My daughter was passing nearby and got into an accident. Cassidy's was the only automotive-related place open to render an informal "driveability" opinion when I couldn't see the vehicle for myself. As she drove into the parking lot, the team greeted her outside despite the sub-freezing 12�F temperature, 10 minutes prior to closing, and were able to counsel her to seek a mechanic since something was visibly awry. While you shouldn't lay assessment responsibilities on an establishment that isn't labeled to do so, I'd heartily recommend the friendly and professional team that goes above and beyond the call of duty to help a young motorist in distress. If their dedication to service in their area of expertise is anything like their willingness to assist out of their wheelhouse, you can be assured you're in good hands. Thanks Cassidy's!

Affordable and very professional and friendly team here! I highly recommend Cassidy's Qwik!!I have to retract my first review. Qwik they were, but now vehicle is leaking oil from the either oil plug or filter. I called just past closing and left a message. I'll drive the 25 miles back to them in the morning. It's just an inconvenience.Edited-In route to Cassidy's and Brian called. I let him know I was on my way. I got right in and the problem was addressed. To error is human. I'll be back. 7/31/23A small town all around cost effective, friendly and professional business located in Bridgman. When you need an oil change and don't want to wait, just come here to Kwik Lube and let Brian and his pit crew get you back on the road enjoying your summer.

It s right down the block from my grandmas spot. We ve been coming here as far as I can remember growing up and whenever I m visiting I m sure to get my oil changed here. Never any issues and kind quick reliable service.

Quick in and out. Friendly staff. No nonsense $50 oil change with a tire pressure check and fill up on windshield fluid.Been there three times and don't see myself going anywhere else in the near future.

Super quick and affordable oil change, great customer service, and they didn t try to get me to pay for a bunch of extras. I said nothing about replacing my oil with synthetic vs. normal, and they automatically replaced mine with normal oil (which I assume was much less expensive for me)! They recommended a new air filter but didn t at all push the sale. I opted to replace my old one and they showed me how dirty the old one was (pretty bad!). This was an all around great impromptu pit stop on my drive to Phoenix, AZ from Grand Rapids, MI. Would recommend to anyone!!

They get the job done quickly and they are always friendly. I usually change my oil by myself these days, but if I was going to go to have it done, this would be my stop. Prices are reasonable as well!

These guys are pretty good but I think they could be a little faster. I think 5 minutes should be a realistic timeframe for an oil change but it is a convenient short walk to HCM while you wait. I was greeted by Todd, he was such a helpful associate. My family highly recommends Todd & the crew & Cassidy's Qwik Lube.

Didnt check my lights. Missed 1 of the 2 grease inserts underneath. Spilled oil on my engine and didnt fill it completely up. Plus no free carwash. Just go to sparkle same price better service.

We were on our way to pick our daughter from Missouri when our check engine light came on. We pulled off and stopped at Cassidy Qwik lube in bridgeman. They hooked the tester up and checked it for us at no charge!! Thank you
