Customer beware! Called to speak to the owner 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard from them. Maybe they will respond to this review to make the issue right. I think it's important for a business to stand by their work and make sure all employees are trained properly. When damages or issues arise then why as a business professional wouldn't you want to speak to the customer about their concern and make it right?

My girlfriend got an oil change from here two weeks ago and has problems with losing oil. She's been in 6 times with the same issue that they keep saying "they've fixed" but she still continues to have the same problem. The 5th time she went in they told her it was a problem with the plug. Swapped out the plug and that she was good to go. She is now on her way back in with the same issue and her 6th time going back to have them rectify the issue. I would highly advise not going here for oil changes. Thats ridiculous.

DO not use this place. Brought cuminings in for an oil change. 2 days later saw oil drips in drive. Checked and oil filter loose.. Nobody does their job anymore. Think they would have stood behind a new Cummins...yah me too. Shoddy at best

when there to get my Oil Changed and they Told My wife THEY were out of OIL and couldn't do it.TOTAL waste of time,BTW they are right next to a aoru parts store...WTH

Had not been by here in many years despite it being so close to home. Last time years ago (7-8 years ago) I had a less than stellar experience and decided not to return.Must say, these guys working there today, great guys, helpful, courteous and downright pleasant. Price was very reasonable and as I told them, I will always patronize good pleasant folks even if it costs a bit more, they have restored my faith in this store and I will be back, and will bring our other vehicles there as well.It isn't hospital clean, it is however functional and friendly and I do recommend them with a smile.Thanks guys, well doneService: Oil change

This is a nice "Pop shop" in my opinion. The service was friendly, quick but not rushed. The older gentleman was more than knowledgeable about my vehicle & answered every question I asked. It is a first come first serve kinda shop, while I didn't wait long I definitely wouldn't mind a wait cuz the service is worth it! Highly recommend.

Don't listen to these clowns that are giving these guys poor reviews. The fellas that work there are awesome, just unbelievably nice, friendly and down to earth blue collar boys. They go out of there way to give you a helping hand and they have the most reasonable pricing I have ever found in an auto repair garage. 5 Stars guys, keep up the good work.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Nice guy, definitely under staffed, decent price for oil change and that's all I got was oil and wiper fluid....no tire check, no filter check, no special checks at all for 65 bucks.

When I got there the guy was telling me to be careful because Ford dealerships try to ruin cars so they have to come back.They did the oil change and took my payment. Gave me the receipt and on it said, filled window washer fluid. Along with checking other fluids. None of it was done and nothing was filled. Never even pulled out my air filter. So, I questioned it. They said, oh the computer just marks those. That is when they said they were out of window washer fluid. Still charged full price for services that were not completed. After, I questioned them they did offer me a 10% discount for next time I come back but it made me start thinking about the first conversation I had with him. Left there feeling concerned, definitely won't go back.

Very Friendly and would come back for sure. We will get the whole family there for sure. My car takes special oil filters and oil and still cheaper than anyone I can find. Also told them my heat wasn't heating very well they added some antifreeze and little bit of water and bam I got heat. Again thank you so much!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The guys at Quick and Easy are the best. The two that worked on my car were name Bill and Tyler they were super nice. Made sure everything was checked from my lights to my tires during the oil change. No pressure to buy any extra services. Made recommendation for future services that my car will need. I will definitely go back. If you every feel like your getting taken. This place doesn't make you feel that way at all. Prices are reasonable too.

The guys that work here are very nice. The wait is not so nice. They only have 1 bay open. The owner needs to get the doors fixed, so he can have more than 1 car at a time.

Unbelievable integrity and professionalism. Day was HOT and HUMID. The 2 men working had to endure this while working. No fans. That might have helped a little!!! My car was WELL taken care of and I saw other vehicles they worked on receive the same care. I couldn t get my oil cap off and I needed a quart of oil. I was way early for oil change but decided to get it done now. I was told by a server that they d top it off and save me money since it was so early but I thanked him for his advice and trustworthyness

Excellent service staff was friendly had a good few laughs with the boys. Sorry for bringing in a wet plow truck. For 35$ can't beat a oil change an fluid check.

Extremely rude! I was going to pull in and both of the workers roll their eyes like they are irritated that I m giving them business. I understand that it s very hot outside today. But don t open your shop if you re not prepared to have customers. It was very uncomfortable the whole time. There was a younger guy with reddish hair He seem to be a little nicer when it was almost over. But all around a not great experience. I won t be back again.

Stopped going here 3 years ago. Prior I always had a good experience. My last visit there was a very grumpy guy working and he was rude. Never went back. Took my business to Jackson.

Not happy with what they charge for an oil change, dealerships charge less and they include tire rotation. I m all for keeping local businesses in business but i will not patron tnis place ever againService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got my oil changed and shortly after there is oil spewing onto my engine. Don't believe they tightened the filter correctly. Going in today to resolve the issue. We will see what happens. I WILL keep you posted.

Very friendly staff I like the way they topped off everything like my windshield fluid all my other fluids very great price my new place to get my oil changed I'll definitely be back

Service was quick and effecient. One problem : I requested an AC boost. Apparently the machine that does that had been taken home by manager. I was told it was being returned . Called to confirm, returned and it was still not there. Why should I return?
