I can t believe I forgot to post this review. DO NOT BUY USED here!!!! WARNING!!!! We purchased a truck January 2023 less than 12 hours later we had a check engine light on and truck was driving funny. When the sales rep (Joe) gave us the car fax they had a missing page and tried to tell us it was a clean car fax. It in fact was not and eventually we were able to see the entire car fax. It was my first time my boyfriend and I were buying a vehicle without our parents and boy did we learn a lesson. We purchased it the same day we came in not realizing what we had in store. We ended up putting the truck in service at a Chevy dealership the morning after we got it! We got it around close the night before. This was now being handled by Tim their sales manager. As I was not paying for it and this should have been checked during inspection. There was a recall for the air bags that had to be done among other work that totally nearly $3k. The Chevy dealership, myself and sales rep had to reach out to Tim multiple times to approve payment for parts and servicing. He had promised me he would take care of it. Then at the end when the final bill was about $3k he tried to get me to pay half. Thankfully I had written confirmation from his sale rep that Tim promised to pay for all services and I had threatened to escalate this if Tim did not keep to original agreement. Thankfully I have family that works with the news and I had to threaten that which is absolutely ridiculous! Once I told him I had it in writing he thought about it and decided to keep to his word and pay for the services. It took weeks for our Truck to get fixed. We had problem after problem with it. Traded it in within 5 months of purchasing too a Chevy dealership. They deemed it unsafe and could not sell the truck due to so many problems. They said this was a bad purchase and we basically got taken advantage of because this wouldn t be safe to sell at their dealership. We had such great service at the Chevy dealership we both bought new used cars and have had ZERO issues. Joe was nice but this place is a joke! They take advantage of people and are clearly selling unsafe vehicles!

My experience with Page Honda was excellent! Jeff Lichtle was my salesman , he ordered a Ridgeline for me & had it ready for pickup the day of delivery. Tom Mallon handled all of my paperwork . Thank you again for your Excellent Service

My experience was wonderful from the first call and my salesperson was outstanding. I left the dealership thinking...who needs a car? I want to recommend somebody to go to Page Honda and ask for Shaban S. He was patient and no hard sell tactics. If you're looking for a used car give Page Honda of Bloomfield a try.

Great car dealership! Building and cars are very clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly! Being 18 with little to work with and living 2 hours away is a scary place to be, but the staff doesn t pressure you to make any decisions. I didn t end up going through with purchasing a vehicle because I m waiting on a job interview, BUT this place is definitely well respected and the staff are very personable. I worked directly with Ryan, he is ambitious and hardworking and overall a great guy! Having had experiences with other dealerships, no other dealership contains the personable experience you will get here.

I decided to give their service center a chance since it is the most convenient location for me. I requested an appointment online ahead of time for an express oil change and a tire rotation, as well as a recall check.After getting checked in for their "Good" oil change which is their cheapest option from my understanding, I asked how long I should expect to wait. I was given no clear estimate on time and literally told, "It just depends on what the guys are doing". I proceeded to the waiting room and waited for over two hours.They have a site to check the status of the vehicle. After an hour I checked the status, just for it to show that the vehicle was only checked in. I texted my service guy to see if that was accurate and I didn't receive a response. After another 30 minutes, the status jumped directly to "finishing touches" which I don't believe is accurate because I wasn't told my vehicle was ready for close to 45 minutes after that. Spending over two hours at the dealership for something this simple is ridiculous.The total came out to $138 for an oil change and tire rotation! Keep in mind this was their cheapest oil change for my vehicle (2022 civic sport). Their car wash also left visible dirt in multiple spots on my car.Due to an extremely long waiting time, poor status updates, and absurd prices I will not be returning in the future. I'd recommend avoiding here if possible!

The service woman was very polite and knowledgeable. She gets 5 starsHowever the price for a basic oil change is getting outta control and to diagnose my fob was outrages.. diagnose my fob price incredibly high can't blame that on inflation.

I have been leasing from Page Honda for years, so that speaks volumes. My sales person treats me like I am family. I am shown every new thing on the new car, and, this year, I was given some extra amenities, like nice floor mats and some free service. All of the cars I have leased were excellent with no problems. I highly recommend Page Honda!

I recently brought my CR-V in for service at Page Honda of Bloomfield. My service advisor (Larry Logarta) was all about customer service and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Larry and the team at Page Honda for all of your service needs.

2nd purchase from this dealership. Once in 2015 the 2nd 2023. Both transactions went smoothly. Both used car purchases. One a Honda Accord.Super excited for the 2nd purchase which was an old Toyota 4 Runner. The price was reasonable and the car was in mint condition.They filled up the tank, which was nice. I bought a car from a dealership in Ann Arbor and they sold me the car with less than a quarter tank, so this was a nice surprise.Even though the car was used and as is , it had just been brought in and they wanted to do an inspection before they actually sold it to me.

