Just picked up my Grand Cherokee repaired after a break in downtown Detroit. I would like to give a huge thank you to Megan and Grace and the rest of the reception team. The repair was done in super quick time and I know one of the colleagues drove a 60 mile round trip to pick up a part so the job could be completed before the Easter weekend. I had a large scratch on my Jeep and took it here to get a quote to fix it. After showing the manager a picture of the damage, he came right out and buffed it! My Jeep looks good as new, and he didn t charge me a penny. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. They have my business, and they should have yours too! Highly recommend.

Out of nowhere, I heard something dragging beneath my SUV: I quickly realized that part of my undercarriage cover had snapped off, was bent in half, and I was dragging it. My car was clearly was not drivable. Just by chance, I pulled into Gerber Collision and Joe and his team - jumped - literally, and began repairing it. They had lifted my SUV, repaired the bent piece, and installed new clips within 15 minutes. They would not allow me to pay them for the repair, the parts, or their time.I can't thank them enough - not only for their kind deed, but also in repairing it so fast that I made it on time to pick my daughter up from school. We are very fortunate to have a company with this level of integrity in our community: I am grateful and highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend this business, They took my truck in with great care and took great responsibility by communicating to get all the parts and installed let alone under 24hrs of ordering and ready for pick up!!! also came back to pick up a super clean truck in perfect condition. Sorry for leaving it so dirty!! Supervisor Jim and they re whole team were super friendly and fantastic at their job thanks for going above and beyond!

Gerber did a stellar job on my vehicle! The receptionist very pleasant, the estimator was very informative, the manager kept in touch every step of the way, the body work and paint job looks phenomenal, and the detail at the end was the cherry on top! They had my car looking show room ready! I couldn't recommend Gerber enough! Easy 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I happen to bring in my vehicle after the first major snow storm. With that said I got my car back very quick. The process was easy and staff were very accommodating. Car looks good as new and I m very happy with this shop. No complaints here.Update*On 12/23/19, I had an issue with maintenance that was completed by Campbell s Collision. Unknown if it was their fault or a failure of equipment regardless they fixed it free of charge.You won t find a more honorable and reliable place to bring your vehicle to. Their customer service is unbeatable.

From start to finish, the process of having some minor body damage was handled in the most timely and professional way. The initial quote was accurate and there were no surprises. They communicated with my insurance company, had flexible drop-off protocols, health safety was taken seriously by the office staff, the repaired car was delivered on time and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off, both inside and out. I cannot recommend Campbell Collision enough. Great job-great company!Service: Body & Trim

Jim, thank you for your kindness when I stopped and asked about my headlight on my car. You took the time to adjust my headlight. Kindness is still alive!At no charge.You took the time to come outside and look it over and knew what needed to be done. He had me pull to the side of the building turn my lights on and adjust the one out aliment.

Campbell's did a great job on my car. Had to take it back for some color blending and they did it in one day. They were great to work with. Enterprise Car Rental in Brighton will bring your rental car and pick it up. Good experience with my first accident!

I have taken multiple vehicles here for many years may it be from an accident or just general maintenance and I have always been incredibly pleased with their work. The staff is incredible... friendly and professional and easy to work with. Best of all the prices have always been fair and explained in detail with no surprises. They stand behind their work. I recently brought them an aftermarket part to paint for my Jeep and when the paint did not bond well I brought it back almost a year later and they stripped it and used a different bonding agent / primer and painted it again at no charge. They also do an excellent job of detailing vehicles at a much better price then Ultimate Body and will pick you up and drop you off locally if needed. I cannot recommend Campbell Collision enough to friends, family and neighbors. If you need anything just ask for Bob, the owner he will make sure your taken care of.

My headlight got busted and I scheduled service with Campbell to make the repair. While it took a few weeks for them to receive the part, the shop kept me updated. When the part came in, they called me to complete the repair. It was done within an hour and I was able to wait onsite. The staff and management were courteous, helpful, and great to work with. Gerber Collision in Brighton did a great job with their work on my 2020 Toyota Tundra. The vehicle looks brand new and you'd never know I hit a deer with it. I found the team to be very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable (I mostly worked with Jim). Did a great job repairing and repainting a fiberglass hood. Even buffed out a couple blemishes in other spots on the car for no extra charge. Inside and outside were much cleaner at pick up than when i dropped it off. I would definitely recommend and work with again

This is the second time in 6 months that I've had cause to use Campbell Collision's services, and this the second time in 6 months that they have blown my socks off with their service. In both instances, my car was returned looking as though it had come directly off the showroom floor. The dents and scratches from a garbage can swipe and, later, a parking lot door ding were gone. The staff and owner have been helpful, personable, and receptive throughout. I hope there will be no future need for their repair services, but they definitely have my business for detailing jobs and any other maintenance issues that might come along. Highly recommended.

They were very communicative and while it took a little longer than expected they still met my deadline and had test driven it several miles to make sure all was good. After 500 miles I ve found all works and drives like new (it was only 3 weeks old when someone hit me ). Very pleased!

Campbell's did a great job on my car and were very personable. I really appreciate the customer service. I arrived later than I had planned and the owner was very patient and helped me out. Not only to get a hold of the rental car but took me to the place and made sure they had a car for me. Cant thank them enough.

They did an amazing job on my car when as a teenage driver I had an unplanned meeting with a tree. Forty-ish years later, they did an amazing job after I was on the receiving end of a bumper-crash. Very impressive work product and service. I'm glad I have met them although I hope I don't have to see them again anytime soon. They really stand behind their work. I had extensive damage done to my car and they fixed it up as good as new. When I had questions after they had finished, they took their time and made sure I was completely satisfied.

Installed our windshield incorrectly and rain poured into our car and mis diagnosed issues with our vehicle after we hit a deer. Said they would get us a rental and never did. This company seems to be interested in taking advantage of people and insurance.

I had a minor accident (guy ran through a stop sign on purpose) that resulted in a ding in my Fender and Bumper Fascia, plus my "Service Stabilitrac" light came on. It took two months for me to find the time to have it repaired and when I finally took it in the insurance company (State Farm) decided the light was from a mechanical problem and unrelated to the accident even though it came on immediately after it happened. The only problem mechanically with the car when I dropped it off at Campbell's was that the light was on; it ran and drove fine. I had driven it thousands of miles since the accident without issue. It also drove fine while it was at Campbell's; Bob the Shop Manager there said as much, until the day I was supposed to pick it up and he said his guy took it out to wash it and something happened. My car has lost nearly 50% of it's power and sounds funny now. They took no responsibility (of course), but it clearly happened under their watch. I don't recommend them for a Body Repair Shop or State Farm for Insurance.

Remarkable service, the staff will treat you like family. Owned and operated by the same family since Day 1 many decades ago. Won't take my vehicle anywhere else in Livingston County. Highly recommend!!!
