Great service here recently. Staff were polite and helpful and moved things along quickly. Nice clean facility. Top notch all around. I strongly suggest coming to this location of all tire needs.

Ben at this Discount Tire is a fabulous site manager/supervisor and runs a very tight and professional ship! Dan did a terrific job getting my new tires on quickly. I have come to this location 3 times now and will continue to do so with such professional team members and service.

I haven't been to a Discount Tire since about 1999. Ever since, I've have been a Belle Tire guy. Today I went to a Belle Tire to get my tires rotated on my Tesla Model Y (it's first tire rotation!). Walked in and asked how long it might take. Response: "we only have one tech in for some reason. It will be 3-4 hours". I called the other local BT - same response. I decided to give the Discount Tire in Brighton a try. They said, "about 35-45 min"!Upon arriving, I noticed they had a good number staff both inside and in the garage working. The facility was clean and well-kept. Kyle behind the counter was very friendly and professional. A team member came out from behind the counter and called my name while my car was being worked on to let me know it would be about 5-10 more mins. Once done, he came out into the waiting room to hand me my receipt and told me he would pull my car to the front door! I asked Kyle and a gentleman who was clearly the manager (based on his stature and professionalism) if the receipt was right as it was $0.00. The manager said, "Yes! Crazy, right?! We just hope that when you need new tires or other services, you'll choose us".I'm not here to bash Belle Tire. They've been great over the years. But I've had some questionable experiences with them as of late (lack of professionalism, zero updates on service status whether waiting there or leaving the vehicle) and I have never had such an overwhelming positive experience at BT as I had today at Discount Tire. They definitely earned a new customer today! Keep up the great work.

I had appointment scheduled to have tires rotated. I got in and out in a decent time. They were obviously busy because of the weather and they had lots of people there trying to get in. They are very accommodating to help those people and I m sure that they stayed late too as many people as they could. I ve been here a few times and I ve never had any issues.

This Discount Tire has the best customer service than any o have been to in any other state. They were honest regarding a tire sensor they broke and they fixed it. They let me drive out of the shop to avoid getting rained on. This was their idea. They were thinking of me. I went there to have a rim replaced and everything worked out well.

Really good experience with the team at Discount tire Brighton! My 4 year old and I were in and out in around an hour with 4 new tires!!!! Everyone I talk to there was polite and pleasant. It was nice to see their customer service didn't waiver when they took care of the guy with the BMW and the guy with the rusted out van!!!! A+++ customer service!

Best tire shop around for years now. They fixed my tire this morning. Staff is always friendly and quick. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for new tires and service. Keep it up.*11/24/223 another awesome experience. Ordered tires for my truck online, they called to let me know they arrived, showed up this morning at 8am and was out by 8:25am.

Saved Santa and aMrs. Claus. At different times we. Needed air in our tires. Ben and his crew were the most courteous and gracious employees of Discount TIRE. I have purchased tires here and they are very reliable. Am honest. I am grateful for this wonderful place and the great people that work here.

Consistency is key. The whole staff that I've dealt with over the past few years have been positive, professional and courteous. Service has been sharp and relatively quick when possible. Nothing worse than being left in a waiting room with no updates and end up with service you regret paying for...been there..done it. Discount Tire is my go to place and I trust their expertise.

Couldn't recommend the entire Discount Tire brand more.I've been going to various Discount Tires across the Midwest and Great Plains for years and they've always treated me and my family right. However this particular location in Brighton is especially fantastic.Through a series of unfortunate events (a combination of honest mistakes and worn down lug nuts) in the process of them replaced my tires (fantastic tires by the way), another shop informed me that they had cross threaded or otherwise stripped the threads and my car was borderline unsafe to drive. I brought my car back to this Brighton location mere hours before I left for a trip to Europe and explained the situation to them. They told me to leave my car with them and they would handle it while I was away.Without getting too much on my soap box: I was skeptical they would take care of me. It seems that the norm today (or maybe always?) has been business taking advantage of consumers and not owning up to their mistakes.The folks at Discount Tire in Brighton absolutely took care of me. They gave me a call, let me know exactly what happened, how it happened, why it happened, and how they fixed it on their dime. They said I could pick my car up when I get back to the States and that was that.As rare as they are, mistakes happen. What matters is how you handle them. Absolutely perfect customer service. I can't recommend them enough.

