After hitting a deer on 94, got my Sienna van towed to a shop in AA (where I live). Was told it would be over a month until they could even start; a friend recommended TNT and I am so glad I did. They got me in right away, ordered parts, and were on their way. Chris took care of me and kept me up to date on the progress. Got the van back a few days ago and everything is like new. WE received great service at Randy's Auto Service. WE Have taken OUR vehicle (a 2000 BMW) to a different shop for repairs, and there were a number of times that WE would have to take it in 2 or 3 times before they got it right. Randy's got it right the "First" time. They seem to be quite knowledgeable about them, and got the work done in very reasonable time, also. I have, and will again, recommend Randy's!

My 91 yr old mother's vehicle was damaged when someone backed into her passenger door (her care giver was driving) The at-fault party offered to pay for the repairs as she didn't want to file a claim with her insurance company. She wrote a check payable to TNT auto. They cashed the check but have never repaired my mother's car! I have called the shop 6 times in the last 2 weeks to get my mother's payment refunded to her. The owner is allegedly never there when I call and WILL NOT return my phone calls. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business. I would never recommend this repair shop. Unfortunately, I may need to hire an attorney so that my 91 yr old mother can get her money to repair her vehicle. What a shame. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Great I brought my 2008 Porsche Cayenne Turbo down here they did great best shop in MI
