My experience was the absolute best. Kindness and compassion was shown to me today. It was raining, I was loaned a hoodie to go across the street while my spare was being installed on my van. Came back to job done and no charge. For real. Thank you.

We have 5 cars in our family, the oldest car being a 2005 Prius, 2010 Grand Caravan,2012 Camry, 2015 Malibu, 2017 Malibu. We care for our cars, and the awesome mechanics at Highway Auto help keep them reliable for everyday use.I highly recommend Highway Auto.

Pleasantly surprised. Scheduled an appointment online but apparently it didn't make it to the front desk. No worries, gentlemen took my info and said they would call when it was ready. Just a few hours later, vehicle was ready and the price was quite reasonable. Very happy to support a local business when able.

We had been taken for a ride by countless auto repair garages in the Brighton area when we first moved here. Someone suggested Hiway Tire about 15 years ago, & it was one of the best tips we ever got. During the height of the pandemic, we couldn t reach them, so we went to another local garage. I had forgotten what it was like to be fleeced for shoddy work & expensive parts that weren t needed . Waiting days with no updates while my vehicle sits outside. HiWay has never disappointed us! They repair instead of replace when it s possible. They communicate. They are friendly & honest. My whole extended family agrees that they are the BEST place to go. I was referred this place by a coworker when I was having trouble with my vehicle and every other place I had taken it to had failed to find the problem. Dave and his team made every effort to diagnose the issue and keep me informed of their progress along the way. Once they found the problem, the fix was very quick. I'm so grateful for them and their persistence in getting the car fixed for me. Will definitely return and recommend!

My family has returned to this business year over year for now more than 2 decades. The level of honesty and integrity the entire staff and ownership has kept us coming back for routine oil changes to (at times) major repairs. We have never experienced pressure to complete a repair but they have great ability to explain what is a priority repair because of safety and what will need to be done in the future (and can be delayed). Example: Brakes were repaired today (01.05.23) I was informed in late September (2022) that my brakes appeared to be worn while getting an oil change but recommended that I had until probably December (2022) before it needed to be repaired to avoid any safety problems. I could hear metal on metal this week and they needed to repair my front brakes only! They are an honest auto repair that cares about my safety & wallet as much as I do! I highly recommend for if you want an honest answer about your vehicle.Service: Brakes

We were driving home from vacation when our tire blew out on the highway. We had accepted the fact that anywhere we d go we d be taken advantage of but we were so grateful to have come across Hi-Way tire. Not only did they get us in as soon as possible, but they replaced our tire for the bare minimum cost and got us back on the road within 30 minutes. They were so kind and helpful - we wish we lived near the area so they could help us with all of our car needs! Thank you Hi-Way tire for helping us get home safely!

a set of tires installed took 4 days!! bt no problem ok, but charge for balance and the car shook all the way home I removed the tires some of the nuts were so tight I used a 4 ft bar to get them off you would never change them on the road ! took a look ther was old weights on them! They didn't balance them , took them to (green oak tire) paid them to do the job right now it's good ! So save some grief just go to green oak tire first better service they were done in one hour not 4 days !I was a mechanic 40 years never put nuts on that tight that's how they break off

By far the best service I've ever had. Broke down on the interstate and they got me back up and running in less than 24 hours. They also made sure I got to and from my hotel safe. They saved the day for me especially right before the holiday.

I needed a 4 wheel alignment for my vehicle.Scheduled an appointment online and got a quick response.Was in and out quick and the guys have great customer service and are very friendly.Found out that I only ended up needing my front wheels aligned because the back looked good. I've been having problems with my front left wheel for months and when I went to drive my car out of the parking lot it felt like it was brand new again!!Will come back to you guys if I need anything in the future!Thanks again!Zachary

Honest, reliable and quality mechanics are hard to find. That s why I m very happy I found Hi Way Tire. I take me and my wife s cars there for anything from oil changes to new tires to anything else. They are reasonably priced, always communicate what s recommended and what can wait and never have tried to up sell me on anything I don t need. Go see Dave and Rob for all your vehicle maintenance needs. You ll be glad you did.

These guys are just great. What can I say without sounding cliche but the guys down at hi-way tire ALWAYS give you a fair price and work to make everything right. I am have been going to them for about 2 years now with no complaints. Not once have I felt that there was any shadiness to their operation. I have had work done from oil changes to moderate mechanical repairs with no complaints to speak of at all. Their prices are better than average and they will work within a budget. Give them your business!

I was introduced to Dave at Hi-Way by my now husband. We were dating and I was from out of town he said to go there for an oil change so I did. The experience was quality. But I was 25 and an oil change was an oil change. Ten years later I'm still taking my cars to Hi-Way. Dave and Rob have always been honest with me and charged me a fair price. I have never had to return for a repair without the guys there warning me I would have to. Great local business.

These guys are great. I ve been using them a little over a year now and I don t see myself ever going anywhere else. They re honest, their prices are fair, and repairs are done really fast. It seems it s ok for Dave to be rude to women.. you need to be a good ole guy. Had new tires put on along with several other things, never received a call with estimate, just told car was ready and how you paying. Had to go back because I had a vibration which wasn t there prior, and still not fixed. Long time customer that will NOT be back.

Had a flat tire, and they told us they'd be able to get us in by the afternoon but we needed to get to work. Must be a busy winter!! Last time they saw us immediately, so I know they do care and really do want to help. They promptly filled up our tire for us and given the hardship presented, didn't demand payment. Fantastic eager service, no guilt-tripping. They just help you and move you on your way.

I always get good service from Highway. Place you feel comfortable sending a spouse who has zero mechanical knowledge confident they won't get taken advantage of on auto repairs. Trailer brake controller added there. Go to for all auto repairs.

We were on our 2 hour way home & got a flat tire-first we tried a chain place and they were no help told us it would take too long.. Pulled into here 15 mins before closing and the owner and his crew fixed us all up QUICKLY and got us on our way with ease! Overall, they're all great guys. They work very hard to help you fix whatever it is that's going on. They have always been nice, reasonable w/ price, and have always done things in a timely manner. They're one of the very few people I trust with my car!

Were able to fix my car same day and didnt try to upcharge me or get "both" sides or the one that's always pulled, the alignment. Had additional issue and was fair about pricing with that. As a single female, I didnt feel taken advantage of. That's was a nice change because I do know a little about cars and repair. Seems fair. I'd use again.

I have taken my vehicles to Hi-Way tire for many years. They are above all honest and friendly. As the name implies they sell tires, but they also do many other automotive repairs. I've had them replace wheel bearings, suspension components, brakes, and tires. They have always provided good service at a reasonable cost. Ask to speak with the owner. As an automotive engineer, I am frequently skeptical about automotive repair shops, but these guys are the real deal and have earned my trust!
