The original review I did in anger and because I didn t know both sides of what happened as to why I had to wait for an auto part for my auto shop repair guy to replace was a no show so I am giving Macy the benefit of my doubt. Hope I am correct deleting my angry first reviews.

Chris and Jason are always very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the last true part stores around. If they don't have something in stock when I call, they can usually get it the same day.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating I got two coils over the plug coils for my Ford 500 the boxes were the same when I got home to put them on one was correct in the other one was not so I had to drive all the way back the next day luckily they had another one I got that one home and it was broken where the electrical connector plugs in I put it in my car anyways it works

What I like about maxi is that they actually have parts (sometimes hard to find parts) in stock. Prices are pretty good and they don t even bother selling the cheap junk that you can buy from the other auto parts stores.

Fast and friendly, Christopher is very knowledgeable about parts and cars you can tell he's very experienced, no need to call around for prices I always go to Maxi
