I couldn't be happier with my experience with Pardiac towing and recovery. The dispatcher was courteous and the truck got there in less than 20 minutes. Ryan was professional and kind. Also, the price was absolutely unbeatable.

Kevin is a wonderful human being. He stayed & helped us with our car trouble AFTER he already did everything he was paid to do. He gave good advice & was honest. I ll definitely use this service again if I m ever in a pickle with my car !

Kevin was great!!! He was there well within the 45 min, loaded up our big Chevy Truck 2500, and towed us all the way home. Fun to talk with on the ride. Very happy with the service. Also, the lady who first took our call was very nice too.

Great service and professionalism over the phone. Kevin showed up within 20 minutes while we were stuck on the side of a busy highway. Our spare tire somehow got loose and dragged under the bumper on the freeway. I m glad Pardiac was there to help me get it out, so that I could get home safely! Thanks for the help guys and affordable pricing.

It was late at night, one of the coldest nights of the year, we were stranded on an isolated road in an unfamiliar city.. and Pardiac rescued us. And they recommended a trusted auto repair shop that charged us less than expected. We are so grateful!

The only time I post reviews like this is when there is a major issue- Pardiac s truck recovery trucks just about caused an accident while pulling out of the median near Fowlerville. I called the number in the side of the truck to report hazardous driving and the only response I received was The drivers were responding to an accident and they have priority. I don t stand for dangerous behavior

Ben is an absolute tactician when it comes to his towing. I have a 80s bass boat that is very good condition for its age. I ended up having to get it towed due to a wheel bearing failing. I was very nervous about having it towed due to the rarity of the boat. Ben handled it like a pro! 5/5

Steve was a great help towing our vehicle. He was very fast and efficient. Our insurance company told us over an hour and a half wait, Pardiac was to us in 15 minutes! We are so grateful for the quick response. He was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Thank you!

Car broke down and we were left stranded on the side of a busy highway in the middle of a rain storm. Pardiac was able to get a truck to us and gave us a ride to where we needed to be. Driver was kind as well as the dispatcher.

My husband and I were stranded on our way to the airport on US 23. After waiting for AAA for 1-1/2 hrs we called them back only for them to tell us the tow company they dispatched our request to never responded and was not available. We called Pardiac Towing and they got a tow there in less than the 45 minutes wait time they provided. Thomas was efficient and courteous and the ride home was comfortable. Thomas was very helpful in getting us off the side of the highway. We are new to the area and wasn t sure who to call, the company was quick to get our driver Thomas out to us. The estimated a 30 minute wait and we barely waited 15 minutes for him to arrive. Thomas came and towed my wife's mini cooper today. He was at my house in under 20 minutes, was super polite and had skills with the wheel that would make you think about going back to driver's ed. After waiting for over 2 hours to get assistance assigned by Roadside Assistance, I had called and asked the delay. They said it was assigned to a towing company (that didn't even exist in our area!!) and there was no time yet. I requested, if possible, that they assign me to Pardiac Towing, as I had only had good dealings with them. They surprisingly did just that and within 25 minutes, they were there and had my car hooked up and on the road to my house. Fantastic prompt service, super friendly and delivered my car without any (additional) dings on it! Absolutely recommend!Service: Car towing

Pardiac Towing really helped me out. My pontoon was dead in the water but they were able to tow it to the Thompson Lake boat launch with their jet ski. Mike and his team did a great job and were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!
