Nick Morgan from Customer Service & Danny from Financing were absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did they explain the purchasing process but were happy to answer any and all questions. Nick absolutely gained a loyal customer throughout this process and I can't wait to bring family and friends back for a similar experience!

Wouldn t recommend shopping here !!! Called about a specific car and was told due to end of month sales prices could be talked about. Kevin Case a salesman there wanted to run my credit without even talking about the price. Also I was told after try to negotiate by the supposed sales manager that they didn t even have the title for the car. Mind you they had possession of the car and were trying to sell it for over 4 months and still don t have the title ? Seems very sketchy. Also the listing is still posted. Common sense would tell you if you don t have the title to remove it for the customers sake . Why would you post a car and expect to sell without a title ? Horrible experience overall considering I drove almost a hour to this dealership . Then I was told by the supposed sales manager there is other options. I came in for a certain car and that only. Then Kevin didn t even have the balls to come back to the desk and explain everything. His manager had to. Honestly they talk a good game over the phone just to bring you in . Being the customer I had to keep calling back for a response before a appointment was scheduled. Don t worry when it comes to the day of the appointment they will contact you in several ways to make sure you re still coming in . I don t understand how it s hard to reach someone when the dealership is so small compared to others around the city. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It seems shady they are able to finance anyone even though there s no problem with my credit . Hope Everyone considers this review before shopping around at Champion Buick GMC of Brighton. Wouldn t recommended !!! God bless.

Tom Lynn has been selling cars to me and my family for 22 years! He always considers my personal family and financial needs and always goes above and beyond to make it work. He is always smiling, kind, considerate and is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the dealership. As a plus this time, he was training a new sales agent, Avery, who also worked with me. Avery will be a great addition to the team!

Tom Lynn, Steve Beach, AJ, Avery and Lindsay were all great! We hadn't purchased a new car in 20 years and were intimidated by the prospect, but they set us at ease. Tom worked with us tofit a new car into our budget with no high pressure tactics. We weren't talked down to as older people frequently are. AJ was really helpful with the explanation of the systems of the new car, again, not treating us like "OK, boomers". Lindsay, as the financial person, was great at explaining the various options. We would definitely return to Champion Buick GMC in Brighton.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!If I could choose 0 Stars, I would!If you have any issues with your car, you will NOT be helped. They are not willing to do anything for you. We have bought 2 cars from Champion and our second one currently has transmission issues starting at 300 miles off of the lot. Fast forward to now, we have had it in the SERVICE department 4 times for the same transmission issues. During the last time we took it in, we said we wanted out of the car. The SALES department (not very responsive, took them days to come back with options). They briefly looked into a new car for us and wanted us to put MORE money down and MORE money per month to get out of the car after only having the car for 6 months. We were then GHOSTED by both the sales member and manager. We have not been compensated for any portion of the 4 months that I was out a car and they were not willing to work with us.I will NEVER recommend and NEVER return.0/5 Stars

It was a great experience. Jacob went above and beyond with his correspondence with me while I was on vacation. He worked on making things work for me with this tougher economy. And AJ did a great job going over all the gadgets and ins and outs about my new vehicle. They both were very friendly, not pushy young men I would highly recommend to someone in the market of needing a vehicle.

I've had the best service ever with Samantha, who is an incredible salesperson. I've bought two cars from her and she always goes above and beyond. Samantha's honesty and transparency are the best part - she doesn't hide any fees from you. If you're looking for a trustworthy deal, go see her. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I must update my previous review and cannot recommend this dealership for used car purchases. I firmly believe they do not thoroughly inspect their used vehicles before putting them up for sale. We expected a car purchased from a dealership to be in good working condition, but the "as-is" agreement we signed seems to be their primary concern.The 2016 Yukon Denali we bought was not properly detailed, despite promises the interior had stains and residue throughout. While frustrating, that was minor compared to the mechanical problems.Within a day, a taillight failed a $500 repair. The dealership reluctantly agreed to cover half the cost, but this was just the beginning. Less than three months later, the shocks seized ($1500 repair). Now, barely a year in, we're facing water pump problems, a worn-out tensioner belt, and other smaller issues.We were sold a lemon. As young, first-time car buyers, we opted for used instead of new to save money. This has been a costly mistake, one we cannot easily rectify.I urge those considering a used car to avoid this dealership. While their new cars may be fine, their used inventory is seriously questionable. It's also worth noting that the dealership seems to leave generic "please contact us" responses on reviews, making it appear that they care without actually addressing individual issues.Bottom Line: If you encounter the "as-is" paperwork, cancel the sale and leave immediately. Seek a dealership committed to honest transactions and truly reliable vehicles.

