I have been going to Victory Lane for years now and I absolutely love them. They offer fast and affordable oil changes for a busy mom like me. I was helped by Zach today and he was awesome! Super knowledgeable and was very honest about what I needed and what I didn t need! I appreciate their honesty and reliability a lot

At five minutes to close, Cam said I could still get serviced! Both he and Chris were a great blend of professional and personable. Also, though upgrades were offered on various aspects, both of them were good when I said yes and equally good when I said no. Kudos, men!

I would watch this place. I went in for an oil change and they suggested about $600 worth of work. Including a battery replacement for a year old one that is not giving me trouble, wipers that I changed the day before, antifreeze I checked when I got home and was fine, a fuel injection cleaning for $240, and a super special oil filter for and extra 15 bucks. Victory Lane is definitely off my list of businesses to go.

Great experience today at Victory Lane-Brighton. The team was professional and expeditious. In&out in less than 10 minutes for an oil change, air filter and 16-point check. Keep up the good work.

I seriously love this place. Vehicle maintenance has always felt like a nuisance to me, but Victory Lane of Brighton makes oil changes a breeze. The team is always thorough without being pushy, efficient without cutting corners. Will continue to come here as long as I live in the area!

Aaron was fantastic and Josh pointed out a small issue with my air filter. Hahaha. The guys are great and they always treat my wife well and don't make her feel like they are mansplaining things to her. Highly recommend.

Dissatisfied with the service I have received today. Training a new person at that, my lights were never inspected, though my receipt says I okayed. The windshield was never cleaned. Prices keep rising but the service keeps going down.

Stripped screws for oil filter door and cross threaded bolt on skid plate. Sent me to howell location was told couldnt prove they did it. Up till now it had been the only place ive had the oil changed.If your vehicle has a skid plate go elsewhere.

Sent my Daughter in to get an oil + filter change on her vehicle. They charged her $121 for just that.Update: The VP called me to tell me that they use higher quality oil and refunded $25.

I needed an oil change + my boyfriend recommended Victory Lane. Not only were they super kind and helpful, they got the job done faster than I thought it would take. They noticed a few other things - filter + battery - that needed upgrading but weren t pushy with sales. They let me make the call while still informing me of all I needed to know. I ended up upgrading because I trusted their opinions. Jack the district manager was so helpful and nice, and I felt like my car was in great, Trustworthy hands. Thank you!!

Went in for an oil change because my normal place was busy, and I read good reviews of this place. They checked lights, cleaned windows, checked battery life, air filter, and tire pressure. I did not feel they tried to take advantage of me, but only suggested things that were necessary for safety and good maintenance of the vehicle. All of it was completed in about 20 minutes. Full synthetic oil, and I drove out for $124.98. Efficiency and thoroughness was worth the price.
