After I replaced some parts on my truck I took it to Siemans to finish the work, very pleasant ppl, very affordable price and the mechanics did a nice job, will return when and if need the help again. Who knows maybe get my next vehicle from there!

I love this vehicle I purchased from Seimans a few months ago. But I'm really disappointed in their lack of concern about the problems that are going on with it. I know there must be things it has to pass tests in order to sell a car( at least I hope so) like defrost, channel and temp staying steady instead of up and down. And when you turn the car off it should stay off I would think. And no returned call. Very very disappointed .

Dan in sales was fantastic. We made four different trips tying to find a used car that fit our needs. Unfortunately, were not able to find one we wanted, but Dan was courteous, knowledgeable and patient each time we were there.

I highly would not recommend getting your car serviced from here. I waited two weeks to get an initial appointment to see what was wrong with my cars A/C. Which was fine and common compared to other dealerships. It took about two hours and found they found the problem. They were friendly. Unfortunately the part I needed was on back order. Four weeks later received the call that the part was finally in however even though the parts in I have to wait another two weeks to get my car fixed. It s really uncomfortable not having A/C in the summer time. Also trying to get ahold of service is very difficult. I had to call multiple times just to schedule an appointment. Will be going with someone else next time.

Took my van in to be serviced for an issue that was covered under warranty. I had a problem with being charged for something that was broken by technicians while fixing the issue I brought it in for. Craig Siemans was helpful when I called him directly and he removed the charge! Much appreciated.

Buying a new car is daunting sometimes. We purchased one yesterday. This time we worked with Dennis. The choice was between 2 different models. He was knowledgeable about both. Once we made the choice, he got things rolling very quickly. At Siemans their trade in allowances are very fair, in fact excellent. They have always gone a little above the kbb recommendation. We were downsizing this car and Dennis was actually pleased when we got such a good deal that they owed US some money! Kathy in the business office is efficient, very nice and got us through the paperwork right away. Before driving away, Dennis went through everything on how to work the different options, paired the phone, and made sure we understood. No rushing!I highly recommend Siemans for any car purchase. Very good experience!

Beautiful place. Nice people. We bought my husband's dream car here. He loves that car and they always send letters to tell him how they appreciate him buying his car there. Wonderful place of business they helped him find a great loan and work with you. I will be going to get my next car there. Can't wait.

They do not back up their warranty. Paid $3686. For a 3 year warranty on used car. Had the car 1.5 years with less than 5000 miles of driving.Third time in shop and paying for service which warranty should cover. They just lost our business.

My wife and I just bought a Dodge Ram 1500 from here, and these guys made the process super easy. We went in and looked at the truck on Wednesday. Cody made us a good deal and after talking it over we decided to purchase it. They made the process quick while still explaining everything in detail.

Everyone is great at Siemans in Bridgman! Every time I walk in that building they take care of me! Jim McLean is not only a great salesman, he is a great person that cares. He makes me feel wanted and needed at the dealership. I ve been getting vehicles from him for 11 years. The reason that I know it has been 11 years is because that is how old my son, Gavin is. Jim even speaks of holding Gavin as a baby. In my file he keeps pictures that my son has drawn for him! Jim even lets Gavin pick out a car for himself every time we go in. It s only a hot wheels car, but it means the world to my son! As a matter of fact Gavin gets upset when I go in for an oil change on a day that he can t come with me. Siemans in Bridgman will be the only dealership that I will ever go to, and I m pretty sure that goes for Gavin in the future also. Thanks Jim for having us as a part of the family at Siemans in Bridgman!

Service advisor Tyler Danneffel made this one of my best auto repair experiences. He listened to my concerns and wasted no time in having mechanic Steve Simon find the problem. Tyler then sent me photographs of my vehicles issue and provided a detailed solution. My vehicle problem was no small task but it was quickly fixed and returned to me running better than ever. Thank you both Tyler and Steve.

Took my car there to have repairs done.said they could do the work. They had me preorder the part and pay for it. Over $300 Then when the part came in I made an appointment to have work done. Brought my car in wasting my time and money, only for them to tell me they couldnt do the work and they also said I could not return the part. Stay away from these amateurs, they cost me $350 and no work was performed and Im still stuck with the part. Ripoff city!!

I ve been in the market for a new truck for a while now. Working with Dan Zarobsky at Siemans was a very pleasant experience, and his patience and professionalism was the reason I kept my business local.This is my 2nd purchase at Siemans and would recommend Dan Z. and Siemans to my friends and family.

I think this was the fourth time I've taken my car there and they continue to impress me with their knowledge, abilities and honesty. My trust is not easily earned, but Siemans Ford has it. Truly a top notch business

I went to Siemens today for have my explorer's key fobs programmed. I was told it would be around $65. This was the 2nd time I went to have this done because last time the key broke. I was told the previous time that they hadn't had in issue in over 11 months that non OEM fobs wouldn't program. I waited for them to do the job and he comes back to me and says that they couldn't get them to program and ontop of that I had to pay $10 a key for their cutting process to key that i wont even use. I tell him that I needed fobs that work and smugly he says well i guess now you just have 2 extra keys. Horrible service with a side of smugness. Beware..go to any other dealer other than this one.

Only did half the work requested, called and said it was ready, never said a word until paying. Took multiple people to figure out what had been done and what to charge for. Question them, watch them.

Siemans Ford is Always too Busy . When you do get in , they don't Finish the work or can not , due to a lack of parts and time. (Being too Busy !)We have tried to work on their schedule.Three times trying to fix the Ford recalls. This last time it was the excuse of : We are very Busy, and We dont have the parts. Maybe Ford itself should consider allowing recall parts to be replaced at car garages and other service centers, besides The Ford Dealerships, then maybe the work can get done. Just a thought. This Dealership seems to be Over Worked and too Busy.

The dealership , Siemens in Bridgman Mi is ridiculous , Having my service dog with me , the service manager would not supply me with a rental vehicle. Sighting that they do not allow dogs in their vehicles, so I have to be curious how they know what takes place with a "rental"vehicle once it has left ... Your company as a whole has gone above and beyond to make warranty repairs as difficult as possible on your customers , Refusing service and/or being rude to a service Dog and handler is not only unprofessional behavior, but it is illegal at both state and federal levels. In fact, they must allow an individual claiming their animal is a service dog to enter. Refusing service is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which can result in penalties, fines, and money damages.If we were small people only seeking free money , this dealership has offered easy ground to attain such, however we are not small people , I would like this repair completed without my time and patience being tested another day

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Terrible ethics! While I was awaiting a call from Sandy in finance another salesman sold the car I was going to purchase while my salesman was off for the day. I didn t find out until I called, I wouldn t recommend doing business with them!