Very professional and nice workers. Ryan did small talk well and then shared the important information in an easy to understand way. He clearly stated what was going to happen with my car and then gave a progress update during my wait. Love that they also give my car a wash before returning it!

I normally hate the car buying experience, but Ryan and Tom at Page made it super easy. I was able to test drive the models I was interested in and executed the paperwork and financing quickly. When the time came to pick up my car, it was cleaned and looked factory new. I will definitely be back in the future for any new vehicles for myself and my family. I couldn't recommend Page Honda more.

No loaner car available when leaving for repair overnight. Results in rough experience for the customer.Loose nuts left behind under the hood.Open panels left behind in the back seat when returning the car back to the customer. Exposed wires below the passenger's feet, seems like a gross violation of safety.

Shaban was excellent. From the first call, he even answered before hours. We mostly communicated via text being that I was unavailable to talk in person until later the evening. The car was everything I was looking for. John, the Finance Director took the time to meet with me before I left and discussed warranties and that the paperwork will be 100% complete when I arrive the whole processed upon delivery took 15 minutes very impressive. I ve already referred Shaban, one of my neighbors who is interested in buying a vehicle as well I guess that speaks very highly of my experience.

I told him that I was Leary on getting a new car due to past experience but his knowledge and kindness reassured me I was in good hands . The finance guy was great also he reassured I was in good hands . And I m so glad I was . Love my new Honda HR-V.

Best salesman in SE Michigan, Bob Straub! I don t make decisions quickly, I like to do a lot of research and get questions answered prior to making a commitment to purchase.I leased a 2021 Honda CRV when I lived in the Traverse City area. I am back in south east Michigan. I live in Northville and had started to work with another salesman in the area and had a lot of questions. He was high pressuring me, lots of text messages, phone calls and emails so it made me back off. My lease was not up until April 2024. I started this research in August 2023. I had some health issues going on and let him know that I would get back to him when I was ready.He sent some messages the last few months. I had sent an email asking some questions about the advantages of buying my lease out from the dealer versus buying it direct from Honda. A week went by and he did not respond. Thought maybe he was on vacation so I gave him a call and left a voicemail, but the man never contacted me back. I got the impression that he thought perhaps I was a nuisance customer and did not want to deal with me. His disadvantage, I went to Page Honda and had the best ever experience with Bob Straub.I called a handful of other Honda dealerships and was facing the same thing high-pressure. Trying to get me into a different vehicle, etc.It was a lot further to go, but I reached out to Page honda of Bloomfield and after reading reviews I requested Bob Straub. No pressure, Dealing with Bob made me feel like I was sitting down with a good friend. He was honest, patient and answered all my questions.I decided to buy my lease and went through Page honda. I had great experience with John in finance. He provided me all the information I needed to make decisions on purchasing warrantees.Everything was smooth and positive experience.Bob even called me this afternoon to check in and make sure I didn t have any additional questions and that everything was going well. This is the kind of service that is so needed in today s world. Building relationships with customers and being patient when they have a lot of questions. My husband passed away, I am a widow and I want to make sure I am Making good decisions. It takes me a lot longer so that I can talk with my sons and friends and get their opinions before making final decisions. Bob is patient, trustworthy and kind.When it s time to purchase a new vehicle, I will be visiting Page honda and their salesman Bob.Thank you to John in finance who answered additional questions when I sat down to read my information in greater detail. I called a day later to go over warranty information with John and he was informative, Patient and kind. The purchasing experience with John was smooth.Page honda is professional, courteous, kind, patient, the facility is very clean And the interactions with both sales and finance were beyond my highest expectations.Definitely worth the additional drive time.

With four grown kids I ve bought more than my share of used cars. I have to say that Sean at Page Honda was the best we ve worked with. Everything promised online was fair and within the price range promised. We were in and out with a trade in and a new vehicle in two hours. They offered us some options we didn t want, (they did their job:)), but didn t push and were extremely professional. Lauren did a great job setting everything up - it was a very positive experience .Great work, team!

They treated us fairly and didn't misrepresent anything. I was looking for a specific civic and other dealerships in my area advertised they had what I was looking for. When I showed up, those cars were already saved for customers that were on a list. If I put money down, they would hold one that came in. They were saying it would have been 3 months before I would get my car.But Not Page Honda. They are genuine and honest. They advertised the card I wanted, I showed up and it wasn't held for anyone. The salesman was great and not pushy. I will return here for all my car buying needs in the future. I don't even live near this place, and I'm still coming back.

