Belle Tire Brighton provides great service. I've been using their services for years. This week one of my windshield wiper blades fell off and Ryan, one of the mechanics, had a hand in getting the warranty figured out which is a year and helped me get it replaced. I'm very grateful for Ryan's help. I'm thankful for the great service that's been provided to me over the years. Thank you!

I was able to schedule my appointment very easily with great customer service. Day of my appointment I arrived and was back in my car and hour later. My car drives so much better with all new tires. Great service all around.

Belle tire does not stand behind their work and how all four rims before the tire change was in immaculate condition until now. It was 2021 Chevy Silverado that never got new tires outside of the factory. If you knew me personally, I will guarantee you that you would understand how careful and diligent with my vehicles. I have decided to move my tire procurement to a different company .It is not my job to figure out how all four rims have the same marring marks on all four rims. It can be something as simple putting them face down on the concrete or leaning them face down on a concrete wall or etc. all I know is that they are messed up after the tire change and they were perfect before.I noticed that Kipp Love has the same markings as I do and is there a repeat issue???That s unfortunate for you, Jenn your company cannot stand behind their work which in turn loses a lot of money from myself and it s also unfortunate for your company to lose out my purchase of four trailer tires over the weekend.Apologies are not accepted.

My tires were in critical need of replacement.I arrived at the Brighton Belle Tire just before 8 am and as I walked up to the door Damon Murray, the salesman that assisted me, motioned to me that I could come in a couple minutes early.He greeted me and after checking my tires laid out my options, carefully explaining the pros of each tire and outlining the costs and available rebates.He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient as he got the car in with the mechanic and serviced right away.Thank you again Damon, and the team that works with him.

Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and helpful. Personal experience with Nick and Damon was really positive. Another worker (Jacob) was even nice enough to give me a ride home and pick me up. Great shop.

I had another GREAT experience at the Belle Tire in Brighton, MI today. As a walk in (no appointment) with a screw in my tire, Zach worked to get me taken care of and out on the road within a few hours. No one likes having to take care of flat tires, but these guys at least help make it as pleasant as possible. Thanks for the help!!

Great experience from initial call through work completion. Took the extra care to bag my summer wheels/tires before loading them back in my vehicle for a swap was a complimentary service. Will be back for future tire needs. Thanks!

Would never go here again. Brought in my car for 2 back tires and alignment. I spoke with and explained to 2 workers how it was imperative my alignment got done after a recent accident. It was noted on the receipt to do if out . Spoke to a 3rd employee while checking out and asked if it got done, he said yes and told me it was when I asked if it was really bad. I left and when I got on the expressway to get my son from school, I could tell it was not right. I called up there & the employee I spoke with said they didn t even put it on the alignment rack let alone DO an alignment. So I had to drive back there and while checking out (they did get me in and done fast for the alignment tho) I paid $150 full price (more than their website quoted me) and got told sorry bout the miscommunication ..not sure how so many employees miscommunicated, but I would recommend to anyone to go somewhere else.

All I needed was for them to put my tire on my new rim. This is how they returned them to me and then tried blaming me saying all his men are honest with him and would never do that to a rim . That location is not worth any stars, customer service sucks and I definitely will never recommend them to anyone who cares about their cars!!!

Very friendly staff, great waiting area, outstanding service!!! If you are looking for a shop to get your car worked on this is it I have only had a few upsets/problems after brining my vehicle in however every time they made sure to go above and beyond making everything right again!!

Recently, 10/13/23/,took two of our cars in for brake and tire inspections before winter. They recommend brake pads, rotors and tires for both cars before winter.The very poor review is because they had completed pads and rotors on one of the cars several months earlier. It went wrong for them because the previous service was recorded under my sons contact information not mine. They thought they were wide open to over diagnose needed service.I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SHOP AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Nick is absolutely the best guy there! Multiple times has taken good care of me answered questions in detail and broke down quotes to a T. He s always friendly and polite and customer service is too notch! I ll definitely be back if I need service on my vehicles. Nick deserves a raise!

New wheels ruined. This place is why we can't have nice things. I brought difficult tires to mount, admittedly, but this Belle Tire mounted 0 out of 4 and it looks like the techs sharpened their tire irons for the job. Every wheel was damaged cosmetically plus deep gouges on the bead sealing surface. To be clear, I would be fine with a refusal of the work and paying a consult fee. But paying $80 to damage my previously pristine wheels with no service provided is unacceptable. An independent friend of mine mounted this set afterward in his garage with a couple attempts with different tire lubes.

Went to this location for a wheel alignment. I had one done at a different Belle Tire location before and was happy with the service. When my vehicle was done, the cashier told me my service was $139.99, which is their $99.99 alignment PLUS the unlimited alignments for a year for an extra $40. I knew about this because the other location OFFERED it to me. This location just automatically added it on without my consent. When I questioned my total and told him I only wanted the alignment and not the extra, he told me, "oh, it just automatically defaults to that price" and he adjusted the total. The service was fast and friendly, but this tactic of adding on extra fees "by default" left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't be back. So buyer beware...know what your service costs are upfront and question anything that doesn't sound right.

