This place was once a good place to get a nice used car. They also use to have a detail crew that was amazing and the whole lot of cars were spotless all the time. I brought my car up at times for a detail and those guys took care of me. I called the old detailers and he said they were no longer there and he did not know why. And from the ratings it seems like it s sketchy and a lot of untrustworthy changes..

I m not into typing novels so I will be brief. These people are pushy and try to talk you into making poor life decisions. Then when you stand your ground on a maximum monthly payment several times, the only vehicles available will be the same old vehicle you just paid off. I took my business straight to a terrific business in Lapeer and walked out in under 2 hours with a fully loaded black package 2020 Ram for $180 cheaper per month and newer (much less fees and apr I would imagine). I ve bought a lot of vehicles and have been unhappy in the past. This is my first review I felt was necessary to warn buyers about. Don t even need the business to reply to me, I m good!

A phenomenal dealership, they worked with me and my credit to get me in the perfect car. Make sure you ask for Nico if you d like an amazing customer service experience. Much better than Champion! I cannot begin to describe how awesome this place is! The owner even was willing to work with me and I m so happy to drive off the lot same day!I felt this way before the transmission blew in the car I bought. The owner said he d assist if any mechanical failure occurs

Quinton was so friendly and professional! He answered all my questions and went over the process with me to make it as simple as possible. I don t know much about the car buying process and this was all new to me. He took great care of me and everyone at Brighton Motors we re very nice as well.

It started out great then I signed the papers and my truck had check engine light on even before I left the parking lot. They said to bring it back and they will take care of it . So brought it back the kept it for a week and never fixed it . Weeks later zero contact for them. After me calling an over a couple days the have me take it to a shop and again nothing gets done . Now the truck is acting up and I have lost air and heat in the truck oh and had to replace both batteries in the truck that were 2 yrs out of date .I would not recommend going there at this point. I have had my truck 2 months and still no one has helped to get the problems fixed I was promised .Don t buy the warranty they offer because it doesn t cover what it says . Just took truck in to another shop because still waiting on dealership to fix what was promised and found out that everything that has broken since buying the truck 2 months ago is not cover and is going to coast me thousands of dollars .

Bout a suv Hyundai Santa Fe February 3 car been n the shop more than I drove it April 1 n still n the shop I got lemon from them no papers on the car bill of sell nothing from them I got screwed big time

Took my boyfriend to find his dream car. Was a bit more expensive than originally thought and took longer than we had wished, but the service was really great. Nico is very adamant on focusing on his customers safety before they get on the road in the car he sells them. He was very professional in a friendly way. Briana was very helpful and informative when it came time to talk about financing. Together the two of them helped my boyfriend achieve his dream of being a proud owner of a Dodge Charger.

Let me be clear. The ONLY reason they are getting two stars is because of the sales representative Quinton who has tried above and beyond to make a great experience. Now, a dealership is as reliable as their maintenance department and this one has failed. Cam phasers and oil pumps don t just go bad a few days after they leave dealer lots so I m furious I let this company sucker me into this truck. Now I have to battle a less-than professional warranty company to have my engine repaired before it tears itself apart any day now. The service tech I is a grade a piece of work to speak with so I m going through an alternative mechanic to hopefully not be 5k and an engine out of pocket.

This is a Great dealership, Salesman Quinton helped us and put my wife and I in a beautiful 2019 F-150 king ranch the truck we were looking for. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend and would be back.

Was sold a horrible car and had nothing but problems, came into Brighton motors to today and met with Quinton today, he was able to help and get us into a much better car! He was super patient, not pushing and an all around amazing person to work with!!

We just purchased a F150 for my husband last week. They worked with our budget and helped us find something in close range of what we needed. Unfortunately when we left the parking lot, an engine light came on, but we turned right back in and they immediately took the truck to the shop and ran some codes. They found out that two O2 sensors were bad and the next day we found out the starter was bad as well. They said they would fix the issues no problem. We came back two days later, and they fixed all of the problems free of charge. We were happy to find a vehicle we wanted in the price range we wanted, and were also glad that they honored the issues that came up right after the purchase.

If I could mark this as 0 stars I would, however I truly want people to understand who they are working with if they go here. My wife and I bought a car from them about 2.5 years ago as we needed to upgrade to something bigger. Unfortunately we fell into a trap and bought a money pit, a broken timing belt, oil leak, and truthfully a POS that they threw a band-aid on to sell.The 0 stars comes to how they dealt with the situation; unprofessional, disregarded warranty, lied about fixing it, said everything was our problem, forgot to call for windshield, and wouldn't refund any insurance after we traded the car in. The worst part about all of this is their inability to even pick up a phone. Why even have them if you never answer or just hang up?! Mechanic? good luck. Sales? Only if you're buying! Finance? They'll "call you back" in a few days.If you even consider this dealership, please just don't.

