Ive been doing business with m75 for 3 years and have had no complaints they have addressed every issue ive had with reasonable pricing and a smile would 100% recommend to friends famiky or anyone that wants the job done right

Absolutely the best automotive service center in or around Boyne City! Amanda is kind, fairly priced, honest, and cares about her customers! Troy s has been a blessing to our family time and time again!!

Our fan broke and threw pieces through the radiator just as we were coming into town to visit our son (the end of a 4 hour drive). We called him and he said "take it right across the street to Troy's." We did and couldn't be happier. They hunted down the radiator and fan on a Friday afternoon (no easy task) and had us up and running on Monday. Our only inconvenience was a little extra time with the grandkids than we had planned. The price was reasonable, the staff friendly. We recommend them highly.

I've been here a couple times for different reasons. I had my last time there a couple years ago, so apologies for what I hope isn't old info. They did great work on my car both times, my very first time ended up being what I'm assuming was such an easy and quick repair that they didn't charge me for it, and my second time there I was getting my tires changed. Only problem I really had personally was that they didn't take my old tires, or say they couldn't or ask if I was willing to pay a little bit to have them recycle them, which I would have. Didn't notice until I made it home so ended up taking them somewhere else, otherwise I would have asked about that. However, aside from that, everything was done great and held up for at least a couple years, so with the work they did having no problem at all, I can strongly recommend this place for your repair needs.UPDATE: Last time I was here, they told me I needed a new engine for honestly what I learned was a very easy fix. I'm glad I took it to my friend for a second opinion, otherwise I would have been a couple thousand in the hole just for them to be able to milk me for a bit more. It was great while Troy was around, but the new owner sucks and I cannot recommend her or this business to anyone who actually wants to have a reasonable repair done.

I was about to drive from Michigan to Maryland when I found I had a flat tire, so I had the car towed to Troy's. It turned out that I needed a repair done and two tires replaced, but my tires were a strange size. Amanda scoured town to find the right tires and made sure I had a place to spend the night while waiting for the right part to come in. She definitely went above and beyond to help me out!Service: Tires

I will DEFINITELY go to Troy's next time we need service. We called to see if they could do an unusual repair. They thoroughly researched the issue before we got there and called back to advise us that they may not be the right shop for the job. They could do what we asked, but the issue we had could go further and they weren't equipped to do the work if it did. We greatly appreciate the thorough research and honesty. I highly recommend working with this business.

The alternator blew out on my bmw 06'. But Troy's tracked down a new one and replaced it in only a few hours. They are fast and reliable.

Had my alternator go out as I arrived in Boyne City from out of town. Troy s was able to get me in to the shop and repaired in 5 hours and even shuttled me back and forth from the marina where my boat was since I was on foot for the day. Excellent service and fair price, but most important was allowing me to keep my schedule. Great job.

I lost the brakes in my '02 Yukon. I showed up without an appointment at 8 am on a Friday and they took me first thing. I was all good to go in just over an hour! Incredible price to replace a rear metal brake line. This shop is tops. Very pleased and will be recommending them to all to use with confidence! Thank you Amanda and Joe!

Troy and Amanda were awesome! We are from out of town and our vehicle broke down in downtown Boyne. I called their shop and they came with in 15 minutes and tried to start it. Unfortunately being it was a starter, it needed to be towed to his shop. He let us take his vehicle back to our condo, and then called us less then 3 hours later that the vehicle was done. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Fixed my 97 4runner's clutch it now runs like a champ. Great customer service and affordable! They were able to diagnose my vehicle before the scheduled date and let me know if it had to stay longer. Excellent service!

I caught a flat on a Sunday with no spare. Had my vehicle towed to Troy's. Troy took the time to go around town and look for a tire for me, as I have a rare size of tire. He wasn't able to find one, but he let me leave it for 3 days while I found one and got it mounted. He then put the tire on, and I received no bill. Truly a wonderful experience. While camping at Young State Park my truck had a significant wheel bearing failure. Even though they were very busy Troy was able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road on our departure day. We are very pleased.

Troy takes good care of the people that come to him. He tells you like it is and will work with you on payments, he made sure I had a vehicle to drive while he did major work on mine. Multiple times. He's also good at explaining what he has done to a vehicle and why. I drive to his shop from Cheboygan for a reason.

I had an appointment today to get my car fixed at Troy's M-75 Service Center in Boyne City. When I arrived they were running behind and the receptionist asked me to have a seat. Since they had told me it might be a hour to get my work done, I brought coffee and sat down to relax. I started to look around the shop and was shocked to see a bumper sticker posted on the front door of the business, which was open. It said "Hillary for Prison 2016".Everyone has their own political opinion and I respect that and have friends who support both parties, but to post such a horribly negative sign on the front door of a place of business in unconscionable. Apparently they don't care to do business with everyone, even though they have this posted on their website We take pride in our work and treat our customers like family and their cars like our own. I certainly don't treat my customers (or my family for that matter) like this.I told that receptionist that I was leaving - she might have assumed it was because I had to wait, so I pointed to the sign and said "that's just not cool" and walked out. I could see her walk into the garage and assumed she told the mechanics who were all looking at me while I drove away.

When I had a problem with my jeep, I took it to Troy s M75. This is the best service I ve had in years. Very friendly staff and honest mechanics. It s nice to know people like this still exist because I would ve paid more had they not been honest and told me it was just a rock, causing my problem. Thank you I will be back!

Friendly workers that know what they are doing and gets it done fast. Brought in my car in near the end if the day and got it back all fixed up the next day.They also got friendly dogs :D

Nobody had masks on, the place was filthy, and there were political signs out front. I just wanted some suspension work, I don't care about your political stance.
