I would like to say what a pleasure it was doing business with TrailSport Motors, what a great family business. You guys made everything from the purchase to the on time delivery of my new mower a pleasure. I also appreciated the time spent going over the new machine when you delivered it. Got to cut the grass the first time with the Spartan Zero Turn, made the job a breeze. Again thanks to you and your family for a great product.

I m not an individual who typically writes reviews, but in this case I felt it was warranted to share my experience. First, I appreciate that Trailsport offersreasonable pricing on their parts. What s even better than pricing, however, is the great folks they have working there.I had ordered several parts for my mower and apparently didn t catch that one wasn t correct for my model. Most companies wouldn t have caught this and would simply ship what you ordered.Trailsport did notice this and Kathy (apologies if I misspelled it) personally called me to verify if I was purchasing parts for two different mowers, which I wasn t. Luckily, she caught that the hydro fan belt and fan blade were not for the same machine. She was sincere, and truly genuine, with how she thanked me for my business at the end of our conversation.Kathy Thank you so much for such fantastic customer service! You saved me from being without a working mower for another week, have earned my repeat business, and trust!Ecommerce is typically an impersonal experience but, Trailsport has found a way to make it feel like a hometown shopping experience from thousands of miles away. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service! I was in a jam for parts and they had my order shipped within an hour of ordering! I will be a repeat customer! 2 days later and half the nation away, I have my parts.

Had a great, simple experience with Trailsport purchasing my new Spartan mower (great mower by the way). I enjoy dealing with family owned businesses, and businesses like Trailsport are why! Any questions I had were promptly answered, and answered with knowledge. Seems as they have a lot of parts on hand if needed as well. Very nice family Owned business, The people are very nice and friendly. The prices are exceptional and the service is great. Would highly recommend even if it's a further drive, Wish I could do more business with them but I only need one lawn mower

Was looking for parts for my new front diff and found they re build diffs with better parts for cheaper than If I was going to source everything myself. They were extremely helpful helping me make a decision, got back to me same day via email and sent out my new diff the same day I ordered it. I am very impressed and happy with my experience!

Tom has wonderful customer service. His knowledge and advice is impressing. He has guided and helped me along the way with my warranty paperwork and repairs. My problem finding a functional plow for my new UTV solved. I heard of them on Facebook where they commented about a great plow for lots of snow. They were very helpful in sending me pics of an installed plow and it looked great. Manufacturer shortages and shipping delays solved by these folks and my 1st use was perfect.

Excellent experience, got a really good deal on a used RZR 900, staff was very helpful and manager showed me how to use the side x side and gave me a full walkthrough of the machine. Very impressed.

I ordered 2 bearing for the blade spindle. I only received one. When they got back in from Memorial Day , they sent the other bearing & I received it Saturday.Thank you for the quick response.

Fast delivery, exact order... Tho one item was poking out of box. Perhaps items should be wrapped together, so it will be as a bundle. Still I'm satisfied!! Will order again

Excellent small town family business!!!I purchased a used 2015 rzr from them after shopping around at some of the bigger dealerships. This thing was detailed better than the NEW ones I had looked at! Their customer service was incomparable. They treated me like part of the family. This is definitely my go to business for any accessory purchases in the future!Definitely recommend!Support small town family business!!

Was not happy. Brought in an older quad to have it worked on. Told me they would let me know how much to repair. Three weeks later and not a peep from them. Called the 4th week, said mechanic would call me back, no response. Emailed following week, and was told my machine was too old to get parts and if parts were available would cost 1500 to rebuild entire motor and it would be best to pick up my machine. If the mechanic didn't want to work on my machine, then they should have been up front about it. It is simply not true that parts are not available, as they can be purchased online from babbits or bike bandit. Will never go back and would not recommend, especially if you have an older machine.

The front diff I bought was a complete match . Everything works as it should and the staff was very helpful and nice. I would order my rzr parts from here again! David Mosher at Trailsport Motors was super helpful and responsive. I had just purchased a used 2016 Mahindra/Intimidator UTV. It wasn't working quite right, and David walked me through what the probable issue was and he was right, turns out it needed a new clutch. He gave me the confidence to swap it out myself. Ordered the parts from him, they shipped quickly and was everything I needed. Saved me a huge hassle of renting the trailer, bringing it to a repair shop, and of course cost a lot less doing it myself. Thank You!

Let me be straight honest. I ordered wheelbearings for my intimidator utv. Not expecting them to be shipped out today. Due to holiday weekend. Not only did they ship them out today. Michelle personally called and informed me of the possibility of delays due to New Year s Eve and spent a good period of time chatting I wasn t just a customer. At that moment I was another human being her demeanor was kind and sincere. Let s face it even if it was a bad part or wrong item. Which I highly doubt The way they conducted themselves alone is enough for me to continue doing buesness with them thank you once again! For restoring my faith in humanity and retail ! And happy New Years.

We called to have our mower fixed and Trailsport Motors promptly came by to pick it up for repair. We had a couple issues that needed repair which included some extensive troubleshooting to resolve. Trailsport "nailed" it and got us up and running in a reasonable time and at a fair price. These guys are professionals and are a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Trailsport Motors for any services needed for you mower equipment.
