CAP had exactly what I went in for, after being able to browse for only a few minutes I was nicely asked if I would like some assistance, then I was helped and had a friendly checkout by a very knowledgeable and courteous employee. (thanks CAP )

I always go here because I know I can get a good honest answer from these guys. When I'm struggling or if I'm asking a question, their hospitality is always great. If they can't get what I need they know where to find it so I can get it. Its really like family without the sibling fighting!

Was here two days in a row. The guy that helped me the second day was much more friendly. They were so helpful, and he checked my battery and helped me carry it out as well.

We were traveling through Boyne City, and the local police informed us that both taillights were out. Not what you want to hear on vacation, especially while traveling with 2 kids 4 and under. The staff at Carquest were very helpful, and even lent my husband their tool box to fix the taillights in the parking lot. Thank you for helping us get back on the road quickly and safely!

Umm, amazing customer service. My card was on the fritz. And I needed new wipers. He installed them and asked me to just come back tomorrow to settle up. I cant yell ya how long its been since I've received that kind of customer service. It blew my mind. Patrick. Thank you.

Even in the rain the guy came out and switched out my wiper blade. Took him 5 seconds would have taken me 30 min. Great customer service
