Stayed her from 1/10/24 to 1/12/24. Stayed in room #8. It was quiet, comfy and reasonably priced. We were even able to check in earlier after reaching out to the Motel because we arrived earlier than expected. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend staying here and if we ever return to Boyne in the Winter we will definitely stay here again.Rooms: Even thought they are smaller than what we are used to they are quiet, well lit up on the exterior and reasonably priced.

Exactly what we paid for. Room was nicely decorated and adequately appointed with free bottled water and Carmel corn, well made beds, clean with friendly service. They were accommodating of our very late arrival time and communicated excellently. Very likely to consider returning next time I m in the area if this room best meets the needs of the trip. Walking distance to downtown boyne city was nice.

Excellent! The overall quality is among the highest as far as motels are concerned. The staff is very friendly and customer service focused! I truly felt that they cared about how our stay would be. They offered free water and popcorn everynight that they refilled when cleaning the room. They offered breakfast and coffee which is a nice touch as well. Overall, my wife and I felt very safe here and that our privacy was respected as well. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Boyne City!Rooms: The rooms are very clean! You can tell that their housekeeping staff have very high standards. Everything was neat and tidy, instructions and information about the place were clear and easy to understand. The beds were comfortable, as well as providing various pillow types. They provided soap and makeup wipes with a separate makeup towel, which you don't see too often. Everything worked well and was very cozy.

Great, reasonable accommodation in a pricey lakeside town. Everything in walking distance.Small room was clean and comfortable. Didn t nickel-and-dime us for small amenities.We ll be back!

A lot of easy fixes, wifi goes out often but it's okay, the shower curtain broke when barely pulling in it, we got a new one and they didn't put it up for us they just set it back where the old one was. Like what. The heat vent thing burned me when I accidentally touched it. The room was hot and cold temp changes in the certain areas of the room. No seal at the bottom of the door, cold air went right through it

We were so happy with the cleanliness of our room. It was perfect. We've stayed at several in the past and this one is the best hands down .Rooms: Our room was super clean and cozy.Safety: It's off the main street and just seemed to be safe.

Rooms were very clean. Beds were very firm. A little dated, but nice for the price. Did talk to management as I was traveling with an elderly deaf person. Cable boxes will accommodate captions, but remote control will not (Spectrum) Upgrade available. Don't know if ADA rooms are available (didn't request one), but was given a room on the ground floor. EV charging available at the park across the street.Walkability: Close to downtown, parkFood & drinks: Morning between 8-11 office has coffee, hot chocolate, pastry, and packets of instant oatmeal.The room has a mini fridge with Bottled water and a bag of Carmel Corn. You can microwave anything else you bring to eat.

Thank goodness there is a Starbucks close. Downtown Boyne is also close. Very quaint and enjoyable. I love the smalltown atmosphere downtown despite the gaudy and obvious money surrounding the center of the city. I remember when the tannery was still here and no one envisioned the yacht harbor in that location. But i am gratful for this hotel in this location. I just wish the shower pressure was higher and there was coffee even if there is no breakfast.Hey, the room was clean, the staff was nice, and i slept well. What more do i need? It is just 'wants' i mentioned.I have loved lake Charlevoix since 1960The pic is my grandparents house now 60 years later and the view i loved from their front window.

Always clean and comfy rooms .special treats like popcorn, wine and a lottery ticket as a New Year s gift this time. Easy check in and pleasant staff.Walkability: Short walk to downtown restaurants, lounges and coffee shops.

Overall a decent first experience at this motel. Rooms are old but clean and they offer a texting capability for assistance (more towels for example) and Wi-Fi was good. Doors have a combination lock which works well. Felt like a safe property. Room was quite small - very much a throwback to a previous generation. Not a luxury property so I would not recommend paying a premium to stay here. Toilet & shower area was extremely tight quarters. I m over 6 & 250 lbs and barely fit in the shower (no room to bend over & shower head was at my neck level) and had to walk sideways in the short hallway area to access either the shower or toilet. Small sink is in the main room. Small closet is available along with a small refrigerator & microwave. Quiet at night and very close ~2 blocks) to downtown Boyne City. Narrow sidewalk out in front of rooms and parking is close by across a 20 strip of grass. I had to walk across wet grass to access my room as the concrete did not connect my room to the parking area and the narrow strip of concrete in front of rooms has a small chair and patio table outside each room that make it too narrow to roll a suitcase or golf carry bag. This would be awkward with significant rain or snow. I d say if you are a smaller frame person and can stay here for a decent rate it s a clean, no frills experience. As long as you are not expecting an upscale boutique motel environment this motel should meet expectations.

Literally the nicest motel I've stayed in. It's small and quaint all while being clean and comfortable. They obviously clean their bedding well (which, if you stay in a lot of motels you know, that's a rarity). It smells nice, the little fridge has complimentary water. And although caramel popcorn isn't for me, they do leave a bag which is a nice touch. And who doesn't love Andie's mints on the pillow!? The staff are very communicative and on top of meeting your needs. I can't say enough good things about it. It's a very charming place to spend a night or two, great location, quiet and accommodating.

Anneka was just awesome from the start. I highly recommend the Boyne City Motel. Rooms were so clean and pleasant. Bed was comfy! Will use them again!Nearby activities: Within walking distance to Lake Charlevoix and restaurants.

It was a pleasure staying here. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Check in and out was a breeze via text. Was within walking distance from downtown. Small but very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!Walkability: Close to downtown Boyne City.

What a great motel! It was very clean and really quiet. It didn t have the loud air conditioning/heating that most hotels have. Great location and close to a lot of fun activities. The free water in the fridge and free popcorn were a welcome bonus!Rooms: Cleanliness. Very quiet! Free water and popcorn.Nearby activities: Boyne mountain. Sky Bridge
