So I bought some fender flares for my Ram 1500 off Amazon. I called Ultimate Body to see about them installing for me. They did a great job with getting them installed in no time. Will definitely give them my business and refer if anyone asks for recommendations for aftermarket installs. Thanks Team

Brought my 1999 Lexus SC400 for a full exterior paint correction and detail before selling the car on Bring a Trailer. The team at Ultimate Body did a fantastic job with a quick turnaround. The car looked practically brand new when they were done. So good even, it managed to sell even before I put it up for auction. Will be bringing my future vehicles here.

The gentleman at Ultimate Body did it again! They built my 2020 Gladiator even better than in my dreams! Highly recommend these guys! Very timely and the whole shop was patient, and able to answer any request. Will absolutely be back again! 10/10

I walked in, not knowing exactly what tonneau cover I wanted for my big old truck. I wasn't a fan of the old one i had, the velcro sides and roll up soft one and I still needed to be able to use the bed of the truck to haul things. These guys hooked me up with the best! Also, I had some fabulous window visors installed!Great customer service and FAST install. The entire crew here is fun, fabulous, and legitimately great humans! If you need fun and functional truck (or car) stuff... you have to go see these folks at Ultimate Body in Brighton! It will be worth it!Oh... and the tonneau cover still folds up great when it feels -10� outside!

Paid almost $400 for interior detail and odor removal. Looks like my 6 year old cleaned the inside and the smell from the fog they pumped through vehicle for odor removal smelled worse than the smell I was trying to remove. Had to drive home with windows down it smelled so bad and 3 days later I still can t get the smell out. I do not recommend getting a detail here.

Had these guys upgrade my front end, install a new steering gear box, and align my 97 Wrangler. They did an amazing job and had it done next day. Thanks guys! Happy Holidays and New year as well!

I bought some weather tech floor mats from them. They had them in the next day and were price competitive with online retailers. Solid service experience!Update: I went back with a new truck and had a tonneau cover, ladder rack, and linex bed liner installed. Once again, great service and a very competitive price!

Well what can I say about Ultimate truck and accessories except IT WAS A ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE truly professional they go above and beyond my expectations they are very detailed throughout the whole buying experience of every item you purchase they show you a itemized bill of every inch they covered on my vehicle even when I arrived my truck had some snow and slush on it they did a quick rinse of my vehicle and they worked there butts off one man was so focused on everything he never took a lunch break he wanted to make sure the job was done to it s entirety Rob who sits behind the counter awnserd all my questions throughout my experience. Donna brought a hot cup of coffee which was awesome, Craig who cleaned everything in the waiting area who made me say this is a clean work environment and even shoveled the main entrance so I didn t track snow into the building and lastly Paul and Donna I will be back for all my truck needs if I could give 10 stars I would thanks for EVERYTHING YOU GUYS ALL ROCK

Absolutely great customer service. Very easy to book an appointment and I was able to wait in the lobby in the morning before they were open so I didn't have to find a ride. They did an excellent job tinting two of my vehicles. No bubbles or imperfections to be found. Very clean tight lines on the edges as well. I'm a perfectionist so coming from me that's saying something.

I'm not one to leave a review, but in this case I must. I am astounded by how good the interior looks in my 2017 Tacoma. The detailing rendered makes the interior look brand new - well done!

I purchased an ARE cap for my 2022 Honda Ridgeline from a retailer in Northwood Ohio. After having it installed I noticed that it was leaking from behind the front wall of the truck bed so I took it back to the retailer. They said it was repaired as best they could but it was a truck manufacturer problem and I should take it back to them. So I did. The truck manufacturer spent over 1 week with the truck and could not fix the leak - they said it was a cap issue. I took the truck back to the cap retailer and they said they repaired it. A few days later it rained and water was in the truck bed still. I contacted ARE (the cap manufacturer) and they said the issue was a truck problem and the solution was to buy a BedRug. I then looked up other retailers of the ARE caps and came across Ultimate Body in Brighton Michigan. I spoke with Robert and he assured me they could fix the leak so I scheduled an appointment with them. Upon arrival they were very friendly and prompt to start working on my issue. Once they got into the issue they called me back to show me the problem. The original retailer installed the cap incorrectly not once but twice which was causing the leakage. I have had my cap on now for over a week since Ultimate Body re-installed the cap. It has rained once with no leakage and then I took it through a high pressure car wash with minimal leakage (less than a dime). I am very satisfied with the professionalism and friendly service that I received from Ultimate Body. I would highly recommend their services.

