I m extremely pleased with my recent visit to Brighton Auto Service . Brandon went out of his way to explain my car repair issues and save me a few hundred dollars. He printing several diagrams to help me understand what was going to be done to repair my car. He was honest and easy to talk to. He researched my car battery problem and was able to get a replacement battery for practically nothing. I was also offered a loaner car while my car was being repaired and given a 3 year warranty for all the work that was done. I highly recommend Brighton Auto Service! Thank you Brandon for all your hard work !

Brandon, Dennis and the team have always treated us well. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely timely. With me being someone who is not a real car "expert", To say the least, they take their time to give me all of the information and allow me to decide what to take care of. That being said, I appreciate their compassionate nudging to complete important service needs. 5 stars for sure!

Since moving here, Brighton Auto Service is the place we trust with our cars. They do a good job of communicating in a timely manner and being very transparent. Their system makes it very easy to see what is being worked on, the cost, & exact parts. They even offer complimentary rides to work or home if needed. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a used vehicle . Prior to the purchase I took it over to Brighton Auto for a pre-purchase inspection. I highly recommend doing this and definitely going to Brighton Auto! They thoroughly inspected the car and gave me a detailed report to bring back to the dealership. This gave me great confidence that I was getting a fair price and also getting a good vehicle. Brandon is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with! He is super honest and truly cares about his customers! I am so happy with my purchase and will be going back to Brighton Auto for regular maintenance!

Very satisfied! I have taken my family's vehicles here now for the last few years. Excellent customer service. I like the link they provide with the detailed estimate with pics. Plus they take the time to review it with you too. Brandon went above and beyond, offering to stay past closing if needed so I could make it across town from work to pick up my vehicle.

Brighton Auto Service was recommended by a State Trooper for being an honest place to go. They accepted my older truck off a tow drop and performed the necessary repairs, keeping me informed along the way and keeping within their cost and time estimates. When I was concerned about something a few days after picking it up they immediately took it back in to resolve the issue - which was not wholly related to the first repair. It s hard to find someplace to work on an older truck but they did it. I am happy to have it back on the road. You can tell by looking at their shop they are well- equipped and they even apologized for having it for three days, which they said was unusual. Highly recommended and easy to work with. I do t know how their prices compare but it s not always about price. Excellent service! Mechanics knew right away what the problem with my car was, and were very knowledgeable and honest. Went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, including giving us info about other issues with other cars we have! Will definitely be coming back when we need to!

FYI - don't make an appointment because it means nothing. I made an appointment, several days in advance, to look at it first thing. Got a text at 4:00 saying they were just getting to it. They were not able to find the cause of the issue. Not sure if it's new ownership or what because they used to be great. Time to find a new mechanic

Thank you once again for a quick turnaround on my 2500 HD diesel truck. I ve had it in on several occasions for various unrelated issues and you have always been great to deal with. Issues were diagnosed, parts were sourced and repairs were made very quickly each time. Thanks again!

1/16/2024 Update: I cannot recommend this shop enough! They have helped me out multiple times and have always treated me fairly and have been straight shooters with me. I feel so blessed that there's a local shop that has amazing customer service, does good work, and doesn't try to take advantage of me and my family. Thank you, Brighton Auto Service!!!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Moving from out of state, finding an automotive mechanic that could take care of our vehicles repairs was initially a concern because we don't much about the area yet... but we are so thankful we found Brighton Auto Service. I do most of my own maintenance but every now and then I either mess up or can't do some more extensive repairs.The crew at Brighton Auto Service is amazing! Dennis has bailed me out a few times. He's responsive in getting me scheduled for random issues that come up with our vehicles. The guys at Brighton Auto Service jump in without judging any screw ups I committed, which I'm super thankful for.And they don't try to nickel and dime me or upsell me on things my vehicles don't really need. When I need work done on my car, I take it here. They also offer loaner cars while your car is in the shop. Being able to borrow a car was a life saver when I needed a major repair. Made it easy getting too and from work while the car was in the shop.

Great service was completed promptly, thoroughly reviewed car for other problems and included photos and videos of what those problems were. Brandon was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the services provided. He went above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommend!!

