If their service after the sale is anything like their sales department pre sales , I most certainly dodged a bullet not buying from this place!! Horrible communication! , I gave up on these people, They either don t care if there sell a tractor and/or are very judgmental towards customers.

They have been working with me to find and procure some parts for a rather unusual piece of equipment, a FiatAllis FR90 front end loader. Today the parts arrived and I was very pleased to get them. Thanks to Jan in the parts department for the extra work.

I struggled to find parts for an old IH plow. So I called Janson s and got Chris in parts. Within about an hour of back and forth on the phone He found a maybe. I sent him more info and Ta Da !! the fowling Thursday was installing the parts. We are field ready. Lady that helped us was very nice and helpful but people who came in after us we're not waited on by any of the other 20 staff members that were there. Seem like they didn't want to help. I was very put off by that.

We get a lot of parts here and lowell and jan at the parts counter are always on it they will go the extra mile to get you the right part. Always a pleasure to work with them

Never really purchased anything from here but they generally buy popcorn from my son from cub scouts outstanding business if you ask me
