticky doors. And what I mean by that is they have settled and they are warped.

Awesome people with great advice! Found the underlying problem before i spent $100's on something that wouldn't have fixed my ride. I would recommend the staff to anyone looking to fix their car/truck!

They hawk you and think everyone is out to get them and steal from them very sad. I spend ALOT of money on Auto parts and accessories with 5 or more vehicles to take care of. Unfortunately never will i go back to this location unless apology and discount is offered

Years ago spent thousands there restoring a nova Now I've gotta be desperate to bother with these clowns. If your not Mexican they don't want to even look at you let alone help you. Called about specific sized part to see if they had any in stock and the guy said I don't know there out on the floor and hung up on me.

Just know what you need and don't rely on their knowledge, it's seriously lacking. I go in there knowing what I'm going to get, but every now and then I'll let one of the staff try and locate or come up with the parts I want. They haven't been able to do it right yet. Just know what you need when entering the store.