Awesome service. Very friendly. Got my vehicle in and repaired very quickly. They actually send you pictures of what's wrong with your car instead of just taking their word for it.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! How dare you treat my husband and I with such disrespect. They put a faulty part in my husband s car and put him in danger. Instead of test driving it to see if the part worked, they had us drive off with it. on our way home it acted up, but we could not afford to not have another car any longer, so we took it home. The next morning the car would not start and was making more stranger noises than it had before. We called the manager and they treated us like a complete inconvenience and even dared for us to pay for our car to be towed to them. They also Told us that they should not have to provide a vehicle for my husband to use to go to work while they were fixing their mistake. Instead of refunding us the money that they owed us, they said that they will give us a $50 store credit. They did not only risked both of our jobs, and put my husband s life in danger, but they offended us by trying to make us pay to tow our car to them, and did not pay us the money that we were owed. You not only lost our business, my families business, but you also lost my in-laws business and we all have gone to you for 20+ years. Good riddance.

My car broke down on the side of the highway and I had nowhere to go because I m not local. We called the shop closest to where I broke down but they had no availability and pointed me to Brighton Auto Service. They also didn t have availability for that day but Brandon called around to the other sister shops they have and found one that could look at our car today and get it fixed. He really helped us out today and went the extra mile for us! Definitely recommend.

These guys up here are STELLAR! Brandon in service and Josh the mechanic went above and BEYOND for our Cadillac that had a chronic (lol) overheating issue. Not to mention they worked with us the whole way! Going through every possibility and part for a great deal. Even called several times to verify everything was still working properly after the car was picked up! We took our truck up the following week for ignition issues and had just about a 24hr turn around! These guys will always have our business!

7/14/23 Update!! Because of the age of our vehicle we had to get a used part, that being said they called a few days ago to make an appointment to check on the car and do a once over to make sure nothing was leaking and everything was running smoothly. I have never had a company do that. They truly do take care of their customers.Just Wow!!! After we've been to a few other car repair shops, I'm so happy I ran into this one and decided to try them out. Everything is very professional yet personal, you never feel like you're being taken advantage of in anyway. They send pictures of all the things they see that need to be fixed and rate each thing as being most important to fix down to the needs repair soon. They even worked with my after market powertrain warranty that I had bought through a dealership. Many car repair places don't anymore. I will definitely be coming back for any car repair I need in the future. 2011 Lincoln MKZ (James)

Fantastic service. They were the quickest place to get me in for a wheel-bearing issue, which is why I originally came here .Stayed for the honesty and transparency in vehicle maintenance and repair. I ve been taking my car to the dealer before this, but I won t be anymore. This happened a while ago. I used to take my fleet to Bob (place was beyond great). The new owners took over and I brought my car in for an oil change and then later to check on a few dots of oil I saw in my garage. Got a quote for $930+ to fix lower oil pan leak on a Ford Explorer. That seemed like a high price, and I was concerned because its listed as a SEVERE LEAK. Remember I saw a couple drops of oil in my garage after an oil change. I called the Ford Dealership that quoted $500 for the same repair. I scheduled the repair with the Dealership. The Dealership said they found no leak. Took car back home, not a single drip of oil on the garage floor since. I'm about 99% sure the drain plug wasn't tightened from an oil change and BAS was more than willing to redo the lower oil pan seal and take my money even thought it wasn't needed. I will not return, nothing about the new business seemed friendly or caring.-- Don't bother trying to contact me. I'm well aware of how cars work, and there is no reason to suspect the oil leak where you said it was from (after you did a UV dye test). I also held up my own UV light and the only trace of oil was around the drain plug.

I have brought my vehicle in multiple times for repairs/oil changes and have always had good customer service. I have mostly dealt with Brandon, who is knowledgeable about why a repair is needed and can explain it in a way that is easily understood. He also doesn t push extra repairs but will let you know if something may be a concern in the near future if not addressed.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning, Oil change

I highly recommend having Brighton Auto Service repair your car or truck. My F150 needed its four wheel drive engagement system fixed before a long vacation drive to visit family in another state. They worked with me and were able to get the truck repaired in a day. I am very thankful for them and their service advisor Brandon Casper. He s friendly, honest and can translate the vehicle repair jargon into laymen s terms. I ve known him for years and trust him with managing the service of our car and truck.