The service woman, Samantha, was amazing. She was able to get me a vehicle in my price range, helped get a GM credit card approved when there was problems and she called me the following week to check on the car and myself. She went out of her way to accommodate me and make sure that I was satisfied.

The estimate was very close to the actual amount when the body shop work was completed.The bump work and the paint work were top notch!They completed the work in a shorter timeframe than originally quoted.They cleaned the interior and exterior to a better state than when it was delivered to the dealership.Thanks for a great overall job and experience!

Awesome experience! David Harter, my salesman was very helpful and friendly. My friend with me also purchased through Brad Howell, who was also great. Mike Smalley, the president of-owned sales manager was very friendly and professional and helped give me a great deal of. Lyndsey Adams, business manager did our paperwork and was so nice. She really gave us her attention despite being extraordinarily busy that day. I bought the least expensive vehicle on the lot and was treated like a VIP. Would definitely go back!

Almost 7 years ago I bought a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu from here and it was a very good car. I drove it from Michigan to Louisiana multiple times and it was very reliable. Obviously, as cars do, it started to wear out and eventually getting a new car seemed to be the best financial move, plus I was looking for something a little bit bigger and that's what brought me here again. I looked all around for a new car and since I moved back to this area I decided to take a look at Champion since they provided me with my last very reliable car. I admit, I was a bit apprehensive about getting another car because it's a big purchase and a big change. However, I ended up getting a 2021 Terrain that I instantly liked. I've had it for almost 3 months and it's a very reliable car and I'm happy I got it. Zero regrets at all. I'd also like to thank Brad for selling it to me and for Michelle, Lindsey, and Danny for helping me along through the process. If I ever need another car, I know where my first stop will be!

This is the place to go to buy or sell your vehicle. I used another local dealership for several years with mixed but mostly positive results. Austin in Parts department advised me to set up a test drive and I was introduced to Brad Howell . He found EXACTLY what I needed. No games, no sudden changes. Everything he said he would do he did without hesitation. Daniel in Financing, who is actually a customer advocate got the terms better than what I was expecting and with an extended warranty on top of the lifetime powertrain for LESS than the original quote from the lender. That is definitely a first for me. Most dealerships would have pocketed that extra. Or wouldn t care enough to notice.When CHAMPION GMC talks positive ownership experience they mean it, from beginning to the end of the deal it was exactly what a buying experience should be. I look forward to seeing the rest of the team in action through the years. Thank you to the entire team for making what can be a stressful experience into a positive. The way buying a new truck should be.

So this is my 3rd lease from Champion in a row, and I had the best time working with Ashley Walker yet again (my 2nd lease from her), who is one of the friendliest and nicest people you ll ever meet. She was on top of everything from the get-go; while being so sincere and kind, she s very easy to talk to, never pushy or rushing you, so full of great energy and a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Ashley did everything she could to make sure all of my car needs were taken care of, so immense gratitude and thanks to her. Also special shoutout and thanks to Danny, who was also part of my leasing process, a really nice, friendly, and enthusiastic guy. He went over and covered everything I needed to know with my lease and was also great to work with, full of energy and really kind as well. See you guys again in 2 years for my next lease!

Purchased a vehicle from them and my second key wasn't cut. Had to drive back the 60 miles only for them to send me down the road to another Champion dealership to cut the key. Couple this with them trying to add a $3k service contract to the purchase and I won't be back. Total fiasco.

I ve already explained on a previous survey. Also my service was not yesterday the 29th as stated on this survey. It was the 28th. I rearranged my entire schedule to get a part fixed on my truck as it s clearly an issue with the make/model as it happened with my last one. I was also informed I d have loaner so I could drop off and leave. I arrived and was told there s nothing here so you ll have to get a rental or take a shuttle. I had meetings set up and this impacted my day significantly.

