Title: Exceptional Service at Costco Tire CenterReview:I recently had an incredibly positive experience at the Costco Tire Center that I feel compelled to share. In a moment of oversight, I accidentally ordered summer tires in December. However, the manager was astutely observant and caught this mistake, reaching out to me the day before my scheduled appointment. Despite the all-season tires being out of stock, the manager went above and beyond by contacting a local distributor to source the correct tires. Not only did he manage to order them for next-day delivery, but he also ensured my 10 o clock appointment was kept as scheduled.The team at Costco Tire Center displayed remarkable flexibility and customer service by seamlessly switching out my tire order with no questions asked. Their dedication and effort to rectify the situation were nothing short of outstanding. This experience has truly set a high standard for customer service. It's not just about selling tires; it's about ensuring the safety and satisfaction of their customers. I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff here. They are absolutely fantastic and have earned my trust and future business. Highly recommended!

First let me prefis this with I'm a car guy that HAS mounted and balanced tires in my 35+ years working on cars (but I simply don't own or have access to your machines currently.) So I dismounted my (2) rims and tires off of an AWD Ford Flex since I have a blowout on some pretty new tires I wanted to change them as a pair. First response "you're supposed to change all 4 in an AWD vehicle"..... As much as I'd love to throw away 3 perfectly good tires I'll pass and explained AGAIN that one blew out. He scrolls down the list and suggests a Bridgestone.... Not a bad tire but I'm after a Michelin Crossclimate directional tire. His response "oh you can't use that because it's AWD"..... Ok, I'll bite why ? Him "Because you might put them on wrong following the manufacturer rotation procedure"..... Thinking you're kidding right. He then refuses to sell me the tires..... Listen I don't need a nanny, I need two black rubber things that hold air and fit on my car. Asked him.... Politely.... If he has to ask the manufacturer how to take a leak too and walked out. Tire mounting and balancing machine currently being shipped SMH

Ordered tires 3 weeks ago. Costco charged me and sent 3 tires while losing one tire in shipping. Tire was noted as delivered and appointment set. Now costco location cannot find tire and has no answer for a resolution despite taking my money for items not delivered. Horrible customer service at this location

This location incentivized me to buy my own tire changer because of the consistent lies they provide! Last time I visited this location they claimed my rim was out of warranty because there was dried tire slime on the rim only and not the tire from multiple tires changes ago, as a result they didn't honor their warranty that we paid extra for. After buying a new tire (from Costco) to replace this one, they installed it back on the rim with the tire slime still in place. They would then claim this tire isn't under warranty either, when THEY INSTALLED IT! I have since had this tire replaced, only to find that they LEFT A BROKEN TPMS SENSOR INSIDE THE TIRE. The tire has a functional working tpms sensor, and the broken body of an old one inside. I attempted to have these issues resolved appropriately, but the staff made it clear my best solution was to do my tires elsewhere.Staff claimed fix a flat, bead sealant, and tire slime are all not covered by warranty. Online warranty specifically says only exception is for fix a flat. Tire slime is water soluble and wiped off the one rim with a rag in a second. The bead sealer was used by their own staff and is industry standard.

I will say they had the lowest tire prices and I purchased a set of four a few months ago. Balance and rotation is free so I returned as scheduled. They had my truck for 1 hour and when I picked it up Marc G told me it was making a grinding noise when they drove it into the bay and despite driving there from a car wash it was too dirty to balance the tires. He was unable or unwilling to carry on a conversation or answer any questions. The truck was brought to me sounding as if it would fall apart. If my truck had made that noise prior to their touching it I would not have left my home. Marc failed to respond to anything I said. The tech Luke Henry was kind and said perhaps something fell on the brake pad when they took the tires off which is plausible but contradicts Marc's typed statement that it arrived that way. I drove to the end of the parking lot to await my husband and whatever they dropped in the wheel well must have fallen out as the noise stopped. How do you return a $50,000+ truck to someone in that condition and not check the noise out? Marc G has no business being the face of Costco Tire and dealing with the public. I drove home on 23 and it felt as though I was riding a jack hammer. I will NEVER entrust them with any vehicle again and will Never recommend them. Off to pay someone to balance and rotate my tires.

I made an appointment and was out quickly. Performed the needed repair and balanced tires. Took about an hour.

Stopped in around 4pm after shopping in the store to get a quote on a set of 4 new tires for my Subaru Outback. Was helped by Lori who was nothing short of amazing! She provided me with 2 quotes, one for Bridgestone tires with an instant rebate and another for Michelin tires. After making my selection, I asked if they could install the tires right then and there. They had no problem getting my car taken care of with no hassle or long wait times. Lori even offered to take my groceries back inside Costco to place in their big cooler so my groceries wouldn t spoil while I waited!! She even helped me unload them from the car! This is the best customer service I have received in a long time! Lori went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated! The other employees were also extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely be back here and recommend Costco Tire Center for all your tire needs!

I needed tires in an emergency situation, I went to costco since I had heard that they are very well priced. Not only were they very well priced, but Lori who helped me out was amazing. Very informative and nice. AND she called today to let me know the tires I bought yesterday went on sale today and to come in for a price adjustment. 100% recommend Costco tire Center!

Disappointed by the fact that I called to see if they had a small engine battery available. Tje gentleman on the phone said yes, we have 9 after confirming the model #. I drove to the store and magically those 9 batteries disappeared. The gentleman behind the counter said that they probably sold them all. Did not bother asking a manager or tried to find out where those batteries were. Very poor attitude, he seemed very disinterested in trying to help, or perhaps offer to order one for me. Not the customer service I expected.

Rich B. is the man you want to talk to! I ordered some tires online and had them shipped to the Brighton Costco. Rich informed me that these tires were not the best choice for my needs in brought in the correct tires from another store. The tires actually wound up costing me about $70 less. Thanks for the great service Rich!

Best customer service, from checking in with Lori to Chris repairing my tire. I've purchased my tires for both my vehicles for the last 5 years and plan on continuing to do so. Thank you Lori and Chris

I come here to get my tires, they give me prices and I have no issues after installation. They are busy so if you can make an appointment with them, they don't steer you wrong.

Was told to go into service area for tire entrance waited over 15 minutes for someone to actually come to this area. Another employee came in and went to find someone to assist me. Was told to go to 1st for air. WIted another 15 minutes! 30 minutes to put air in tire is pathetic
