Today was my first time doing business with Mark's Tire and I can assure you, it will not be my last. I called about some Falken Wildpeak AT4W for my truck on Friday the 5th of April 2024. They didn't have them in stock but ordered them for me. I got a call on Monday the 8th of April 2024 saying the tires were in. I was able to get on the schedule for the very next day(today). I needed all four snow tires taken off the rims and the new tires mounted/balanced. They had all of that done in less than 20 minutes, I was shocked! Fast service and a fair price, you really can not ask for more than that!

Mark's tires always comes to my rescue !I can't believe the quality of the work for such reasonable prices !I was losing air in one of my front tires & was leaving for a trip the next day.They got me in & realized that the rim & tire had no seal.They fixed it in no time & I felt safe traveling in my car again.It cost so little.I was surprised !Thanks to the guys in the tire shop

Had to come get a new set of tires after work and unfortunately I had to bring my dog, they were amazing about it and said he could even go inside with me and wait so he didn't get scared waiting in the car while they worked.

Shout out to the men at Mark's Tire we blew our right front tire just down the road we nursed it back to Mark's where they quoted my husband 20 minutes to replace all four tires with brand new tires. I wasn't really keeping track of the rime it took but it felt like it was only ten minutes if that for us to be back on the road again. We were visiting from out of town and heard a weird road noise. Our tires were old and we thought that might be the problem. Mark's Tires were able to get us in the last second, help diagnose the problem, and get us into a new set of tires at a reasonable price.Everyone was professional and we didn't feel pressured at any time. We were in and out impressively quick and would recommend them to anyone looking for tires!

Awesome service very friendly. This is the second time I came here and they are always so fast. My tire today was at 16psi and they got me right in to fix it and they fixed my other tire too. God bless you guys

My grandmother uses this tire shop every time she has tire needs. I called them about getting a new rim for my car, I didn't know all the info I needed but the guy on the phone helped me and got me all the information I needed. The prices are affordable and the employees are helpful

I have never received such fast service. I called got an appointment the next day showed up 10 minutes early they got me right in, put 4 new tires on my vehicle in about 20 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone. They get 10 stars from me!

If you just need tires or tire repairs this is the place. Fast and friendly service. Prices are reasonable. They don't do oil changes or anything like that. ( I wish they did) . I know they have windshield wipers....not sure if they have batteries or not. You can always check their website for coupons from the tire manufacturer.

SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS! 100% best tire shop in the Eastern Upper Peninsula! Prove me wrong. Appointment at 1030, got there at 930 & was out the door before 10. Ordered tires on Wednesday & they were there on Thursday. One of a kind service. This crew ABSOLUTELY KILLS IT! They even asked if I wanted to keep my "aftermarket" tire caps. I'll never use another shop in my life. Thanks dudes.

3,000 miles from home in a 30 RV with a blown tire. These guys are pros, not only did they take care of the immediate problem, they pointed out correctly that the other three tires in the back were in bad shape. Great service with a smile.

Very helpful and polite crew including Ryan & Mason serviced my vehicle post flat and replaced my battery with speed and agility. I thought I would need to buy a pair of tires but they fixed the three that constantly were losing air for $60. I was out of the stall in under 30 minutes.

Called for pricing/stock availability and within a few moments I knew I was going to get quality products and service. I set an appointment and within 15 minutes I was out the door.Marks Tire has always had a very reputable standing throughout the Eastern Upper Peninsula. This is the first experience I've had with them and I know it won't be the last.Great service, highly reccomend!

Visiting northern Michigan from another state, I got a flat tire. The people at Mark's were friendly and efficient; they repaired the tire immediately and had me on my way in 15 minutes. They took some of the "sting" out of bad luck!

If you are anywhere near Sault Ste Marie and you have tire issues, Marks Tire, Inc in Brimley is where you need to go. The Team there is incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to tire issues. They are also a joy to deal with.My wife and I were on vacation traveling into Canada at Sarnia and back into the US at Sault Ste Marie. Our Ford Edge notified us of low tire pressure on rear passenger tire on Wednesday morning. We monitored it throughout the day and the pressure loss was not more than 4 psi. When we awoke on Thursday morning in Sault Ste Marie the pressure was back down 14 psi. I stopped in town at the Ford dealer but at that early morning hour no one was available to look at the tire. The Ford dealer did fill the tire and I was on my way to Tahquamenon Falls hoping the leak would remain small and I could daily fill the tire until I returned home on Saturday. My luck drastically changed as I traveled west on 28 and I approached the 28/221 intersection, Mark s Tire Inc. The store opened shortly before I arrived and as I entered the door, I assumed I was walking into a daily morning meeting since there in front of me was the whole Mark s Tire Team. I explained my situation and Ben told me to pull into bay three. Within minutes the car was jacked up, tire off and diligently being inspected by Chris for a leak. The leak was extremely small and located in the center of the tread. Chris had the tire removed from the rim, prepped for the patch, tire back on the rim, and tire reinstalled on the car in no time at all. I am estimating that the whole stop at Mark s Tire took 35 minutes of my time. Those 35 minutes provided me the sense of safety I needed to continue our vacation. Thank you, Ben and Chris for all you did to provide that sense of safety. Your Customer Service is exceptional.

I bought tires here and had them put on. When I tried take off the 2 front tires to do some work on my vehicle, the lugnuts were too tight to get off. I took the vehicle back here to have them loosen them up for me, and in the process they destroyed about 5 of the lugnuts. They charged me for the service they did when it should have been free since they were the ones that overtightened them. I complained to deaf ears. I had been going there for twenty years, but never again since I see that they weren't interested in keeping me as a customer, but were more interested in the additional sale made after their mistake. They need to start using a manual torque wrench to fully tighten to keep from this happening, but it will never happen to me again. The tires themselves were OK.

I ordered tires was given a price. They didnt have them in stock. They called 2 days later told me they were in. I said i need them on now as i currently had a bad leak. I was given an appt. about 30 mins latet. I showed up waited about 10 mins. I Pulled my truck in tge bay. They never got in my truck. 30 mins later they were done.The cost was exactly what i was quoted! Excellent work. I would take any tire needs i have there. Thanks

Not the best time of year to buy tires...they were busy. For years I heard from others to go to Mark's Tires. Glad I did.Prices were fair. Everyone was courtious and friendly. I was very impressed observing the staff...very efficient and organized. New tires, valve stems and battery...out in fifty minutes.

They know what they're doing and get it done quickly. Been going for years and don't think I'd normally have a complaint. I've even only ever recommended Mark's to anyone who asked.Unfortunately, in this new pandemic world, some of a business rating must go towards the steps they take to protect their customers. And while there is a sign up that states, customers are asked to wear a mask to protect Mark's Tire employees, this same courtesy is not given by the employees. At no time was any employee wearing a mask.If a mask was at least worn when in the office and while interacting with customers it would be a different story. But to not wear masks to protect their customers when being explicitly asked to wear them to protect their employees, just feels a little too...insulting?I hope this is a change they would be willing to consider.

I stopped by to air up my tires to the proper pressure. A tech assisted me with getting the proper pressure in my camper trailer tires. All free. Thanks guys for your great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Super friendly guys who definitely know there stuff! I ordered tires and went in to have them put on the guys were busy but had me in and out in maybe 10-15 minutes will definitely be coming here now on for my tire needs
