I decided many years ago that the way your car looks and feels when you buy it isn't NEARLY as important as the dealer's ability to service it and keep it running reliably. That's why I've been with Siemans Mazda over 30 years. I just had my 2013 Mazda 3 in for it's 95000 mile check-up and oil change. Scheduling my appointment online was piece of cake. I waited there while the work was done. David Wright did the work, just as he has since I bought it new. My original brakes are still in great condition! I was there just under a half hour and they washed my car. I'll be with Siemans for years to comeThanks!

Fast, courteous service with great pricing deals. I expected a higher cost but was surprised to receive a lower estimate for my vehicle. And it was wonderful seeing the guys again the old and the new. kudos to Tyler thank you

This is my second vehicle purchase with Siemans. Once again, a very nice experience. No high pressure, but plenty of help and guidance. Dennis and Jeff are fantastic to work with. They know their product and give honest answers. Absolutely 5 Stars.

The service department here has always taken good care of my vehicle. When problems arise, they always find a way to work through or around them. I appreciate their hard work. Honesty is always the best policy. And I appreciate that about this team as well. Can't go wrong here.

Fantastic. Every time I m there, it is always such a great experience. No, I get it, nobody likes to go to a dealership because it means something is wrong or you have to spend money. But, the knowledge and expertise they have takes some of the shock away. Kind, professional, approachable, and non-pressuring. They even convinced me not to get something done I thought I needed saving me money! Who does that nowadays? Thank you and I WILL be back for further needs.

Our daughter s car a Mazda CX3 broke down on Christmas Eve, we had it towed to Siemans the day after Christmas. Many repair shops were closed. The Service crew at Siemans repaired her car right away it was done by 5 pm. We were truly thankful!

We have both been loyal customers for many years and with good reason. Both the sales and service staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have bought six vehicles from Siemens which has always been a great experience, but we have also learned that it doesn't stop there. They are always there for you even after you buy their vehicles.

Siemans Mazda has provided great service of my Mazda vehicle for nearly thirty years. Dave, the mechanic, understands it very well. Ron, who coordinates the service, is always eager to help and get me in quickly. They have both taken excellent care of my car and given great advice making owning a Mazda a joy for me.

Brought my Mazda CX5 in for routine maintenance and they found a slow oil leak due to a crack in the cylinder! Part is ordered and under warranty! So grateful for their attention to detail!

Always great service, they keep you informed what's going on. Wash car before they bring it out. Some new person was handling service in Mazda area, Ron wasn't there, this guy was a little disrespectful. Called me by last name without a prefix, don't first name but to say hey Duncan, you can get your car out of here. I didn't know him that well. He needs a little inservice on how to address customers.

Service was great and I was in and out within an hour. I'm used to a much larger Mazda dealership (with very nice amenities) but what's important is GOOD SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE.

I got charged $120.00 for an alignment that wasn't really needed.My sons AWD vehicle that was purchased at Siemens had tires going bald because they were not rotated every few thousand miles.Since I was having this vehicle's oil changed at Siemens, it would have been nice to know I needed to rotate tires also, but no one ever mentioned this.Now I have to buy 4 new tires because Siemens failed to communicate some necessary information regarding the vehicle I purchased from them.