A bit of a wait to be seen even with an appointment, but they took great care of me. Once we got started I was in & out faster then I've ever been at any other location! Friendly & knowledgeable but not overbearing staff :)

2 months ago, I got a flat tire while in Brighton, 2.5 hours away from where I live and I had a total meltdown. Not only was I far from home, had damaged my car, but had just been turned away from a tire place who said they, nor likely anyone else in the area would have the tires I needed. I had no idea how I was going to get home, but called Discount Tire and luckily, they had the tire in stock, so I limped my car there.The guy who helped me, Benjamin, was one of the kindest people I've ever worked with at a place like this. He was super helpful, calming, and genuine - I was at Discount Tire for 3 hours but his service made the time pass so much quicker. I quite honestly have nothing but RAVE reviews for how I was treated by this store, but it's truly all thanks to that man. Very thankful that he was the person who helped me that day and that Discount Tire has such great people working at their organization.

One of their techs broke off one of my wheel studs, didn't tell me about it at all, and then told me "it was probably another shops fault, we can't do anything about it because we don't do those kind of repairs".

Scheduled an appointment for 3:45pm to wait in store. Arrived at 3:30. I was told a completion estimate of 1 hour and 15 minutes. It took more than 1.5 hours before it was even started.

Discount Tire is one of the few large chains that I genuinely trust, and this particular locations is my go-to. I honestly have never had a bad experience, and half the time I go there I feel like I m getting away with something!Michigan roads are rough, to say the least, so I have to deal with tire issues way more than I want to. Almost every time I go to Discount Tire they don t end up charging me! They re super convenient for free air, good for basic services like plugging a hole, rotations, etc, and the staff is always nice and honest. They are also the one exception to the rule where almost any store with the word discount in it means second-rate quality , at Discount Tire they carry good quality tires whether you re looking for higher performance or something a bit more budget conscious yet reliable.Their friendly service has won me over, I now use them for all my tire needs. Today I bought some Continentals and they ride great!

Be careful when shopping for tires here. They are primarily interested in selling you a set of tires the day you show up regardless if they are correct for your vehicle. I have had problems in the past when purchasing a set of 6 commercial tires. For one thing I had to provide the sales guy documentation as to how they should lift the vehicle. They were not lifting it correctly since it was a class c Mercedes motor home and would likely cause damage to the drivetrain or chassis.

Ben took us as a very late walk in. He was more than helpful and kind as my wife and two young kids waited for a complementary tire patch. We left well after closing time and he polite and friendly the whole time. A+ to Ben.

I will continue to go back to Discount Tire because they have great customer service. Buying online and setting up installation appointments online is also extremely convenient. I appreciate the fact that they treat you like an equal and don't automatically assume you know nothing about tires. I typically stay away from chains when it comes to caring for my vehicles but Discount Tire is an exception. They are great!

Got appt scheduled for next day when I contacted. Extremely quick service. Set of new tires in just a couple of hours. Very nice, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Would recommend. Will go back.

The quality of worker at this brighton location has gone downhill. I ve been trying to get my tires they installed, been back and forth over 10 times in 6 months to keep the tires balanced.Their new suggestion was the tires so I paid to have the tires changed and to say that helped would be a lie. The tires got changed Saturday morning and by Tuesday the weights were back off.Go somewhere else for tires. If you want good service and quality workmanship.The issue after 6 months and new tires, is still yet to be resolved.Pictures are where the weights should be the white in the picture is their double sided tape.
