Tina the store manager is proof some heros don't wear a cape ! She is very very knowledgeable and will not give up until your issue, your parts are fixed,found and in your hands. She is a great asset to O'Reillys. I can't say thank you enough for her help not once but everytime I needed something.

The manager is very friendly at the store but the guy who waited on me seem to be inconvenienced by putting on my 78.00 wiper blades. I was making friendly talk asking him if they had new people working today and he got a little snotty with me. I also asked him not to lean up against my car with his keys hanging down on his pockets and he stated his keys will not touch my car. He proceeded to pull out the wiper blades with the packaging on the hood and the plastic packaging was sliding around which left scratch marks on my hood.

Steve is absolutely awesome! I needed a new battery and he took charge of the situation and showed me which one I needed and on top of that installed the new one in the parking lot for me! He also walked through the installation process in case I ever wanted to attempt it myself in the future. Truly grateful for him!

Great service!!! Gina was a wonderful help with checking out the condition of a used car we were looking at, and ultimately saved us from a huge mistake!!! Amazing store manager she went above and beyond for customers I really appreciate her picking up a part for me so I didn't have to Walk back 10 miles home and back to the store I hope she achieves her goals!!

Kevin (mgr) went over and above to help me today with a battery replacement that was giving us issues. He spent extra time to make sure the battery was the issue, when they didn't have stock of the battery offered to drive me to the store that did and/or go pick it up and bring it back as I ate lunch. I insisted that wasn't necessary and drove to south Lyon store where they had it in stock, had a miserable experience with that inept staff, and returned to Brighton and asked them to switch the battery out for me even though they didn't even make the sale. Kevin happily replaced it, and then made sure I wasn't charged the core return that south Lyon charged me (even though they didn't help me nor took back my old battery). He insisted I wait in the car while he ran in the store and back to give the refund and ensured I was all set. I was blown away by his kindness and overabundance of help. Kevin and his team are awesome!

They closed early; the sign on the door even said they should still be open. Very frustrating. Wish they'd just change their hours instead of be inconsistent.

Been buying parts there for years. The staff is always knowledgeable and nice as well if they have to order something it comes right away. Good store and staff.

Friendly service and quick. Usually not busy inside so not waiting long. Always had parts I need in stock. Offers oil recycling drop off and large selection of speciality loaner tools. Shop online and pick up in store is quickly ready for pickup.

I needed an alternator and a serpentine belt, and Gina the store manager went above and beyond to locate the parts for me! Every experience at the Brighton location has been amazing.

Worst service I've gotten at an OReilly. I waited in line to ask about a part, said I was in kind of a hurry. I was told to wait while they took care of the person in line behind me. 10 minutes later without looking at all they tell me they don't carry the part. No help locating someone that does, nothing. The employee I spoke with at Auto Value was much more friendly and helpful. I will be reconsidering my future business with O Reilly's based on this experience.

Went in to get some new wiper blades because the snow was bad. The gentleman running the counter pointed out that if i bought the highest end wipers they were cheaper than the others because there was an extra mail in rebate. Was in and out in 7 min. Good customer service.

Customer service rep was rude and did not listen to what I was saying. When I asked if someone could go out to look at the problem I was having so we knew what specific parts to order I was told no. I left this store and called the Howell location. The customer service rep knew exactly what I was talking about over the phone and said they'd have them ordered and in stock by the same afternoon. Will definitely make it a point to drive to the Howell location from now on!!!

Ordered two mufflers and was told they had plenty of clamps. Mufflers that came in were "same as" in different part number. Only problem mufflers cost twice as much and they had no clamps. Completely screwed me for my project and were unwilling to sell me the mufflers for the quoted price. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. I am done with O'Reilly!

03/09/2020. I had one of the best experiences I ve ever had at this O Rileys. The staff here are always knowledgeable and experienced. Jamie, was Outstanding and went above and beyond and demonstrated excellent auto advice/customer service. THIS IS THE BEST O Rileys.

I have no clue as to car engines or anything other than putting in washer fluid in oil but when I have a problem these guys here at the O'Reilly's always know exactly what it is and exactly what needs to be done. I get the parts there and a friend of mine puts them on for me. Also, they're always suggesting the cheapest way to go, they're not trying to oversell me ever, and if they don't have the part in stock they can have a part delivered within the day most of the time. Ii'l have to order a part and it's there by 4 so I love going to the store I'd rather go here then AutoZone or anything, it's not a big a chain or fancy but the people that work here make this place great.

Very nice staff had a caliper in the rear of my truck go out. They helped me with tools and parts the best they could I did the brake job in the parking lot and got back on the road thank you

These place's all have the same items these days, real mechanic's are often disapointed. I really don't like the hello you get from the counter person that isn't looking at you and might not even be in sight. Disingenuous.