Rear pinion leaking and covered under Warranty. Drive line service was quoted at $292 on Dec 20th, the current price in the your system was over $400. Jayson was able to get the $292 price adjustment. On Dec 20th I was told the service would take an hour. On March 1st when signing in Jayson said at least an hour and a half, possibly 2 hours. I went out to service department after an hour to check. Truck was sitting outside as service was done, but they couldn't close out my ticket because they were still on the clock for the warranty repair. Furious, I requested to pay and leave, 15 minutes later I get a printed copy of invoice (not the usual one with Champion logo), pay and go out to truck. This is the second time for service that the truck has not been washed which is stated at bottom of receipt that they perform a 27 point inspection and free car wash. Am I to also assume they didn't complete the inspection as well. Mentioned to a service manager, he ran truck thru car wash, then dried it by hand. Only positive part of the experience. As Champion dealerships gets bigger in numbers the customer service has really dropped. I can spend my money elsewhere.

John was a very helpful service advisor and was super efficient in processing my oil change/tire rotation. He was polite and approachable. I suggest the dealership replace the desk chairs the service advisors sit in as there are gaping and giant rips in the seats. For what I paid for my vehicle, your staff should be equipped with decent furniture. This does not make a good impression with the customer.

The service team refused to send the final estimate to the warranty company unless I paid them $653 in addition to my $100 deductible. I asked gwc what the problem was since the repairs were covered. They said the difference was in the rate of pay for the mechanic. They pay the average rate for this area. Champion wanted more and were attempting to get me to pay the difference. I told the service team to only do what gwc authorized. They refused to do ANY work at all and told me I was going to have to make car payments yet have no car. They know what gwc will pay for labor and that it is less than champion mechanics demand. So when they told me $100 deductible gets you back on the road, when you purchase this warranty, they were lying.

The service was very good, I thought I needed brakes but was actually told I didn't. They fixed some smaller problems. We needed a ride back to service to pick up my car, because I've had foot surgery and can't drive yet, my husband can't drive 2 cars home so, you get the picture. It was late on Monday when the car was ready so we scheduled a Tuesday pick up at 11am. No show by 11:30 so I called and asked to speak to my service guy, it goes to voice-mail, okay, I leave a message. By 12pm no callback, no pickup and I call and to have him paged. That's when I find out he's not in the office for training purposes. My husband has an appointment an hour away so we now schedule a pickup for Wednesday. He arrives on time and we get our car. The service guy called me and apologized for the confusion. There wasn't any confusion, he forgot to schedule the Tuesday pickup. I know this seems like a small issue, especially for a retiree, but it isn't. Its frustrating. Service everywhere has gotten worse and it would be nice if any service went smoothly from start to finish.

****UPDATE: Although I was disappointed with my initial service, I contacted the Service Manager and he apologized for the disappointing service and gave me a complete refund without any hassle whatsoever. I feel it went a long way to restore my confidence in the dealership and might even be willing to give them another shot down the road. I will say, if something is wrong with your experience take the time to see if they can make it right, because it seems they will. Because they were able to provide excellent customer service on the back end up I upgraded my experience to 3 stars. Hopefully in the future I ll be able to leave a 5 star review.****I was very, very disappointed and honestly a little upset with the service provided. I had a bad experience with Champion a while back but a friend recommended them so I figured I would give it another shot. I came in for a complete interior and exterior detail and took several pictures before I left the lot but did not immediately come back in because I had another appointment I had to get to. There was a stain on the front drivers seat that did not exist prior to my coming in and there was still dirt left on seats and in door jams, etc as well as dirt just swiped around on the outside. I brought the car in with the intent of a one and done detail to sell my car this weekend and ended up needing to re-do the cleaning myself and get out a stain that didn't exist prior. So, bottom line - I would give them negative stars if I could at this point.

We had a great experience with Cameron Kennedy, he made everything stress free from the first contact we had with him through our entire process with getting our Buick Evista. On the finance side we also had a fantastic experience with Brianna. She got us in and out of her office in a timely manner and it was also a stress free process. I am 100% satisfied and happy with my new 2023 Yukon Denali ultimate purchase. It was a struggle to find a dealer with allocation to place my order for my Yukon. When i called champion they initially didn t have one but within a day or so, i was called back that they were able do allocate me. My salesman was Jacob. I ordered my car I think February-ish. He kept me updated the entire time through the process. I was given a fair trade on my current Yukon and they even honored my friends and family discount through GMC. I will 100-% do this again with them. The only thing I would change is maybe have it delivered to me so I don t have to drive so far, we are from Ohio and 4 hours one way.
