I've had only positive experiences with this dealer, both in sales and service. The large number of brands they represent is impressive and even just fun to come look around.They also host a monthly cars and coffee with free coffee and juice, and great food trucks. Smaller than the one at Scottsdale 101 but less crowded and easier to talk with people.

Recently, I had a great experience working with Andrew Gontaruk at Penske Automotive dealership. A few months ago, he helped my wife find the perfect X6, and just recently assisted me in acquiring an X5. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and made both experiences seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend him and he will definitely be my go-to person for any future BMW purchases. Can t recommend him enough!

I had a wonderful experience at Penske BMW today with Sabrina Rolle. I ve been a client of hers for many years, this is my fourth car. I only work with Sabrina and highly recommend her to help you when looking for a BMW. Also Chris Furman the finance manager was also wonderful to work. Have never had a bad experience and will continue to be a client.

Fantastic dealership. It was easy and very convenient to be able to set up service appointment online. Very user friendly website. The staff upon arrival was bar none courteous and very on it. The service advisor Kendra was very friendly and helpful as it was the first time I have used North Scottsdale Volkswagen. She got me a shuttle to take me to work. The driver was also extremely friendly. The service was completed in a short time they absolutely detailed my rough around the edges Touareg. They even performed a safety check and outlined the work. Overall a great experience, we will be using this as our go to Dealership, going forward.

These folks are superb customer friendly, and the auto was perfect. They took as much time as necessary and there was absolutely no pressure. Nothing was hidden. Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality car. Prem Lawrence is superb.

I drove to there scottsdale store to look at a car they said was "in an amazing shape". Bumper was coming off, dent with missing paint, wood cracked in door and so on. It was priced 10% above fair market value as well. They event had the audacity to follow up with me to see if I liked the car lol

Not to happy about all my stuff in the locked console being rifled through or my radio station turned to what they wanted to listen to. I also know they opened my cologne since it was in a tired up bag . Service guy was great but staff behind the scenes not professional. You think they get paid good but to go into a locked console which had nothing to do with the service it was there for.

Wonderful sales representatives. Never pushy like you would expect from a car dealership. Harry in the parts department at Audi is amazing. Hard working and always on top of providing the most exceptional customer service!

I drove an Uber client here and then stayed with them and toured around here. OMG incredible gathering of literally hundreds of Opulent vessels of speed and design delight!This place I had put on a bucket list I made several weeks before. Or rather I had put a Lamborghini dealers visit on the list. I was blown away with what I found here. Some of the best designs all under 1 roof.Visiting here is a real present to give yourself this year. Man or Woman you will be thrilled.Plus they have a racing museum! Great place you must visit.

terrible experience. Went there to buy a truck...saw the one I was looking for and it was perfect.... Could get no salespeople to help they were to interested in talking to the receptionist. Asked for help no one came out Went to the museum to kill time the receptionist must have been reading a good book but did not even bother to look up. Anyways went to another dealer and found the truck to suit my needs.

Cars & coffee every third Saturday of the month. They have free coffee & water. Great cars show up. It's RIGHT in front of their racing museum -which is free. They have a good gift shop too.

hi i went to13543 North Autoshow Avenue Surprise, AZ 85388 on Saturday 2/20/2017 to see the used Hyundai Sonata 2012 hybrid we negotiated the price with sales manager but we ended up not buying the car then they texted me next day they negotiated? the price to 7755 $ but i said i'll think of it then on Monday? 2/22/2017 i texted them at 10:30am and they called me i told them to told the car i will come and buy the car and hold it i have phone records i lived 50 miles away from the dealership? i called them 30 mins before i reach there . I told them i'll buy while i went there i was taking the test drive and we came back the key was in my hand they said we have sold this car to someone else in just like 5 mins after i was there they had made me sign all documents they have pulled my credit and taken all documents by the sales manager the first day i went , then the manager cames the key was in my hand i was waiting for the documents to sign they told they just sold the car to another person? just because the other guy was giving them more money while they called me to come there and get the car these people are very greedy? could cancel ur deal because they got more money from someone else while i was there they fooled me by making excuses i have all documents and i have all phone and text messages, I am a MBA student the manager used unethichal business techniques.

Very nice location, absolutely beautiful cars, trucks, and super cars! Even if you aren t sure if you want to buy a car yet it is still a very nice tourist attraction if you are A car fanatic.

Dont even deserve a star. They are terrible & insane. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!Bought a vehicle and they did not process my title until I had to hire an attorney and complain to Consumer Bureau for fraud.They gave me a run around for 15 days.

**Buyer Beware**We purchased a brand new Land Rover Discovery from Jaguar Land Rover of Annapolis in late December 2019 which is owned by Penske. The entire experience has been awful. The car was purchased and all the documents were prepared incorrectly, we had to send multiple emails to obtain our tags and registration, which were still not processed within the standard time allotted by the State, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed and we were told that it was due to Apple Car Play but now with less than 10k miles and less than 6 months of ownership the car has been continuously in the service center for almost 30 days with no clear resolution.The quality of the car has been compromised due to a significant leak caused by the dealerships installation of a roof rack prior to our purchase. The leak has generated issues with the HVAC system, Apple Car Play, Tailgate Lift, a second HVAC issue which has surfaced during time at the dealership and most impactful is the transmission/acceleration of the vehicle which caused the vehicle to lurch violently when pressing the gas - the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership.I have asked to speak to the General Manager of the dealership and I am consistently pushed back to Steve Miller, Director of Service, who encouraged me to file a complaint with Land Rover Corporate. They will not even provide the service records associated with my vehicle. The dealership has not offered a loaner car for the 25+ days that I have been without a vehicle and now after doing as encouraged they don t want to provide any information either.

VW IS world class. Five stars.Jaguar, however, not nearly as good. One star. Jaguar cannot service cars over nine years old.They had my car for months before they admitted they couldn't fix my 1996 XJR, because they had no hardware, software, diagnostics, etc to repair a 1996 carIf so, why was my car accepted for repair?Hard to believe Jaguars older than 9 years are not dealer servicible.

Mark Siffert at the porsche dealer was very knowledgable, friendly and respectful. I walked in dressed like a homeless bum and he was the only one that offered assistance!

The museum was a little under whelming to me because I thought it was going to have road racing cars there as well - I thought the yellow Porsche Spyder was going to be there - but it wasn t.

Criminal group. They allow unlicensed drivers to operate their giant work trucks and refuse to claim liability when they hit innocent people on the street.
