My husband and I have used Irish Hills Collision services for many years and have never been dissatisfied with their work and professionalism. Two weeks ago I dropped off my 2021 Chevrolet Equinox to have the hatch replaced. They had arranged through my insurance company and Enterprise to have a rental waiting for me. When it was repaired, I was excited to pick it up. They didn't disappoint! It was detailed, inside and out and looked just as nice as when I had purchased it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork done.

Tim and Jeff were very helpful! I had my car back to me in less than 3 weeks and they got me in and started my claim the day of my accident! I also did not have a ride home and the Parts guy (so sorry I don t remember your name!) gave me a ride home which was 25 minutes away! Talk about amazing service. They were friendly and kept me informed and made everything go so smoothly. When I got my car back the DETAILED it, I have never had that done before, it looked better than I have ever seen it. I would definitely recommend this collision shop! A++++

Just picked up our 2023 suburban we hit a deer with. Jeff's crew is absolutely awesome!! Tim handled everything great Beau worked his magic on the paint, the body guys knocked it out of the park and the detail guys finished it off perfectly!! Irish hills is the only place I will take my vehicles for body work great job A++++++

100% satisfied! I walked into Irish Hills collision devastated from my first car accident. They were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me informed all the way through my repairs better than my insurance did. They were able to give me a breakdown of every single thing that was charged for the damage of the vehicle. They went above and beyond by knowing my name every single time I called and had a question. They also ended up detailing my vehicle inside and out. This is something I did not expect at all. I felt bad because I left my car so dirty. The detail work on the inside was cleaner than when I bought the vehicle! They found scrunchies in my car that was from the previous owners!Thank you for your kindness and everything that you have done to help me with this difficult situation of a with this difficult situation of a car accident Irish Hills collision!

Just picked up our repaired Ford Edge ST and couldn't be happier. They did an absolutely beautiful repair job and even cleaned it inside and out for us. I would highly recommend Irish Hills Collision, they went above and beyond even arranging a rental for us to take all the stress out of the whole experience. Thanks to the entire staff!

They were able to repair our daughter s car quickly. They found that a previous body shop never completed repairs properly which confirmed our suspicions at that time. Not to mention they detailed our daughter s car very well. Thank you!

Irish Hills Collision did a hands down AMAZING job on my KIA. They called me every few days to update me with what was going on, and had it done in under two weeks. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the exterior, the interior looked and smelled newer than it did when I first bought it from the dealership! I totally was not expecting them to detail it and it made me even happier upon picking it up. The guys at the shop did amazing work on my taheo whole back end aide mirror and some other damage and they not only fixed it looking brand new but they detailed my car and it was stunning!! Great work will recommend everytime

Everyone provided good communication throughout the entire process. They were organized and extremely helpful with our rental car needs, in addition to the repairs made to our vehicle. They fit us into their schedule and even finished the work on our vehicle sooner than expected. The vehicle was detailed and looked better than when we dropped it off. My car is a bit of an uncommon model so I was disappointed but not terribly surprised when insurance totalled it after a deer strike. IHC was able to fix up the body within the amount insurance paid me (less the buyback fee) and now I'm able to keep a car that I really didn't want to try and replace.Turnaround times were reasonable, estimates were accurate, and they kept me informed of the process throughout.No complaints whatsoever.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Irish Hills Collision & Service has provided me with service I trust. Just today, I dropped off my vehicle with what I thought would be about a $900 list of work including new tires and alignment. Steve, the service repair manager, called to say the existing tires were fine through the next season and the alignment wasn t needed either. That s honesty and open communication too rare these days, but consistent here over the many years I ve brought our vehicles to Irish Hills. I m grateful I ve only needed collision repair once, but the same level of honesty, open communication and trust are present in both sides of the business.

I cannot recommend Irish Hills Collisions. This place lacks Attention to Details, being an auto body shop, I don t know how it is possible.I took my Volkswagen 2012 GLI here to replace my broken driver side rear view mirror. I appreciated the owners gesture to order aftermarket parts to save money, but he ordered the wrong part twice.The owner tried to install the wrong replacement mirror and wondered why it didn t fit. When he showed me the mirror, it was clear that it was a different style. I told the owner that the mirror was of the wrong style but he argued with me, he even took me to the car to compare it with unbroken passenger mirror. It was clear that replacement mirror was rectangular and the correct mirror was triangular. It took his mechanic to tell him that the mirror was different before the owner admitted that the replacement mirror was not correct.I finally told the owner to just order a new one as it was wasting my time and dangerous to drive back and forth without a driver side mirror. Overall it took almost a month to replace my mirror because it took about a week for every mirror ordered. I would have been happy with ordering a new and correct mirror at the start, but the owner insisted on getting aftermarket.Since my door was taken apart a few times there are visible pry marks. I tried to overlook them but it has become very irritating to look at.

So happy with the services we received! Took my truck in to get the front glass replaced and hood fixed. They had the truck ready in a few days for pickup. When I picked up the truck they had even left it cleaned and warmed up for me. Great experience!

I hit a deer in January 2022. My truck was drivable, so it took time for me to get it in. I took it to Irish Hills Collision and couldn't be more happy with their service and repairs. I used my insurance for the service.They communicate well. I took it in on a Monday, and had it back the following Tuesday (8 days). I had to have the front driver side fixed, as well as my driver side door, and front quarter. They did excellent work, it looked as good as new. They even detailed the truck inside and out upon completion. Highly recommend, at least their body shop, as I've never used their mechanical shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I simply cannot convey in words just how amazing this place is. They took care of everything with my insurance. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else because they really do treat you well here. My trucks front end was badly damaged by a deer (Ford Expedition el limited). They did such a wonderful job on the repair that saying it looked brand new just doesn t convey my point enough. My truck was heavily used. HEAVILY. We have four kids that all play sports (both at the school AND club level). Two boys that both play lacrosse and football. My daughter that plays soccer and one that plays volleyball. What that equals is an interior that isn t damaged but messy. Irish Hills not only made the front end look as though that deer never even existed, they detailed my truck. When I say detail, I mean DETAIL. They added value to my vehicle and I can absolutely prove it. I was ready to trade my truck in on a new vehicle for my daughter that just turned 16. I went to trade it and the value came back too low for my liking. Then the deer we ll I m here to tell y all that I picked up my expedition on a wed and it looked so good that I took it right to the dealer on Thursday!! Irish hills added $4,500 to the value of my truck because it was detailed so well and looked like new. My daughter has a new Jeep Compass free and clear. Thank you Irish Hills!! You have added not just one customer but an entire family consisting of at least 10 cars. Thanks again and while I don t look forward to needing your business, I am thankful beyond measure to know that I have it!!Services: Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection

I don t usually leave reviews but definitely recommend. My car was done super fast, sooner than they said and it was also cleaned out for me when I got it back, was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. Great company.

From first walking in the door and talking with Tim to picking up my truck after it was repaired I had an experience that far exceeded expectations. Tim is very helpful and friendly. He took care of all the insurance company communication for me. He called me and updated me on the progress multiple times. I even got my truck back a day earlier than they originally told me. I dont know the names of the people who repaired and painted the truck but they did an excellent job. The young lady that detailed it after they were done did an outstanding job. She even detailed the inside of the truck! It was like driving it away from the dealership again when I got it back. Very pleased with the entire experience there. I have only had work done at the body shop, not the service department yet. But the next time my truck needs serviced I will be going to them just based off the body shop experience. Kudos to the entire staff there! Great job all around, you all are amazing and truly care about the work you do.