I would avoid this place if you can or buyer beware!!! Every vehicle that was on their inventory that we wanted to look at when we went up there were unavailable and not because they were sold they were there the one 2019 Buick wouldn't start claimed it needed a new battery or a jump. I asked him if they were going to jump it so we could test drive it he replied with well there's more that needs to be done, I asked to look at another vehicle. He told me that he couldn't in good conscience, sell it to me with what needed to be done. , I asked to look at another vehicle. Tried pushing me into the car that we had already had for a payment that we weren't comfortable with because it was too high especially for the miles that the vehicle had on it and even that vehicle needed worked on it. We asked for five different vehicles, all 2018 at above all needed work and were unable to test drive besides one.

Needless to say I made a poor decision and didn t read the final price and overpaid over 35k for a truck that had a sticker price of 24k+ , in the end price was over inflated with outstanding fees and a warranty that I m concerned they won t even answer the phone if I ever have an issue or decide to cancel like they said I could, I mean 10k over sticker price ridiculous. Like I said I made the mistake to not read more carefully but based on my experience and seeing by other comments I haven t been the only person with a similar experience, I wouldn t recommend for anyone to do business with this dealer.

Avoid avoid avoid! I bought my truck from there two years ago. A 2018 Silverado. There has been 20k plus worth of warranty work in the first year. Just spent another 5k out of pocket on an engine from a fiasco on their part. They won t help, answer or assist in any way. The only help they offered was to roll over 10k on my current loan into a new car from them!

I hate it when a place burns me. But when they burn my family it's a whole different story. This dealership sold my brother a ram with an open recall on the gas tank straps. The strap failed while he was driving. Thankfully the damage is minimal and no one is hurt but this just shows the sheer negligence and poor business practices conducted by this place. Hopefully this review will help someone make a correct choice when picking a place to buy their next car.

TERRIBLE. $900 "dealer prep fee" & the truck looks like this, when they had 2 days to clean it. Pressured into a garbage warranty that I declined the first time. Also asked them to fill the gas tank & they didn't. Now nobody will email or text me back. Worst STEALERship I've ever been to.Contacted BBB, no reply from dealer.Also funny how a lot of the 5 star reviews are from people who have left 1 review....which just happens to be for here.

So great price on truck! Very solid but buyer beware that the fine print and fees involved are at state maximum and very overinflated!!! Won t go into details. However, there are fees that are not as I would say. Honest. They maximize all the legal state fees to the fullest which is not morally right and adds up to thousands of dollars of costs that an honest dealer would not charge! I would recommend not purchasing from here.

1000% would not recommend. The monthly payments vs what they are selling a car for, do not add up at all. If you decide to back out on a deal because you aren t comfortable, Caitlin will swear and you and will be completely unprofessional.

Do not ever use Brighton Motors. They do not care about their customers. All they care about is money. Back in 2021 they sold me a 2015 Chevy Sonic LTZ. Not even a day after buying it, the car had a bad oil leak. Took it back to them the next day, they did not end up fixing it. Had to have $3,500 worth of warranty work done on it. To this day it is STILL leaking oil. Not once. Have they EVER cared. They gave me a rental car when they allegedly did work on the car and that rental car blew a tire on a bridge. Their cars are lemons. They didn t do anything for me. Avoid Brighton Motors at all costs. This place needs to be shut down and investigated.

This one star review is for finance manager Paul Pritchard. It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and this was such a bad experience I don't know if I'll ever do it again. If he still works there, I would suggest finding a different dealership. I bought a truck from them back in June and after agreeing to a price and waiting there for hours, Paul comes back to me with trying to raise the price significantly saying there was a system error. I walked out and he calls me back saying they can do the original deal. We do some paperwork and I decline the warranty but he keeps circling back to it trying to talk me into getting it, he did a good job because I agreed to it after declining it twice. Once I get home I realize the warranty is adding another 5,500 which he left out while he was trying to sucker me into getting it, so I go back in to cancel it except he won't do it and says I might as well keep it for 30 days to make sure everything is ok on it. Which btw I had to replace both sets of brakes and fix a wheel axel immediately after buying it and the warranty doesn't cover that of course. I would leave voicemails and emails for weeks and Paul would never get back to me. I finally got through to him on the phone and he refused to cancel the warranty still and wouldn't give me a reason why, just a flat out no. The whole dealership was giving me the run around claiming they couldn't help me because Paul was the only guy who could. I ended up calling their sister company Chelsea Motors and the salesman Q was super helpful getting me in contact with someone who could help. Shout out to David Livermore for helping me get this warranty canceled. If it wasn't for Paul Pritchard this would've been a completely different experience, he's very unprofessional.