Generally they do good work and they're professional and polite enough, but I'm knocking off a star because my past three visits they've either broken something minor, or they haven't finished the job.Examples:- broke my glove box and disconnected power to the trunk in the process of changing the cabin air filter,- not putting the lock in the new glove box when they replaced it,- not reconnecting my fog lights when they put my bumper cover back on following warranty work.If you use this service department, make sure you check their work before you leave, otherwise there's a decent chance you'll have to come back later.UPDATE: Lowering my review to one star; every time they seem to forget at least one thing, this time they forgot to rotate the tires I brought with me, and apparently they don t torque down oil drain plugs all the way. I expect more when I m charged hundreds of dollars to have my car serviced.

I purchased my Honda from Page six years ago. I have taken it to Page for almost every maintenance that has occurred during the last six years. The staff has always been cordial and helpful. The service was excellent.However, this last visit, which occurred just yesterday has completely soured me on their service. It was a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service staff mentioned that I was due for a couple of other items. Okay sure. I get called that the service is complete and the vehicle is ready for pickup. I get there and go get in my vehicle. I notice the service technician left tools on my passenger seat. I take the tools back in to the service department. They thanked me for my honesty in returning them. I go back to my car and start it up. I now have an airbag warning light on that was not on when I dropped it off. Plus, my passenger front parking assist sensor is going bananas even though there is nothing that should be setting it off.I head back into the service department and explain what is happening. They have me bring the car back in. They look at it and take it back into the garage area. Twenty or so minutes later the service advisor says that one of my airbag sensors is probably bad but that it was nothing related to the work done today. I am then told by the service advisor that "they are taking my word for it that the light wasn't on before." Excuse me...didn't you just thank me for my honesty in bringing the tools back, but now I am lying. I am then told that the best they can do for me is to diagnose the issue for free the next time I come in.Fast forward to today, and I popped the hood on the vehicle to check some fluids. First thing I notice, the service technician left the air filter box open and the filter askew in the box. I was so shocked by the level of service (or rather the lack thereof), that I checked the dipstick just to make sure they actually changed the oil. I have no idea what that service technician was focusing on during my service, but it was obviously not my vehicle.I can't give them 1 star because of this after six years of good service, but the experience of yesterday has me questioning if I will go back the next time I need service.

I loved the used Honda I purchased a few weeks ago from Page. I am disappointed that , among other things, I had to have the brakes and rotators replaced after only driving 500 miles! Now I wonder what other basic (or worse) issues I may have on the horizon. I recommend you get your vehicle inspected from an outside mechanic before making a purchase there.

All the work was done in a timely fashion and the truck was ready and on time as Honda stated. though, the Service Dept left me hanging on a ride back to the dealership as they had promised in the morning. I had no way of getting to the dealership before they closed and needed the vehicle to go to work the next day. I had to have my Wife take off work early to go to the dealership to pay for the services and get the key before they closed, come home and pick me up, so we could drive all the way back to the dealership to pick up my truck.Also, They almost did a ($650.00) rear break job on my vehicle that I did not authorize. Luckily It was caught and stopped before any actual work had been started and I was not charged for it.As a customer I expect some communication, and as a customer that dropped over 2K in service work, I guess I expect great communication and consideration as well.This caused my wife and I a great deal of stress as we had to jump thought a lot of hoops just to pick up my vehicle after the service was completed. I just felt they had more important things to deal with than helping me!

It was great working with Nick and Tom to get our new car! Nick was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He even taught us things about the car s functions that I never knew! Brake hold , anyone? Tom was an expert at finances and getting the right deal for us. He advocated for us, explained everything in comprehensive detail, and gave us all the attention we needed to feel comfortable and valued. I m a loyal Honda driver. This service department is good, and very expensive. I would like to continue babying my 2010 Crosstour with the best service possible, but $410 for new spark plugs is price gouging. I don t drive Hondas because I want to throw away money, I drive Hondas because they are great value.

Special shout-out to Brad in service/maintenance. Professional and easy to work with. Taught me a lot about my car and offered solutions. Up front and not pushy. Was courteous and worked with me around my challenging work schedule. I have a closer Honda dealership than this but will strongly consider returning here because the experience was so good.

Service was very good! The process for scheduling service is very organized and efficient. I think you should consider loaner cars for customers that purchased their vehicles from you if service takes the entire day or days. The Uber was a big hassle. My first driver went to the wrong location and then cancelled my ride. I waited 35 minutes outside waiting on a ride.

Lack of follow up, did not call back when they said they would. Waited 4 days for their return call while we pressed on looking at other Honda dealers. Did not give a sincere sale price on new Honda purchase. Additionally, gave low ball offer on our trade based on KBB trade value. For the trade, we got over $1000 more from another dealer. As for our new Honda, our deal with another dealer was very solid ($3000 under sticker) and included a few no charge add ons. Take a look at another dealer. This is the second time we wanted to buy a new Honda and have moved on from Page Honda. Won t make the mistake, or waste our time again with them, there won t be a third try.
