Buying a new car Siemans Ford was stress free and easy. Tim Place was very patient with me as I customized the vehicle and he kept me updated throughout the production process. Upon pick-up, Tim also took the time to explain all the features of the car, the Ford Pass app, and how to schedule service and contact road side assistance. Plus, the 2024 Bronco Outer Banks is awesome!

although they let me drive with one of the techs they didn t figure out what was wrong with my car. They still charged me a A diagnostic fee, even though they didn t diagnose my car. after they couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car I still had them do my brakes and oil change. 1497$ later . Oh and Justin s customer service sucks.First called me and told me nothing was wrong with my car also told me in his 12 years of working he s never heard of servicing a transmission and it helping Then I show up to drive my car and they did find that it was low on oil other then that they can t figure out what is wrong.

Salesperson came outside to greet us and once we talked and our interests were expressed Alicia invited us in to the show room to see and feel our vehicle of choice. The rest is history. Greg prepared our transition to a ride home in a new vehicle. Both politely, professional and never ramming anything down on us.

Vehicle drives nicely after our repair. However, their website specifically states that they issue loaner cars to those who have service done and need to wait for more than two hours. What they fail to state on their website is that they only issue loaner vehicles to those who buy directly from them.

I drove 3.5 hours to trade in my vehicle for one they had on the lot. It was worth the drive. I dealt with Dennis, and he was very helpful and kind. He even gave me his personal phone number, and even answered my phone call on his day off work. Very happy with my experience here!

People are friendly, but everything else is awful. First time I took my car to my scheduled appointment, I had to wait 2 weeks for it to even be looked at. Why in the world would they even schedule me?Second time I brought it in for a new key and then to get a quote on a tiny running light replacement. Even though I clearly asked for a quote, they went ahead and changed the light and charged me $100 for the labor. My uncle could've done it for free.The kicker is that when I got a text to leave a review, my name wasn't even correct in the message.

I recently bought/ financed a reliable used vehicle and the process was very smooth. The sales staff were very helpful and truthful. Not pushy at all. I don t have best credit they were straight forward and helped us get into a Cadillac.Alisha our saleswoman helped us the whole way, she was very quick and responsive with any questions. She also printed out the car history so we can have an idea of what was being sold. Every detail she thought about. Treated us like we were buying a new vehicle. (Thank you so much)Jeff the finance manager was very honest with all the paperwork by explaining everything in detail so that we could understand. He also went above and beyond to explain how to better our credit with payments10/10 would recommend this dealer.

Evidently the sales department really drives this business rating up. From my experience the service department did nothing but scam me. Took my truck in to have an estimate done for a coolant leak. Ended up receiving an estimate for over $7000. I assume they just didn't want to work on my truck. When I went to pick my truck up and leave it had all different kinds of Warning lights on that it did not have when I took it to them. When I went back in to tell them about the issue the mechanic stated "it wasn't like that when I pulled it out there". Really??? So in all. I ended up paying a $175 for them to create more issues. Needless to say I highly recommend finding a different company for your service needs. I honestly feel like I've been wronged by this business.

It was great that they came to pick up the car. I ve had knee surgery and cannot drive.When we got in the car on Thursday the seat heaters still did not work! We paid $400 to have this fixed. Wouldn t you check the seats before you return the car to make sure they worked???? Obviously we will be calling!

We had a broken striker pivot on the rear windshield wiper. They got it in, diagnosed, the part ordered and got it fixed within five days. Everything went very smoothly. Excellent communication.

Best dealership I have ever dealt with. Its 3 1/2 hours from me, but I will definitely go back. Everything was done via email with Jon to get the process started. He was constantly communicating and answered emails very quickly. When I arrived at the dealer 2 days later, I was in and out in under 45 mins. Paperwork, app set up, and bluetooth set up all done, plus a full tank of gas. By far the best experience I have ever had, and I have purchased nearly a dozen new cars from various dealerships.
