The best auto repair and tire shop in Brighton! I've going there for years and Dominic and Bill are great to work with. They're honest and never sell you parts you don't need.

This is a great team. After six decades I found a honest and caring vehicle maintenance company. I spent the last decade with Spartan Tire. From tires to auto repairs they have always done an excellent job. Their customer service is personal and respectful. Bill, Dominic and John hit it out of the park today as usual. Well Done Men. I dropped off two boat trailer wheels with new tires to be mounted and balanced, without an appointment. Without hesitation, they promised to have them done "in an hour or two", then called me 45 minutes later to say they were all done. Also, the staff was very friendly. This was first time at Spartan Tire and I will definitely use them again.

Dropped my truck off after hours, got a call before 8:00am the next morning that they were already working on my truck. Had new tires and ready to be picked up at 9:30. Would recommend to anyone.

All the personnel at Spartan tire are professional and friendly, and execute repairs to my car with high level of expertise. Always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy. Special call out to Bill who does an exception job both at the desk and this morning got rid of some pesky idiot lights that wouldn t shut down due to totally dead battery. Thank you!

After a recent dealing with this company I would rate this company as 10 star if I could. This is an honest, respectfully operated company you can be sure your vehicle is in good hands. After dealing with Belle tire and Discount tire in the past. I was introduced to Spartan tire through a friend. I decided to give them a try. It was the small town up front customer service I was attracted to. I purchased 4 new tires from them. After about 6 months I started to see the tires wearing at a unusually fast pace. My initial thought was tire manufacturer recall. I contacted Spartan tire to inquire about my issue. I simply sent a message through there website. I could not be more pleased with their responses. Unlike Belle tire and Discount tire. They showed they care about their customers. By contacting me via phone call explaining they had a stocking mix up and the tires they installed were not rated properly for my vehicle. There would be no cost to me and they had ordered 4 replacement tires to be installed next day. I can't be more pleased they earned. A customer for life. I'll happily drive past Belle Tires and a discount tire to use this company. You won't find a more honest, respectful tire and auto shop in the country. They truly care about their customers and show it. Having an auto shop you can trust has your best interest in mind is priceless.

08/03/2022Bill Baker is Very knowledgeable and detailed explaining all the work we needed to have done to our RAV4. He also will send you a link to your phone that shows you a picture of exactly what is wrong "or" going on with the part that needs to be repaired! It is pretty incredible! All the employees there seem to be pretty knowledgeable! We're excited that Jordan works there also and knows everything about BMW's. Since we have a BMW. We are so glad we came to Spartan tire in Brighton!

I ve been silent on this but it s bothering me latley I haven t said anything. In November I was told that $3,000 would fix my car for a couple years. When I was on my way out the salesman said something about the power steering AFTER the work was done and they did a diagnostic with no note of an issue. I figured whatever and left. One week later my power steering belt fell off. Took it back in and was told the car was totaled and there s nothing that can be done. Decided to calm down before I lost my mind. Anyways, if it was known there was a power steering problem, that could lead to having the car get totaled in a week I would have just got a new car, which I did and still have for the same price. Seemed fishy and really messed up my situation. Anyways my father had recommended this place to me since I was a child and now I hate this place for pulling that. Thanks guys . If you d have just told me to get another car and scrap that one I d continue doing business with you but in my mind you re the experts we are paying for advice. Felt taken advantage of and all I got was a sorry that costed 3 grand of work that didn t need to be done.

I am a girl that is clueless to anything car. I made an appointment online for two new tires. When checking in they took my car keys and that was that. No conversation was had, which I didn t know at the time, was not normal. They didn t even ask which tires they were replacing. There was no quote, nothing. When getting my car back and calling around, I now know that I was taken advantage of. A very pricy mistake.Service: Tires

Had a bent wheel that was making my car shake really bad. I was a mechanic for many years and can tell when people at a shop are full of it. These guys got my wheel swapped quickly and at a fair price. Seem like nice guys.Service: TiresService: Tires

What a pleasure doing business with these guys. They always fix what they say they are going to fix or they call with an explanation. They are very specific with the pricing quotes. Been to see them multiple times and they get it right the first time every time. Spartan tire was only place I could find the tire for my car. Apparently I have an uncommon tire size. other places could have ordered it but it would have been a few weeks out and I was driving on a donut. So I needed one right away. I called them they told me they had two I said I was on my way. I got there within 15 minutes I had my new tire and I was on my way great service excellent prices.

I went into Spartan Tire Brighton recently because, as part of the name implies, I want to get new tires for MY vehicle. I spoke with one of the tire "Specialists", & was completely amazed at how much I learned from Him about how sensitive & interrelated replacing tires is, and how mixing tires on a vehicle can lead to needing drive train repairs down the road! Even small variations over time can cause problems.

These guys are the best. always affordable. They don't run up the bill on purpose although sometimes it happens only because things need replacing. but they won't do it unless needed. once I saw an older gentleman about 80 well to do. His car wasn't starting. turns out the ground was loose. They fixed it no charge. could of sold him all kinds of unneeded stuff they didn't. I was impressed to say the least.

Great shop for all your tire needs. I had taken my car there after a blow out and later for a severe rim leak. Both times, they handled the situation promptly and at a fair price. Well done!

Last Friday while driving east on I96 I blew both front brake lines. I called Rich at Spartan Tire and he got me in right away. It was late in the evening so they couldn t finish it that night but said they would try finish it the next day. The next day was Saturday and although they close early on Saturdays Rich and his technician stay over two hours after closing to finish my vehicle and get me back on the road. They didn t have to stay, but they did. Rich called me around 5:15 to let me know that my car was done and even let me pay over the phone for convenience and I picked the car up Saturday night.More than fair pricing and unmatched customer service is what sets them apart. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Spartan Tire and Auto Service from now on.Thank you Spartan Tire!-Justin B.-
