Wow! I found my kittens stuck in the grill of my car after I drove to brooklyn. Someone said those guyes are great and they will help. And boy did they! Pulled them out and saved them and settled a hysterical woman also, u guyes are awesome and really want everyone to know how all of you guyes are so great...thanku..ps ..they made it home and back to their mom thanku.

Customer service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. They are very patient with those of us who need that extra help, suggestions and information regarding the project being worked on. Great place to go for vehicle parts and it's local!

These guys are awesome!!! Not only did they have exactly what I needed at a more affordable price, they even put the battery in my car for free. The Service Tech was on his way out for the day, but he chose to stay longer just to put the battery in my car. Excellent customer service!!!!

terrible experience(again) like usual, wrong part 2 times in a row, we assured him the right one first but the mechanic came up to the counter and said we were wrong. the aggravation isn t worth it what so ever. the extra couple bucks at advance auto on the other side of brooklyn.

Went there to get a starter for my 2000 buick lasabre. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong one.By the time I realized it they were closed and had to wait until next day.The gentleman said someone put the wrong starter in the wrong box.He didn't have the correct one so he gave me my money back.I was hoping to give a better review but the truth is the truth.

I'm sorry to give this kind of rating but when your websitesaysu close at 6 and u also call to see what time u close and u rush to get a ride just to get there and find low and behold the doors was locked at 10 till 6 so I will take my business elsewhere
