One of our company trucks was severely damage by a hail storm. Working with Body by Mark on this was very straight forward and stress free. They did an excellent job replacing the tail gate and hood and removing over 300 hail dents. Joie and Mark are very professional and pleasant to work with. We will be taking all future body repairs of our fleet to them!

Had a great experience with them. Joie in the office was awesome to work with, super communicative, and very nice. My insurance company forgot to put a part on the quote so it didn t get fixed Joie ordered it and had it delivered the next day! Had a minor problem with the new paint on my new bumper and they took care of it right away and made sure I was happy. Would definitely recommend!

My old car's front bumper was accidentally damaged right before my first day at school. Tried calling different places but the waiting time was approximately a month to get in, so I was so glad and grateful knowing that Mark could get me in just a few days so we could have the front bumper replaced before I left to school. Mark and Joie are both nice! They have two dogs that are very welcoming to you as soon as you get in the office. The price is also reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again, Mark and Joie! :)

Did an excellent job on my Jeep! Went above and beyond and so glad I came here! Mark and Joie were great, even offered me a ride when my enterprise shuttle didn t show up! Also loved the many greetings when you walk in by the shop dogs and hung out with me in the waiting room! Great company!

Good people doing great work for reasonable price.Just moved to Brighton under a year ago and needed bumper fixed up on my Avalon. I asked a local me and he quickly replied "Body By Mark". I asked new neighbor, same answer.From being greeted at the front door by their "watchdog/ambassador" to inspecting their final product I was very happy. Will use them again and will suggest to others.

These folks repaired my 2016 Regal after a collision. I visited another body shop only a block away from my disabled car, and they wanted me to pay for towing to their place to quote it. Mark went out of his way to come to my place to see it. Got a very reasonable quote the same day. Saved me a towing bill. The repair is excellent - I can't tell it used to be a mangled mess. All around great service. Would highly recommend.Service: Painting

I have known Mark personally for a long time. My work has used his company as well as my father. His company is honest and fair. Recently- my boyfriend hit a deer and needed to get work done. They worked with his insurance and got it done sooner than estimated! When we could not get in during normal business hours to pick up the car- the wonderful Joie came from her home to make sure we got the car. Since this is still a "mom and pop" shop- its more personal and sometimes they even have the dogs in the front area. They are great with the communication. With this- keep in mind you might pay a little more but I would not mind at all for this great service. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing service from start to finish! Got me in faster than any other body shop offered, and with a price that couldn t be beat. The entire staff (including Louie and Jackson) were so nice and welcoming. They not only fixed the car fast and beautifully, but they also addressed a few issues that weren t even discussed in the quote (a stuck seatbelt, etc.). And as if it couldn t get any better, the car was also clean on the inside when I picked it up!! I would highly recommend stopping your search for a body shop and going with body by mark. They honestly cannot be beat. 10/10 will be recommending to anyone who asks!Service: Body & Trim

Pleasure dealing with everyone at this shop. Even their dogs! VERY efficient with getting all the body work fixed & replaced on my vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle in MONTHS faster than most other shops. The entire process smooth & easy! By far one of the best body/ restoration shops around. I've been in the automotive development for almost 40 yrs and Mark and his crew are probably hands down the most quality care for your car or truck I've every It's rare to find a business owner that is as honest and actually has a conscious and really about his customers and the quality of the work that goes out the door. I myself have never seen an unhappy customer of not ever even heard any rumors through town. I've known MARK for 30 + yrs and is as honest and straight forward as you can get. Highly recommend.

These people are fantastic! They helped out our daughters by replacing headlights, tail lights, a wheel well for a Ford Escape (when no one else would!) All at extremely reasonable prices! They go above and beyond every time! We will ALWAYS take our vehicles there when needed! Thank you for your outstanding, friendly service!

I asked Mark and his team to paint my 72 Cutlass. This car had a vinyl roof and they had to take it off and grind down the studs. I was worried that it would be visible after paint. There was no need to worry! Mark, Joeie, and the entire team were top rate professionals! I am so happy with the job they did! Take your classic car (or any car) to them, you will be thrilled!

They are a fantastic company. Joie is the front desk manager & she does a wonderful job of taking care of the customers. Mark the owner, is very nice and enjoyable to work with, in a comfortable, relaxed way. Brad is their secret weapon, who did magic on two of my cars, he can take out door dings, using special tools. Overall a very low pressure, great company with very reasonable prices.

I could not believe that my insurance company totaled my car due to a fender bender. This was an older car but worked great. In fact, it was going to be my son s car as he turned 16 in a few days. I had to take my car to the dealership first for insurance purposes. They knew how much the insurance company was giving me, so they were going to charge me almost right to the penny what the check was for. We took our car to Body by Mark. TOP NOTCH customer service, HONEST estimate and 100% SATISFACTION on the work he did. I am telling everyone I know to go there. They know the business and helped me through all the insurance stuff. Do yourself a favor, go to Body my Mark and save yourself some money and grief.

I was about to start cleaning my car when I noticed someone keyed my drivers door. Not sure where when or why but the amazing people here took care of me very quickly. I came up here expecting to have a horrible day especially since my car has a unique paint code but I ended up leaving very very happy. I will definitely bring any and all business I have to them. 5/5 stars! I will be back and recommend everyone comes here. Thank you!

Top quality, honest, fair pricing. I took my wife's van to a dealership. They wanted over $100 just to look at all of the issues. Mark picked up the van fixed everything and the price was way less than I expected. He is my go-to for any body work and I refer him whenever possible.

I was very impressed with the quality of work done and the price.....my daughter had her car keyed on all body panels. I got estimates from 3 auto body shops in Livingston County and went with Body By Mark . Glad I did !

I have had the greatest experiences using Body By Mark- They are efficient and get the job done quickly! I always count on them to pick up my car and bring it back to me looking like NEW! Highly reccomended

My dad has gotten several of his cars fixed here. Very nice place and friendly people. I am also good friends with the family and definitely recommending them!