Bought multiple caps, undercoating, tint and a tonnele cover that just blew off (come to find out due to my own negligence) and couldn t recover due to an emergency, Rob took great care of me and helped me out with a new solution when he definitely had no obligation too, they have definitely earned my business as a lifetime customer and will use them for all my truck and car accessories. You guys rock Thankyou.

Great staff, lots of options, friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to do just about anything custom you can think of on your vehicle. Donna took my phone call, answered all my questions and even made some suggestions I never considered. I will be back soon for tires!Thanks Ultimate Body staff.

These guys are awesome! I had new speakers installed in my girlfriends car as an early Christmas gift. I decided at the last minute to have her car detailed as an extra surprise. Even though they were busy and had not planned on the extra time needed, they got it done when they said they would. The car looks and sounds great and I pulled off the surprise. The manager Rob and the whole staff are very friendly and easy to work with.Great customer service and quality work. I highly recommend Ultimate Body for all of your car care needs.

I had my husbands truck detailed for Father's Day inside and outside. The truck looked better than when we bought it 5 years ago. They spent 6 + hours on the truck in 1 day. I was able to get in the day after calling which was an added bonus. The price was reasonable for the job that was done and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you again for the wonderful job that you did on the truck!

I took my truck here to install a 2 leveling kit. A $300 quote ballooned into $1600 of work, given the need to order parts and take the truck to another shop multiple times for alignment. While I can appreciate the unexpected variability of the job, I would have expected communication of parts cost/request for authorization to proceed - This did not occur. Additionally, I was not informed of the fee for utilizing a credit card for payment. I noticed this charge upon returning home and would have paid cash if I had been made aware. I would not recommend this shop due to poor communication.Edit: Responder is missing the point. There s a big difference between:What occurred - A phone call informing me that additional parts were in route, with no mention of pricing.And what should have occurred - A phone call prior to ordering additional parts with explanation of pricing and approval to proceed.

Best combination - awesome service, awesome people! Donovan took care of a squeak (lose wiper cover) that the dealership said would go away when it is warm. Also got the bed and underbody sprayed. We couldn't be happier and won't go anywhere else!

The guys and gal here are friendly, knowledgeable, have fair prices and do quality work. Only giving 4 stars because of too many small mistakes that happened from ordering the wrong part and not reconnecting the wire harnesses for the fog lamps after installing a grille guard.I cannot leave more than one review so I will add to this one a full 5 stars for a decal they installed for me prior to the grille guard. It looks great.

These guys are booked weeks in advance for a reason. I had them do an interior detailing on my car. Absolutely wonderful job done! My car looked better inside than the day I bought it. The leather interior is staying clean months later, so they use the right treatment compounds so you don't have to bring the car back all the time. Staff interactions were great too, everyone is friendly and they clearly know their stuff. They won't be the cheapest around, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. I'm more than happy with the job they did and they've earned a loyal customer.

I have had two jobs completed here recently. From the second I walked in the door, every time I was there, they have treated me as if I was their most important customer.1. A window tint job on my wife s car. They completed it in a quick timeframe and it looks amazing and has held up with no issues.2. Had a trailer hitch installed on my truck. Same as above, they completed the job in under an hour and had very competitive pricing.Overall the staff here have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go back when I need something else done.

Rob and his team did an amazing job with my wife's Aviator. Took very good care of the vehicle and it looks spectacular. Car got new tints, undercoating, paint correction and ceramic coating. Car delivered in exact time frame promised. Taking my vehicle next for the exact service.

Ultimate Body does fantastic work and when they say detail it means every last detail. Paul, the owner was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the result. My 09 Ford Edge looked and even smelled brand new! It was so shiny and I couldn t believe how clean the beige carpet was! They even got out a door ding that has bothered me for years and I didn t even bring it to their attention. They just noticed it and fixed it. This has to be the best detailing service in Brighton! Happy! Thanks, Paul and staff!

I've been meaning for months to write this review. Excellent work, excellent customer service and follow-through from the individuals who answer the phone, do the manual labor to the leadership team. Every single person I interacted with at Ultimate Body was an expert in customer service. The detailed worked they did on my car was excellent. I highly recommend Ultimate Body.

The team at Ultimate Body does excellent work! I highly recommend their services. We had someone get sick in the backseat of my new car, and I was so worried that it would never be the same. Ultimate Body was booked out with interior detailing appointments for well over a month, but as soon as I explained the situation they got my car in right away. My car looks and smells brand new again!

The staff is welcoming and the lobby is clean. The manager is very helpful with the type of services available and the correct services I am wanting for my vehicle. Will be returning for future projects and service.
