Recently purchased a 2024 GSX-R 750 from this dealership being a new customer , an everything went by smooth and consistent with the salesman I had. They didn t give me the run around , also getting me straight to the point with great service. They gave me Tour of the facility making sure you have all your equipment, explaining the difference type of vehicles they had to offer, etc If you feel the need to get into a vehicle I recommend the gentleman that help me out was Whit. They can get you in and out an make a deal for you

Took my Slingshot in for a Lazer alignment on 03/07/24 and went to the service desk and was promptly greeted by "Savanna". She was very pleasant and professional. I mentioned what I wanted to have done and she understood and told me it would take a couple of hours. she kept me informed during the process. When completed, the tech "Roy" came to the front and greeted me and let me know the prior and after specs. He set the tire pressure and torqued the lug nuts to the correct specs . Savanna and Roy were great!. For many years I went to a competitor but was not satisfied. I drove a distance to get there, but this is where I'm going for my future business. Thank you.

My review is based on service. My brother in-law purchased a new Kawasaki SXS but was unable to pick it up because he is having health issues and was hospitalized. He purchased the unit months ago but it needed some parts replaced per warranty so this was all done before he ever took delivery of the unit. From what I understand it was a past model year and it was kept outside and the doors had some damage that was repaired. My issue is I don't own a SXS (Yet) and have never put one on a trailer. I was helping my brother in-law out. My first interaction with service was a young woman on the phone. I waited a few minuets for her to end the call. No prob! Well she told me sorry it was her friend she was talking to. Strike one for making a costumer wait when taking a personal call on the clock. I asked for assistance to load the machine. I was told nobody was available. Strike two. I loaded the SXS and when I was strappingit down I looked over at the bay door and noticed 3 service mechanics watching me. I assume these were the same men that said they were busy when asked by the woman working the service counter. Strike three. My wife and I are in the market for a SXS along with another family member. I would have liked to stick around and talk with sales but felt embarrassed and a bit mad being the rookie side show loading a SXS for the first time.Anyway you cut it that is poor service. I don't care how many 4 and 5 star ratings you have. What I experienced was not good service. Keep in mind this was a brand new unit taking delivery for the first time. Things happen to people and sometimes they need assistance. I wasn't asking anybody to do it but only help me. I see dealers do it all the time so please don't use the excuse its a liability. Why have porters? I have had dealers help me load new snowmobiles, dirt bikes, and tractors. This was the first time I felt like I was bothering staff looking for help. Sad how things have gone south after Covid hit. It's like people just don't care ordon't want to work anymore. Today was a prime example of that poor work ethic and service.

Whit was awesome in helping me and my buddy get new bikes. Super easy to deal with, friendly and did whatever to make my experience with them a good one. 100% would recommend them everytime!

This review is long overdue but essential, nonetheless. In August 2023, I had difficulty finding a CMX500 (Rebel 500). I had spoken to several dealerships within 25 miles of my location. Two of the three dealerships had bikes coming in, but they were already sold. John from MotorCity Powers Sports was the only salesman to offer to search for a bike for me. John had my bike delivered and ready for pickup in four days. Roy, the mechanic, reviewed the bike with precision and expertise that only comes from experience. Ryan from finance was excellent, processing my purchase quickly and explaining my options for added protection. From my first phone call to the moment I rode my bike away, my experience was outstanding. I wish their location were closer to me. I highly recommend MotorCity Power Sports.

Great Service Department. I purchased my Ryker at Rosenau and had a problem with my brake lights staying on. Rosenau said it would be a month for their Service Department. I talked to Savannah in the service department at MotorCity she said bring it down they could work on it much sooner. So, I come to find out it was a recall issue that Rosenau did not fix correctly the first time. I will use Motocity service department from now on.

Motorcity PowerSports always takes great care of me. I ve served my 2014 Honda CB500F there since it was new. Always a good experience. Today Chase went above and beyond, helping me load the bike into the back of my Ridgeline. Not something I do often so I really appreciated his expertise and patience.

