Super cool guys, they definitely know what they are doing. Might be a little pricey but you re paying for their experience and knowledge. Upfront and honest about cost, got quoted for maintenance I didn t have the tools for and everything was finished and clean in less than two days. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Definitely coming back in the future

I have used Car Guys a few times, for various family vehicles. Every time they have been very honest and up front about cost, letting us know what repairs are necessary immediately and those that can wait. We appreciate their expertise and honesty and will continue to go to them for our car repair needs.

I ve heard many great reviews for The Car Guys on local Facebook groups over the last few years and when I needed work done on my vehicle, I called them. Trevor responded right away and got my car in the next day. I required their services again not long after that and again I received fast service. In addition, both times when I went in to pay, I was billed for less than originally quoted! Talk about a pleasant surprise!Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine tuning

I purchased a battery from The Car Guys about 3 months ago when I took my truck in to get the hood latch replaced. Over the period of about a week my battery kept dying so I called and spoke to Trevor, he told me to bring my truck in that day. I took it in and he called to tell me that if the battery was no good they would warranty it out and I needed a new alternator and they would charge my battery overnight so I left my truck with them. By the next morning the truck was up and ready to go. Bottom line...great customer service along with the work, you wont be disappointed with The Car Guys.Service: Electrical repair

I randomly found The Car Guys on a Google search. I had been to a dealer and they had wanted to charge me outrageous prices to fix my car. Trevor at The Car Guys was amazing. He evaluated my car and was incredibly honest with me about what needed to be done and also helped me to sort out what was routine work that could be done later. He was very reasonably priced and did an excellent job on the work. He is a very honest, and knowledgeable person. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Great guys, and good service. I've used them for years on several vehicles, and have never been disappointed. Even if they can't fix something, they will suggest where to go for it instead of making things worse and charging an arm and a leg. We took my wife s van in for a heater core, while the vehicle was in for repair they inspected the vehicle for other safety issues. Some were minor like a leaking oil pan gasket , which was leaving oil drips on the garage floor, and we had a cracked rear caliper that I knew there was an issue with the breaks, so the issues they found were not unnecessary or made up, we just moved and my garage is not yet set up for me to fix these issues, the car guys offered us a great deal to fix it all, not only did they do a great job but it was done quickly, they even cleaned the floor the best they could where the heater core was leaking.I currently have some issues with my own truck that are above my scope of repair and most places will not touch it, because it s considered dealership work, the car guys told me they d be able to handle it no problem and I anticipate that it will be much cheaper than the dealership. Over all I would highly recommend the car guys, they are trust worthy and good at what they do. I have been taking my various cars to The Car Guys for about 4-5 years. They are great to deal with. Being a single lady, it's nice to know that I'm not being tricked into fixing things that don't need to be fixed. I trust them completely. Their prices are also very reasonable. I feel they take their service a step over everyone else.

Honest, straightforward and realistic time frame. I was very pleased with the work they did for a fair price and I was kept informed with the progress of my vehicle. They are really willing to work with you and tell you what is a necessity to get fixed and what could possibly wait, no pressure at all. I am so glad I was recommended to the Car Guys and I would recommend them to all of my friends, family, and anyone who wants a stress free automotive repair experience!

Positive experience overall. Will definitely bring all my cars back there. They worked on both performance cars and everyday cars for me and have always been satisfied. Prices are a bit high but your paying for good quality mechanics.

I read about the CAR Guys on the Hartland Moms fb page. Trevor and the guys did a great job! He was helpful and honest. A local dealership had given us an estimate of repair work and due to the cost we sought a second opinion. After the necessary repairs were completed the cost was 1/10 of what the dealership was going to charge. It turned out that one of the parts the dealership was going to replace was working fine and did not need to be replaced. Since then, our second vehicle unexpectedly needed repairs and I did not hesitate to take it to the CAR Guys. They were up against the clock with a snow storm moving in but were able to locate the parts and complete the repair just in time. I truly appreciated their effort and committment to finishing the repair! They are friendly and easy to work with and I recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went there first thing in the morning, was greeted with a clean front room. I explained the situation (weird grinding noise in the rear) and described what I thought was a wheel bearing issue. Their technician took it for a quick examination drive while Trevor the service writer got me the estimate for that job. Came back and found out it was a bad brake caliper and it needed new rotors, pads, and a caliper rebuild kit done.I dropped the car off and was able to pick it up and get to work within two hours for an amazing price for such a last minute job before I had to go back to work. My son's car died while driving on US-23. The tow truck guy suggested Car Guys so that's what we went with. I'm extremely glad we did. They called me a couple days later with the diagnosis. As opposed to pulling a fast one and telling me we needed an engine rebuild or something similarly outlandish, these guys were completely honest and upfront about the very simple fix and had the car ready that same day. I can confidently say I'll be giving them all my future auto repair needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop has a great review score. This is why I went there. Unfortunately, they failed me miserably. I dropped off a 2018 jeep. The next day I call to get a diagnosis. They tell me they can't work on it because jeep doesn't allow them access to the computer of 2017 or newer jeeps. Than why did they have me leave my 2018 jeep

These guys are great! Very honest and trustworthy! Reasonable prices! Everything so well explained where it was easy for me to understand. Even took me out to my car and showed me what was wrong. I love these guys! They have kept my high mileage Pontiac vibe in great running order. I highly recommend this place!

