Only giving a 1 star because it will not allow me to not give a star. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! JUST left this place, this is my GO TO stop! But Travis has changed my mind rather quickly! It seemed like he was maybe training the other guy, Dustin because Dustin followed his commands. I brought my sister to this place because i trusted these guys! Have been going to them for the last 8 years!!Travis was RUDE, did not explain anything to us, I had to ask him to blow out the air filters and he told me they can't do that. I asked why and said they have done it for me before in the past, Travis became noticeably irritated and did it anyway.. while mumbling under his breath "I thought I was the boss today". Irritation on my end of course, I asked them if they checked the tires, Travis told Dustin to check the tires. I THOUGHT THAT WAS INCLUDED?! My sister goes to pay with her debit card and Travis asked for her pin.... umm what?! Let the customer put their own pin in! Travis gave my sister her paper and I checked it over, low and behold it said the lights were checked. When?! I asked them to check the lights after seeing it marked on the paper! They very quickly checked them and we left. Needless to say I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore!! And I myself will not be going back!!Your there to better serve your customers, not piss them off! I suggest getting new people in there, people who actually CARE about their job, because it's no one else's fault you hate your job, but yours.WORST EXPIERENCE HERE EVER.

All I have to say is DO NOT take any of your vehicles to this location . I took my 2020 explorer to this joke of a place one time and that was a huge mistake. Had to go back because they didn t put the bolts back in the bottom weather shield. Waste of time. I would have thought a voucher for a free oil change would have been fare for the inconvenience of having to go back to have them finish a job that should have been done correctly in the first place. Of course the voucher would have had to be good for another location, A location that would do a professional job the FIRST time around stay safe and stay clear of this location (also I will post pictures of how it was repaired asap, I asked the manager to send me pictures to my phone with no response from him. Unprofessional by ALL means

The integrity and trustworthiness of the staff here is like none other. Came for a transmission flush and oil change and left with neither done, only plans to come back when they re actually needed! They informed me that newer (2010 Dodge 1500) vehicles can go for much longer than suggested for oil changes (no one has ever told me this since I ve had the vehicle) and through a quick carfax, we assume the flush was done with other work I have had done.Thank you so much for your kindness and patience. I will be back!

Had my oil changed here a few months ago they took my engine cover off and never put it back on now I'm out $200 for a replacement

West Branch location has been great to me and my truck. Billy and the other crew members are very professional and kind every time I stop.Recently I needed my radiator flushed due to blockage. Billy handled the issue even though it didn't work correctly because it was blocked more than the machine could help. I highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Oil change

Came in for oil change and they were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. I asked Braydon if he would check my cabin filter because my friend suggested it and he was so polite and willing. He ended up cleaning an entire mouse nest out of it, practically! He explained everything they did and why. A new guy, Dustin, also worked on my oil change and air filter replacement, showing it to me and not being pushy, just asking what I would like done.I would highly recommend this place, especially if I could get Brayden and Dustin again. Being a woman going to a quick change oil place is a little daunting. But here they make you feel very comfortable and are very pleasant to work with. I was there on May 11th, 2023, and those guys were really awesome! Friendly, quick, and great service! In a world where there s an oil change place on every corner, these guys made me feel like the job was done right. The price was great - especially for a new air filter - which was surprising. Most oil change places gouged you on accessories, but they didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need and went about doing the work quickly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I had a very short wait (3-5 minutes) then they jumped right on my vehicle. Both men that serviced my vehicle seemed very knowledgeable and efficient.I will return to them for our future maintenance.

These guys did a great job. They went even beyond when a few weeks after I had my oil changed I had a question. I stopped by and asked them to help, they gladly popped the hood to my car and helped. They do an excellent job and treat you great. Don't talk down to you like some places do. They show you what they are doing and explain it so you understand what is going on.The manager will come over and talk to you and they kinda make you feel like you have known him all your life.Being a old mechanic myself I know they are doing a good job.I highly recommend this oil change business.

Absolute five-star experience the whole way. Everyone was very polite oh, they work very quickly, explained everything they did as they work through my oil change and made sure they showed me all of the equipment both going into and out of my car. They have a new customer for life!

I give these guys a 5 star they are the best in town. Walmart may be cheaper but you really don't know what they are doing to your vehicle, now performance plus they walk you through the hole process and show you everything. I have been going here for almost 4 years now and won't go any where else .

Quick and professional. But pricey though $119 for an oil change and they upcharge for the better washer fluid that doesn't freeze in the middle of winter

Awesome service!! Traveler friendly. David & Alyssa were professional, thorough, and efficient. They went over all the paperwork and specs, from the type of oil required to the length of time it would take to get the oil filter. We drove through and out in half the time it usually takes us other places. Michigan is on a whole level! 11/10 would recommend.

I was in and out very fast. You could tell he knew what he was doing with the vehicle. He also showed me a trick to reset my oil % that no other place had shown me so that was great.

This place is ok. Definitely better places to go. The guys that work there smoke week in the shed while on the clock. They give people cash prices that are less than the actual price so they can pocket the money them selfs! So if you want someone to do your oil change while they are stoned and not in the best state of mind then this is the place to go! If you want to be sold things you don't need and tricked into buying stuff this is your place! The company is ok but the management and staff are a joke! It's a frat house filled with boys instead of a quick lube filled with professionals! Have a recording of the boss telling his employees to treat his boss as if he has Ebola and saying he would not hire any1 that has the covid vaccine! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