I came in shortly before closing, thinking i was bothering the staff with a leaking tire purchased at Belle Tire , but at another location last week. The representative was incredible, he promptly told me that he would do more than just put air, but find out what happened, i cannot believe the difference , and how courteous, and professional, and fixed it. Makes me want to move BACK to Brighton. Thank you

Bell Tire sold me a set of blizzak tires and said that these are going to be the best tires you have ever had. Unfortunately they never told me that you can't use them in temperatures past the winter. After 10 months, I noticed that the rears were wearing down to the wear out marks and was very concerned. I was driving in the rain and completely lost the rear end of my truck at I23 and I96, (went completely sideways), Thankfully I recovered before slamming into the wall. I immediately went to Bell Tire and told them what happened. They told me that I had "Winer Tires, and they are not for year-round use." I said that would have been nice if I was told that before I bought them. All I received was, "Sorry". I asked, Can you help me redeem some of the $1200 I spent? The answer was I can sell you 2 tires at $612 to replace the two rears and then you can come back when the other two tires are worn out. I left and went to Spartan Tire and replace all 4 tires. Yeh I nearly smashed or killed my self, and they couldn't care less! Thanks Bell Tire for your help and lack of concern!

Zach, Jake and Aaron team took care of a horrible shake from unbalanced wheels that were installed at a different local shop. The other shop left parts from old TPMS sensor and what appears to be part of their mounting machine in the tire. Will use Belle Tire in future.

I spoke with Nick the manager of the store he was very kind and professional he told me what they can do to fix my problem with my vehicle. It took about an hour and 10 minutes the price they charge me it was very fair and this is why I have been going to Belle Tire for over 35 years, I recommend Belle Tire and the Belle Tire in (brighton) very highly , all the employees they have been very professional. From the managers to the counter help to the mechanics are very kind and helpful. Keep up the good work, loyal customer.

These guys have always dealt fairly and honestly with me and I was a single mom with an elderly dependent. I have highly recommended them to every friend with car trouble that has come to town. I especially have enjoyed their alignment membership with my elderly cars predilection for going out.The only issue I've ever had was being convinced I had a bearing going (yet again, don't get a Saturn Ion) and them insisting they couldn't hear the noise or feel anything so I trusted them and went on my planned out of state trip.Ended up broken down with, no surprise, a bad bearing in the wrong state. Costly repair and missed work for two days, should have pushed them harder. They don't lose a star though because it's half on me for recognizing the sound but blindly trusting.

I've purchased tires and had occasional repairs performed at Belle off and on over the years. They seem to waffle on performance and several times I've been told that additional work is suggested when it's not really needed. I would not recommend them for anything other than tires and strongly suggest shopping around.

I am writing this review based on two experiences I've had for simple alignments. Let's just say I would take my bicycle to them.1. The Howell location could not get my 2500HD to align properly. I figured I'd try Brighton and they couldn't do it either. Took it to an independent shop and it was perfect.2. Tried giving Belle Tire another chance on my old S10. I noticed the camber was off causing the inside of the tires to wear. I took it to Belle Tire for a free inspection. They showed me that the caster, camber, and toe were all out of spec, BUT also claimed that camber could not be adjusted. This simply isn't true - they just didn't want to do the extra work to adjust the camber and caster properly with shims. However, they still wanted to charge me $95 for a TOE ONLY alignment, which wouldn't address my problem. But of course they wanted to sell me new tires. I usually don't write reviews, but today's experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. It sure seems as though they prey on folks who aren't mechanically savvy and just want to make a quick buck however they can. Consumer beware. There are plenty of other reputable, independent shops in the Brighton Area.

Got in my car to drive to a medical emergency out of town. Felt a bad wobble. Called them and told them what was going on, told them I could not wait they had to do it now because of the situation. They said bring it in after 2 other belle tires said they were too busy. Got there. Waited 60 minutes only to learn a tie rod was bad and they couldn't do the alignment. The wobble was from a bad tire. Fine whatever. 10 minutes. 20. 30. Then I finally see some kid slowly take the tire off my car. I was left waiting for 44 minutes for ONE TIRE. Looking back, I'm sure the alightnment issue was noticed right after lifting the vehicle up or started working on it and I waited the whole hour for nothing. They lied to me over the phone. Lied to me when I asked if they have started my car because I should take an uber to my destination instead. They only care about lining you up and making you wait. Shame. Shame. Shame. Manager did not care at all. As a storefront owner myself, I am very patient and have no problem waiting anywhere for customer service. Today I didn't have the time and they lied to take advantage. Will not return. Stay away!Oh and I realized that the person I talked to on the phone was indeed the person I dealt with in person. He said that person wasn't there to avoid responsibility. No integrity through and through.

I had a tire fail after just a couple weeks, they replaced it fast and free if charge.