Unprofessional and rude service.- safety concerns- loose intake and charge pipe (blew off)- broke my radiator and v band and charged me for it- no bolt on coil pack (oil spraying out from not being sealed)- asked for quote to install provided sparkplugs (no quote provided and a $160 bill)- wire pulled out of boost controller- had my vehicle for 3 weeks and still not fixedTook my vehicle in to have my air conditioning servicd, they installed and returned the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle and driving home I noticed my car was making a funny noise, overheating and not making boost so I popped my hood to find coolant coming out of my radiator hose (which they charged me to fix) as well as my intake pipe and charge pipe were not tightened down and blew off. I returned the vehicle immediately and they stated they would fix the problem. A week later... I get a call to tell me it's ready. I pick it up for the 2nd time and I'm still over heating and not making boost. Wires on my boost controller were ripped out, coil pack were missing bolts and not in all the way and my car was still not fixed. I paid someone else to fix THEIR mistakes. They said they would make things right and when I called they were nothing but rude and quick to point fingers at me and not willing to give money back. I will never take my vehicle back here again, this is suppose to be a professional performance shop and it's far from it!Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Great service. Got me in and out the same day. Very friendly guy working the front desk, Trevor. All repairs were explained thoroughly, and the price was fair. My husband and I have both had our cars serviced here, and we will continue to use The Car Guys

These guys are the best. Straight shooters and take pride in their service. They make recommendations on how to save money and offer options and explain what the difference is. My mother in law is in town from Florida and gets charged $100 for an oil change in Florida which we know is not right. Dan offered to personally call and discuss with the dealership in Florida if she needs help making sure she is receiving the right service, at the right price, so she doesn t get taken advantage of again. We really appreciate the personal attention. Trevor has been a tremendous help when we ve been in also. Thanks Guys !

First time customer this past week, and they did a great job. A conceptually easy repair took them much longer than estimated due to the age of the car (thanks, corrosion). Most shops probably would have charged actual shop labor, but The CAR Guys honored their original estimate. I would definitely recommend them.

Trevor is always great with honest upfront pricing. We ve had a few vehicles we ve brought in, and the car guys have always been upfront with what s wrong, wether it s a big repair, or some simple fix. Iv been going to the car guys for little over four years, with two different cars. They have been absolutely wonderful with everything from pricing to details, timing, and manners/friendliness. I will never take my cars anywhere else. I don t trust many with my cars, in fact iv never been to a place where iv stuck with until I found the car guys. They go over all the details of anything and everything. I ask millions of questions, letting me know what s coming up for future maintenance depending on mileage or what looks like is coming timeTo do, of things that I didn t even know were needed to be honest. They probably saved my cars life. I cannot recommend the car guys enough. I will remain a faithful customer because they have remained faithful to me! Recent I had some issues with my car and they took it upon themselves to call the dealer and find out warranties and what not that would have been and absolute hassle to me. I love these guys.

These guys are really great at getting your car in quickly. I can't be without transportation and they've been super great about working around my crazy schedule. They're friendly, and even let me and my 4 year old hang out in their lobby and watch cartoons for awhile. You get good vibes from these guys, they're honest and fair, where most mechanics I've dealt with I always feel worried if they're being honest, not here. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get work done on their vehicle.

So honest and trustworthy! I had previously had tires put on at Belle tire and was told my tie rod was bad. Had the Car Guys look at it and they found nothing wrong with my tie rods! Had them give my tires an alignment and called it a day. Very pleased with this shop! The car guys is the only place I will take my car bottom line. I have been scammed by people before gotten terrible work done, but the car guys is the best quality and most importantly honest. They will make sure your car is driving safe before you pick it up. It is a peace of mind to know when I have something go wrong I have someone I can trust. Thank you for everything! Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain The repairs I needed in detail. Prices were reasonable and fair and the work done was excellent. I had them work on my 2014 Mustang GT as well as a 2018 Ford eco-sport they definitely earned my business for car repair!! Wish I would ve found them sooner!

I could not be happier with the service that I received at The Car Guys, Trevor was honest and extremely knowledgeable. He bent over backwards to meet my car needs, a few months ago!
