Brought my 20 year old Harley Sportster here recently after it started running weird . It was my grandpa s old motorcycle so I wanted to take care of it, but didn t want to end up spending more than the bike is worth.I m not very mechanically inclined, so I described my situation to Dennis using lots of wild hand gestures and vroom vroom noises.Despite my shortcomings they were quickly able to diagnose what was wrong and fix it up quick. Both Dennis and the other mechanic (sorry I don t remember his name) explained everything thoroughly in a way that even I was able to understand.TL;DR I feel comfortable that they took care of my bike without gouging someone like me who wouldn t know any better. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here when required.

Steve knows how to fix motorcycles. Great quality work and a reasonable price. Service is above and beyond any Harley dealer. His son Denis does excellent detail work and is an asset to the business. Never experienced any down time waiting for a repair. This shop keeps my rubber on the road not sitting in the shop.

Steve disassembled both my left and right forks, inspected them and replaced the left fork cartridge. He adjusted the steering fall away. Replaced front wheel bearings on my 2003 police dresser.I very pleased with work and service. I have been taking my Harley here for years. Always top notch service, fair prices and a great overall experience. They are super honest about what your bike needs and what it doesn t and will take the time to explain the specifics with you. I feel like family every time I come in and highly recommend Harrison s!!

Been taking our bikes there for a couple of years now. They always go above and beyond. This last time took the wife's Dyna in for an oil change they cleaned the boot marks and scratches off the muffler. No charge. I figured I would need to replace them. After Steve got done with them they looked brand new. If you're looking for a quality motorcycle repair shop take it to Harrison. This is the only place we go to for service on our bikes. We have been very happy with the customer service, quality of work and turnaround times from Steve and Denis. When preparing for long trips, they take the extra time to go through our scoots to make sure they are safe for the long haul. Our lives depend on the safety and reliability of our bikes - our recommendation does not come lightly. The prices are reasonable and this shop is a far better experience than any dealership.

I can't even begin to describe how much I appreciate Steve and Dennis. They far surpassed my expectations when it came to service, expertise, and communication. I brought them a 2001 CR250 that needed a complete motor rebuild. They showed me exactly why there was something wrong with my motor and didn't oversell me on anything whatsoever. I received phone calls, texts, videos, and pictures that updated me on what they had gotten done. Dennis did a fantastic job on ensuring my satisfaction while Steve put his hands to work. Steve is an absolute guru when it comes to bikes. He knows EVERYTHING about them and got the job done quickly. They also took some extra time to clean up the inside and outside of my engine as well as the chassis itself. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I have been using Harrison's for a few years now and they have done everything from routine fluids/maintenance to bigger mechanical jobs. Steve is extremely meticulous when it comes to working on bikes. He really takes the extra time and makes sure everything is exactly as it should be and he treats the bikes like they were his own. Dennis has detailed our bikes and I could not have been more impressed. By the time he was done, my '95 Road King looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line.All of my experiences with Harrison's have been timely, professional, and my expectations have always been exceeded. I recommend them every time to anyone who asks.

Steve and Dennis are the whip. Best mechanic and detailer I have ever experienced. Steve grew up doing Harley's his whole life and really knows the business. He treats your bike like it is his own. All my bikes are done by him and always will be. Great job guys

Came back from blessing of the bikes 2022 and had a rear wheel bearing blow apart in my rear axle and Steve and Dennis took care of it for me! My hubby had his bike detailed here, and what an amazing job they did! The bike looked new, it's amazing! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and responsible. This has been the best experience for bike detailing. I will certainly recommend!

Owner and his son are usually always nice, rating can change dependent on what happens in the next few days. So far I have had my bike there for a year and 331$ later. Cost is not the problem wait was pretty long for what was diagnosed. Anyway upon picking my bike up finally it ran great out the door, while trying to accelerate on the highway fell on its face and died. Doing the same exact thing it was doing before I brought it in. Starts up idles and now when you put it in gear and let the clutch on completely dies out. If the issue is resolved all will be forgiven.

Wonderful service here. Both guys I talked to seemed cool and knowledgeable. They got my bike to me quickly.Don't go to shady places like motorcycles plus and waste time and money, come here and get the job done right and fast

I called this shop and asked how much to swap two tires. I was told $65 a piece plus two $5 disposal charges and two shop supply fees of $5-$8.Best case that s $150 to mount and balance two tires. That was bringing in my rims. I was quoted 2 hours at $100 an hour plus two $5 disposal and two $5-$8 shop supply fees That s $220. No Thanks. I ll take them anywhere else for $70 out the door.Who would go here?

Just wanted to say thank you to Steve . I needed 2 tires put onin a hurry. Steve had me drop em off in evening and were ready the next day .great service and great price on labor . will be back

Family owned & run operation here. Steve is the best mechanic I've ever known, & Denis is the most helpful front man. Denis does one heck of a detail job to boot! I'll never take my motorcycle to anyone else!

Steve Harrison worked on my bike last month and I couldn't be happier! Not only did he fix my primary leak but he went out of his way to fix the little things that only I would notice. His experience is far above anyone else in Michigan. I will always recommend Harrison's!

I am so disappointed that they have not returned my calls. They come so very highly recommended. They must just be so busy that they don't need my business.
