Took my 22 ram 1500 in it would not start, Tyler in the service department was professional and informative. They diagnosed my truck, ordered the part and had it replaced in less than 48 hours five star for sure.

We waited for the call to bring our car in and never heard from anyone so it took repeated calls to get the part ordered and then installed. Definitely some miscommunication on the service departments part!

An oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 2 hours and 45 minutes when you have an appointment. And when you pull into the service garage, it shouldn't take 10 mins for someone to ask to help you because they are all on their phones! Frustrating! Then someone shows you the air filter they are going to change but then it doesn't get changed. Not good service. Either honor appt times or schedule better so people feel like their time is respected.

Tom, Kody and the team at the body shop did an INCREDIBLE job bringing my Dodge Challenger back to like new condition. They also completed the work in record time! Jesse in the Service Department was very helpful in getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee radiator replaced along with cooling system fluids. Just recently the horn stopped working. A quick visit to the service bay once again and a loose connection was discovered and the problem solved. The team there is courteous and customer-oriented.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Pacifica had paint bubbling on it and they fixed it and now a year and a half later it's bubbling in the same spot as well as 4 other spots. It's only 4 years old. Took my car therefor an oil change first thing in the morning at 8am and they could do an oil change until 2pm, now I've been to many dealers for oil changes and I've never in my life had to wait that long. Had to have the fuel sensor line replaced, ask them if it was the one on the top or bottom and they told me the one on the bottom, after picking up my car I look over the paperwork and it was the one on the top which I would have replaced myself. I'd recommend going somewhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Oil change