I wanted to take a minute to write a review and rate my experience with MotorCity Powersports. I purchased a Hayabusa today and couldn't be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. The floor manager Whit Gagne was so awesome to work with. He was super fair and knowledgeable and worked so hard to give me the best deal. When I arrived to sign the paperwork - having never been to the shop - I was greeted by some of the nicest employees I have ever met in any powersports shop. They treated me like gold - each and everyone of them. This was the best purchase experience of any I have ever had and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone !! !! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

Let me first start by saying that MotorCIty Power Sports does not typically work on older motorcycles; however, they did take on the responsibility of working on my bike and after 10 weeks in total and nearly $1000, MotorCity did not fix my motorcycle. My motorcycle front wheel locked up and I towed my bike to MotorCity. Three weeks later, my bike had not been worked on or looked at. I called nearly every day to get an update on my bike in the last week. I was told something different about my bike each day. I finally read through the reviews here and saw that Dewey, the Manager, was recommend to be called. After calling him I was given back my bike "fixed" later that night.Less than a week later my bike experienced the exact same issue with the front brake locking up. I called and got my bike towed again. MotorCity had my bike in the possession for another 3 weeks before I called again. They told me they found a part and were waiting for it to be shipped.I called 10 days later and they asked me, "what was the last thing we told you?" followed by me being put on hold for 10 minutes.I was told on a Monday that my bike would be ready later that day. And that I would receive a call. I never got that called and my bike was only ready the following Sunday. I was told that they did not install the part for my bike and instead rebuilt my master cylinder. (Confused why they needed to wait for 6 weeks before they began working on that).I picked my bike up the Sunday it was ready and my 20 minute ride home my front wheel locked up again.I have called Dewey repeatedly, left messages to him and the front office all without a call back.MotorCity Power Sports took my money and did not fix my bike. Their integrity is lacking.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Picked up a new bike, got a fair price, and had a pleasant experience. Jay and Whit went above and beyond to make everything happen quickly and easily. All prices openly disclosed, shot straight the first time, also got a full yamaha tech break in procedure. Good stuff.

Great customer service, especially from Tim in parts. He's very patient and knowledgeable on tires. Bought a pair of Pirelli rosso III and the technicians had them on in about 2 hours. While waiting for the tire change some of the show room staff were happy to chat and let me check out some of the toys. Not a bad experience in my book!

This is the best dealership for your atv needs. There is a great customer satisfaction effort here that makes you feel like more than just a sale. The sales manager and team accommodated my needs excellently . John Burt is a great salesman with years of knowledge and stories to share. If age allows I will be back for my next toy!

I am totally impressed with this dealership. I signed up for a three-wheel motorcycle safety course through CamAm and this is the location nearest me. The training was well done, the practice vehicles were in great shape, and they provided a pizza dinner each night. The instructor, Claude T., was fantastic. He genuinely cared about his students and wanted us to pass the class, working with all of us to be sure we were comfortable with the exercises.I worked with Saygan on day two and decided to buy a 2019 Ryker Rally. She found the vehicle and had it to the dealership in 72 hours. The buying process was easy and efficient. Great customer service.I have spent some (too much) money on Ryker accessories, a helmet, riding jacket, and other things. Tim, my sales rep in parts, is amazing. Caring with patience, offers good suggestions and has great customer service skills.I am a VIP member and am happy I made my purchase here and excited to service my Ryker here as well.

Thanks to MotorCity Power Sports I have been able to continue to pursue my love of travel on motorcycles that I have purchased here. Whit, Vince, and others have treated with me respect and friendliness whenever I enter the building. Beyond purchasing, Service is important. I have been treated well to get my bikes in and out in a fair amount of time. You should not hesitate purchasing anything here including ATVs, watercraft, scooters, etc.

The entire team at MCPS was wonderful. Andre Carter was our sales guy and he really went above and beyond for us. There was another guy who helped out, also amazingly (I'm sorry I can't remember names well, but he used to be a bartender - my apologies). This is our first purchase of a new watercraft, but we will be in the market for a pontoon boat eventually and we will definitely come back.

This relates to service part prices. Never visited MCPS before but was in the area and thought I'd pick up a drive belt. $240 for an item I pick up on Amazon (delivered to the door) for $60. Yes, not a OEM belt, but really! Not a competitive place. Guess they don't need to be given the area they are in.

Brought my ZX6RR up there to have tires installed that I also brought them ( bought offline for almost $100 cheaper than they quoted me ). Was told that if I brought it up there on a Thursday then it would be done on the following Friday. They called to inform me that it was done literally an hour before they closed, so I had to scramble to pick it up. Picked up my bike and there s 9 weights on the rear wheel and 5 on the front, neither are bent from looking at them. The rear rim is marred and missing the valve stem cap. I have bought parts from them for a very long time and less than impressed with the tech that isn t my tires. They will no longer receive my business.
